Experiencia fantástica: I started in the summer with Karina. My knees were so bad I was limping everywhere I went and could barely go up or down stairs. Fast forward 6 months later I can lift past my body weight and push my knees to do things that I couldn’t even do before my injury. Highly recommend her as a PT and the community with all the PTs and techs are motivating.

Experiencia fantástica: Mid October I began PT training with Chelsea Wheeler, a top notch therapist. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable. She spent time explaining my problem and work using an anatomical model, did research outside of our sessions times and came prepared with internet sites and suggestions, prepared exercises for me to do at home and established a solid routine. I found her approachable and collaborative. My situation has required brainstorming and experimenting with different strategies and exercises. Chelsea is a great listener, empathetic but realistic. I trust her emphatically. It's most likely going to be a long road to recovery without 100% guarantee that the problems will be fully resolved but there has been improvement and if there needs to be surgery in my future I would absolutely return to Chelsea for post op PT. I’ve been to both sites. Front desk personnel are courteous and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing. Would give more stars if I could. After I tore my Achilles and got surgery, I went to Brooklyn Bodyworks for 10 months. I debated between this office and spear. I ended up choosing and committing to this office because I had such a great feeling just by meeting them. I truly felt well cared for. I could also literally feel the progression of my recovery every week. They helped me with specific exercises and stretches that I would not have even thought of myself. Over my ten months there, I had the chance to work with most of the staff. They are all great but I definitely want to give a shout out to Ching, Jim, Alina, and Matt. I’m sad that I just had my last session and am immensely grateful for their support.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place! My therapist Alina is incredibly preofessional, knowledgeable and does magic with her massages. From the first day she reduced my knee pain and improved my mobility drastically. After my meniscus/ACL surgery my recovery has been incredibly fast thanks to her sessions, excercise plan and recommendations. I didn't know PT could be so useful until I came to this place.

They have helped me deal with a difficult piriformis issue and Long Covid at the same time! They were fantastic treating my son's hip & ankle pain as well. Experiencia fantástica: Changed my life. Rehabbed there after 4 surgeries from 2017 to 2020 and every visit I felt more and more confident that I would be back to my normal self. They made me feel like family. Melvin Colon is a superstar in every since of the word. The owner Matt is great and all the therapist there are top notch. Can't forget the women at the front desk, kind, patient and friendly. Highly recommend if you need PT, Brooklyn Body Works is the place to go. Melvin, I appreciate you more then you know.

Check out her credentials; they are impressive. I had hip replacement surgery and Jessica was the perfect person to work on me. The PT technicians and the front office are very professional. The targeted massage and stretching techniques from the therapists here are mind blowing. They listen, answer questions, educate you, and don't brush you off if you come in saying you looked up something.

Experiencia fantástica: After a car accident, I was left with numerous injuries. I went to a few chiropractors but didn’t feel like I was receiving real, helpful treatment. I chose to visit BBW based on their reviews and everybody was so attentive and helpful. I truly appreciate how useful the prescribed exercises and soft tissue mobilization techniques were for my healing, and will definitely be recommending others here as well. Everybody is a specialist! If you’re looking for the kindest and best professionals, you must go!

Experiencia fantástica: Love it here. I had to go for several things. Because of work I couldn't go but once a week. Several of the guys n one female.. I'm sorry I can't remember the name except for Matt n Melvin but faces i won't forget. Best staff ever. At the end I ended up staying with Melvin. Great guy n made u feel comfortable cus Lord knowed I was terrified. Both foot n hand are doing much better. Now I have problem with other foot n I have to go to a place where staff changes every week uuuggghhhh lol I miss them. Best place miss them.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going consistently to Brooklyn Body Works (BBW) for some 4+ years now due to multiple injuries to different parts of my body. I have been a New York City school teacher for about 22-years, and I honestly believe that without the comprehensive care they have given me, I could not have continued to teach at such a high level as I have, or perhaps not at all. I have been to several other therapists over the years, as has my husband of 32-years, and both of us agree absolutely and with the strongest possible height of belief that Brooklyn Body Works is, bar none, the finest, and her personnel the most dedicated, physical therapy center in New York City. (Every once in a while, you find a place so extraordinary and so above the rest that you feel you are somehow blessed with this discovery; it's like finding the most honest and knowledgeable car mechanic after years of getting ripped-off.). It is simply, in my opinion, the very best of the best. Thank you BBW for helping me to function all these years ---I love you guys!

I've only been going a few weeks but I am shocked at how much I have improved and how intuitive she is as to the complex bits and pieces that make up our body and cause these terrible pains post injury. I Have a partially torn ACL and a Baker's cyst! Everyone at Brooklyn Bodyworks is super friendly and attentive I am really happy I found them after a long search!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After countless MRIs, X-RAYS, podiatrists, orthopedics, and other physical therapy clinics AND being told I needed surgery on my right knee at 17 years old, I had honestly lost hope of finding a solution to why I have recurring knee pains for the past 5 years. As a consistent runner, it was extremely discouraging hearing to not only stop doing my favorite sport, but to also hear that surgery was the only option for me. Within 20 minutes of conversation and evaluation of my first visit, Melvin was able to identify the alignment issue of my hip & legs and point out exercises that would strengthen and help relieve my pain. Each therapist I've worked with really cares to spend a full therapy session with the patient and definitely does not skimp out on rehab time. EVERYONE here is extremely friendly, and I'm so grateful to have found such a genuinely caring and helpful group of people.
