Experiencia fantástica: I've had a positive recovery experience at Select Physical Therapy - Greenlake and have felt cared for every step of the way. Somer is an incredibly thorough physical therapist and ensures you feel heard. She is encouraging when I feel defeated and makes sure to explore all avenues when it comes to follow through with treatment progression. I've had some bumps along the way (not due to PT but rather poor advice concerning aftercare from my surgeon) and Somer has been great at checking in with me as well as communicating what may be needed in my recovery. She is a wonderful physical therapist and I can honestly say I look forward to my appointments knowing I'm taken care of.

I'm also being treated for arthritic knees. Somer's sessions are tough and have increased my motion and decreased pain in my knees. Experiencia fantástica: Select PT is great. The office is very nice, clean, and in a convenient location for parking. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for several years. I’ve been to many doctors, and this is the first time that a treatment actually had an effect. Somer is amazing. Within the first week, my pain was more than cut in half. She has given me the tools I need to feel more in control of my body. Because of her, I now understand what’s causing my pain, and for the first time, I can see a path beyond it.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who was never a runner, I decided to start my running career by training for a half marathon. I have had knee surgery and quickly was struggling to manage knee pain when I began training. My primary care physician referred my to Select Physical Therapy and I could not be happier with the results. I worked with Blair, and avid runner, who helped me identify the source of my running form issues that were creating a greater impact on my knees. From there we worked on strengthening the muscles that would improve my form and my knees were much happier from then on while on trained. I just successfully completed the half marathon and apart from the expected muscle soreness, my joints felt great afterwards! I always felt very welcomed and able to ask any and all questions around the work we were doing and even got some great running tips from a seasoned pro! I could not be more grateful and would recommend this place to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment at 3pm but I accidentally came in at 10am by mistake. The receptionist was great. She worked with me and fit me in at 11am which was amazing because I took a long drive to get there. The physical therapist who did my pre-employment physical exam was great. If your looking for a clinic NO DOUBT this is the place you want to be.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to Select PT twice in the past year for separate climbing related injuries and both times I’ve been able to work through the injuries thanks to the excellent care I’ve received from Josh and Brandon. These guys both know their stuff and put me on a specific training regiment that incorporated climbing specific exercises as well as other exercises geared at strengthening the area for future injury prevention. I’ve been to a few PT’s over the years and I have to say that the results I’ve gotten from working with Josh and Brandon have been impressive. Overall I would recommend Select PT to anyone that is looking to recover from a sports related injury as the results I’ve personally experienced have been excellent. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Select PT has great and friendly professional staff who are caring and listen to patient concerns. They worked on my arthritic ankle that was damaged in a skiing accident over 40 years ago. When I walked out of that session, my ankle was pain free for the first time in many years! I don't expect a cure but am hopeful that I can delay surgical intervention for many more years with the help of Select PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. The team at Greenlake Select Physical Therapy were friendly, kind, compassionate, and very helpful in restoring some of my functionality. Josh and Brandon were very clever at helping me find exercises I could do safely at home with what I already had or with very inexpensive equipment. All of the therapists I worked with were great at gently pushing me past my perceived limitations without letting me overdo it, something I have not experienced working with some other physical therapists. Crissy was always cheerful and very efficient with scheduling and billing questions. I even enjoyed the camaraderie amongst the clients here. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Greenlake Select Physical Therapy.

Josh made me feel comfortable as I went through the process of the initial visit and the set up of the treatment plan So far everything has been great and he even sent me videos of the exercises that I could do at home in between my sessions. All in all I am very impressed with Select Physical Therapy!

On top of that, it was a nice space to come to on a weekly basis with easy parking below and a view of Green Lake. Not like other offices where clients are often crowded together. Experiencia fantástica: I went in for PT originally to strengthen my abdomen, due to what appeared initially to be a hernia. No hernia was actually detected, but my doctor recommended strengthening the abdominal wall and referred me to Select Physical Therapy. Right from the start, everyone at SPT was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with my limitations patiently. After the first session, I noticed immediate results. Second week into my program, I was in a bad bicycle wreck the night before my appointment. They were really understanding and we resumed the following week after I healed up enough to walk. My entire right side was banged up pretty badly, especially my upper thigh. My recent bike injury added some new challenges to my PT routine, and this was taken into account and additional attention was given to help work to speed the healing in my leg as well. I’d send people to SPT in a heartbeat! In addition to all the professional excellence, they really love what they do and it shows. They also have excellent musical taste!
