The advice she gave me was so incremental in helping me navigate my injury and keep working while I healed and she always gave me top notch care. Writing this review feels like a small appreciation of the support she gave me.

Experiencia fantástica: Golden Gate Hand Therapy is simply the best for hand and elbow physical therapy out there. Melanie, Grace, Mary, and all the rest helped me recover far past what I and my doctor expected, and became like family to me over the past 2 years. I had a severe elbow break in a July 2016 bike accident (tire stuck in cable car tracks) - a terrible triad plus torn ligaments on both sides. I ended up going through a first surgery to fix the bones, a second to do a manipulation under anesthesia, and a third to clean out scar tissue. I went to GG Hand Therapy for physical therapy 3x/week for the first 6 months, then 2x/week for the next 6, then 1x/week for the next 6, and finally 1x/2 weeks for the final 6. That long of a recovery wouldn't have been easy had it not been for all of them. They were all thoughtful, caring, and well trained in helping me get back to health. The open office layout also meant that you got to interact with all of them, which made it a pleasure to go instead of a chore. Highly highly recommend for any finger, hand, or elbow physical therapy you need done. Thanks team!

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Golden Gate Hand Therapy in June to treat a hyper-extended pinky finger. My GP originally told me my hand would heal on its own, but he was totally wrong! When I realized something was wrong, I ended up at GGHT and I'm so happy I came here. It's a small office but they have set it up well, so it never feels cramped. I've worked with nearly all of the therapists, and they are all great. Every time I come in they remember me, and they do a really thorough job of keeping notes on my progress and referring back to them. They have a lot of different equipment for the various injuries that can affect peoples' hands and arms, and I'm impressed by how comprehensive they get -- not just helping me get my finger back to a straight position, but also building back muscles. Most importantly they're all very warm, incredibly positive and encouraging about my progress.
