Experiencia fantástica: My experience at the Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center has been awesome! I would say from the receptionist Melanie to the therapists Rachel and her colleagues everyone is extremely professional, increasingly knowledgeable, quite informative and very cognizant of the type of care I need and very careful to administer it without causing me any further damage. I would say without any hesitation that I am blessed to have them taking care of me and highly recommend them to others who may be seeking such care I can guarantee you won't be sorry! So if you need pelvic physical therapy look no further you have found the best!

Experiencia fantástica: It's some years since I made my weekly pilgrimage from Palo Alto to SF for pelvic physical therapy at PHRC, sometimes riding prone in the back seat, and sometimes uncomfortably perched in the driver's seat. It was worth every single trip (almost 3 years total), and helped me get from distraught-and-in-pain to freedom! I was finally able to go on with my life, my body having been taken to a healthier place over and over again, until it could remain in that healthy place longer and longer on its own. It was A JOURNEY, but it gave me quite an education and the process was truly healing! I felt so grateful that I was referred in the early stages of my condition to the women at PHRC, who were compassionate, upbeat, and matter-of-fact, and shared their incredible breadth of knowledge during every appointment. A very comfortable and supportive environment, and genius practitioners (laughter included).

Experiencia fantástica: This place is gold! Physical therapy can be really challenging to accept but more so when it includes delicate areas like the pelvis or intimates. This office makes you feel important and valued. They dedicate time to know you and develop a plan so you can start building expectations of what the progress will look each week or month. Communication is key- they make it 10/10. Your therapist is one email away and the front desk is the absolute best at scheduling and reminders! For me Rachel Daof has been an anchor throughout my process and there is not a moment were I don’t see her actively discussing exercises, literature or techniques to improve my visits and exercises to do at home. Its hard to explain but this office just takes care of you like they would care for themselves and it shows. So lucky to have found them and work with them with my pelvic dysfunction.

Experiencia fantástica: After prostate removal, was totally unable to control my urine flow. I needed three large pads a day. I didn't even know what a pelvic floor was. Within a couple of months I was down to two small pads a day. I am steadily improving thanks to the advice and work of my therapist. When my normal therapist was unavailable another therapist stepped in and kept the progress going.

Experiencia fantástica: Rachel was wonderful, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I only was able to see her a few times before moving out of the area, but I definitely recommend PHRC to anyone experiencing pelvic issues - mine were pregnancy-related and I felt very taken care of

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about my experience with PHRC. Nicole was my physical therapist and she was so amazing and helpful. She eased me into everything, explained everything, and was always available for any questions. I have been suffering for years with my health issues and after 2-3 months here, I am pretty much all better! I also want to mention that the office was wonderful as well. The scheduling, etc was so easy and they were always so lovely to deal with! Thank you for an amazing, top notch experience!
