My experience working with them was the first time I had ever sought out/needed physical therapy and their team made the process easy. The administrators made scheduling appointments with my busy work schedule simple and they navigated my health insurance coverage entirely on their own. Their therapists are professional, kind, and effective. I had serious quality of life issues before starting at north sound and I am happy to say that after working with their team, I am pain free and have a sustainable exercise plan to keep it that way. I don’t think I could have done it without them, and I would recommend north sound physical therapy to anybody seeking PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to many different PT in the past and Northsound is the best. Highly recommended, they were recommended to me by a friend doctor. Great friendly staff that care about their patients. Everyone is professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Their hands on treatments were essential to my recovery. They keep good charts and communicate with each other so if you happen to get another therapist on one of your visits, you’ll get continued consistent treatment. I was able to fit my schedule and got the same therapist Madi for 95% of my visits. She is awesome. Cody, the owner was great, he explained things really well. Unlike another PT place “AT…” Which is a franchise who’s business model is to run a mill, I got a different therapist every time and some were still in training; they would not provide hands on treatments and my symptoms got worse. Glad I left that place and found Northsound. It’s a 40 minute drive for me but totally worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Seriously amazing, I moved near the end of my treatment and chose to travel 2+ hours to work with them instead of finishing elsewhere, they're that good. They fit my exercises around my lifestyle, were frank with me, and took the time to educate me and help me understand how everything works and how best to heal faster-- even when my surgeon wouldn't answer my questions. Cody and the gang were the highlight of my day and working with such wonderful, friendly, and compassionate team helped distract me from the pain. The absolute best-- my knee is bulletproof.

Experiencia fantástica: Here is an honest open heart review, it might be long but I want you to get an idea of this place and the people that will be helping you out in your journey of healing! I hurt my back a couple months ago. On my first appointment they had me do the evaluation of my mobility. I can say at the end of the exam, I was holding back my tears. I had never been in a position where something as simple as bending over was so difficult. I remember being upset and scared not knowing anything about physical therapy and if it worked. I wondered if I would regain my mobility back to how it was. Slowly over time during my sessions and going over the home exercises, I started to get better. I was so happy with my improved mobility I went on an "easy hike". Nothing out of the normal for my pre-back injury body. After that hike my back was flared up. I remember telling Cody how hard I was taking the fact that a relatively easy hike was so challenging now. Cody explained that it would be a process and that I had done nothing wrong by going on the hike. He explained how my back injury would continue to heal over time with the sessions and home exercises. He let me know his thoughts on my time frame and how my recovery would work. He gave me peace of mind that we were on the right track. Kaitlyn really made sure that I was doing the exercises properly and with the right form. She was super attentive to how my body reacted to the different exercises. She knew how to work with me so that I could properly perform the exercises to get the best healing results, all while doing it in the safest manner. She continuously asked how the exercises made my back feel to make sure it wasn't flaring it up. And would also ask where I felt the muscles working so that we could figure out if I was using the right muscles for the exercises. Honestly everyone at NorthSound Physical Therapy really cares about you and setting you up for success. From Kaitlyn to Cody to Maddy to Eric to Riley and to Bethany who makes sure you're all scheduled up for session times that best work for you. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful you will forget you're at physical therapy and think you're just hanging out with a bunch of friends that are helping you heal your body!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to North Sound Physical Therapy by the VA, as I was unable to make the trip down to Beacon Hill weekly, to receive therapy for my knee and hip. For over the past 4 months, I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by the team at North Sound. My original evaluation was with Cody, who is wonderful and so welcoming. Most of the therapy sessions I have had, have been with Alese, who is just phenomenal at her job. I can tell she genuinely cares and wants to help all her clients. In the gym I have worked with Eric, Sarah and Riley, who are all amazing and genuine people; and never allow my form to start slackin' during my work outs. Honorable mention... Bethany. As I mentioned before, the VA had referred me to North Sound, which means Bethany has to deal with them as well as TriWest. Let me just say, I know how insane that process can be, so I truly appreciate her patience and knowledge in dealing with them. I truly value North Sound Therapy and am so happy with the progress I have made, as I not only feel stronger but more educated. Amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis for quite some time. Cody’s approach is definitely different than other PT places I’ve been to. He uses a “hands-on” approach (e.g., fascial massage, ultrasound, electrical stimulation), in combination with strengthening exercises. I strongly recommend him and his clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I had hip pain since I delivered my baby and I had trouble squating, jogging even walking was painful. While I was in physical therapy, I followed their recommendations doing some stretching and exercise. After three months of weekly therapy, I finally have my normal life back. I not only can use my baby carrier ,but also I can carry my baby to hike for a hour. I definitely would recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been dealing with a very serious injury that to the untrained eye in looks like I am in minimal pain but that couldn't be any farther from the truth. I have severe neck pain on a scale of 1-10, i am an 11 most days. After meeting with Cody and his staff for my first vist I knew this was the only place for me after trying a few other physicians weeks prior to meeting him. He is intelligent, quick witted and can explain quantum physics to a 3 year old with his comparisons for literally any question you can think of, this man can give you a logical answer. He is tough on me but hes the most gentle soul I ever met. All I can say is he cares about ever single person in his office that comes to see him. you can tell just by sitting in the waiting room for 3 minutes, you'll see. enough about Cody, lets talk about the heart of this operation, His staff. From when you get greeted from Bethany at reception and scheduling, being managed and advised by Beth who in my opinion, if you need someone with a gentle touch who cares in every way I explained about Cody, shes the one for you. After doing the first half of your appointment, you get led into exercises with Sarah and Eric, both very knowledgeable and passionate for helping you get back on track! on top of them being good at what they do, the are both quick witted and funny and I look forward to the time I get spend with them. Even the new Intern they have is already coming into his own. This is my Family now, if you need care like that, stop looking and pick up the phone and change your life today. thank you guys. Experiencia fantástica: I went to NorthSound to rehab my knee after a total ACL tear and a subsequent surgery. I moved to Seattle from Denver mid-rehab. The PT I was going to in Denver was a large sports medicine clinic. They did great work, but after I moved to NorthSound, the difference was night and day. The amount of personal attention and care you get NorthSound is frankly unparalleled. My NorthSound physical therapist (Cody Finks) built me obstacle courses around the office to help me regain my agility. Seriously!!! I never felt like I've been in better hands, and as a lifelong athlete, I've been to 4 different clinics. They also assign homework via a mobile app (medbridge go). This makes it so easy to keep up on your exercises. It also includes demo videos in case you forget how to do the movements. Anyway, I can't say enough about this place or the amazing PTs and aides that work there. It really is top notch, especially if you feel like you've been batch processed at other clinics. That won't happen here. Thanks NorthSound!
