Fantastic experience: Raise and Alex were so helpful getting me signed back into the joint after a couple years away. Raise explained many new plans, perks and spoke about past treatments throughly. Having my consultation and adjustment done with Dr. Sam was as amazing as I expected. I am so happy to get in with him again. Negative experience: On arrival the young lady as pleasant and asked for ID, she made a copy and asked me to fill out online form. Then she gave me a paper to complete. 3 questions on form were am I eligible for MCR, do I have an open MV or Work Comp case. When I answered yes to work comp she said I can’t be seen! I went in to explain that the claim is NYS and not related to my issues today!! She went back to speak with provider who said no!! I find no info in website with regard!! They had no concern for my issues at all!!

I came in with mid and lower back pain with sciatica issues that was causing numbness in my right foot that i have been experiencing for years due to sports injury and car accident, after my first adjustment that numbness was reduced significantly. Although it has not went away, after each adjustment I am feeling so much better with much improved mobility. I highly recommend Dr. Scott and Joint chiropractic center.

One and three sessions later, everything feels better. Stiff and sore. My shoulders were tight and that has been relieved. I'm sleeping better and I feel better overall. Thank you.

Negative experience: Do not join this practice. They will advertise a 29.99 special for your first visit but will sign you up for a monthly subscription that you pay the day you get there. You get a consultation” and a tiny bit of chiropractic services for your first visit then they expect you to go back four times a month. While signing all the contracts when I’m sitting down at the first visit, I asked them am I signing contracts that I cannot get out of and they said no of course you can get out at any time. I went back in person a couple days later and told them I decided not to use the membership and to credit my account except for the 29.99 first day visit. She said they’ll cancel the account. They will not refund your money. Your first visit is not 29.99. It is 158. It’s like joining a gym with no trial membership. You go into one large room with there’s many beds of people laying and getting their chiropractor services done in the open like a herd of cattle. I wouldn’t even give it one star if there was an option for it.

I hadn't been to a chiropractor in a few years and hips were hurting with every step, I would wake up in the middle of the night due to the pain in my hips. Why I stopped going to the chiropractor is beyond me. I feel better and sleep better, which makes me less grumpy! Nobody likes a grumpy mamma bear lol.

Fantastic experience: I had always wanted to visit a chiropractor, and then I thought it was just all bone cracking, so I tossed the idea aside. Recently, I began experiencing stiffness and some discomfort in places, so the idea resurfaced. I found Joint Chiropractic, and I have not been disappointed. Even after the Initial adjustment, my movement when waking up in the mornings was better. I had far less stiffness, and even after my second adjustment, my morning and night was already beginning and ending with comfort. The team here walked me through what changes I should expect, how to relax, and even supplied me with a personalized plan for my at home upkeep between visits. Visiting Joint Chiropractic has been one of the better decisions I have made toward focusing on a healthier future. Glad I made the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sam is awesome, I have sciatica and he knows exactly the right adjustments needed to relieve my pain, I have been to chiropractors that take my Medicare but they are all ripoffs and do not take the time , patience and my back hurts worst when I left other offices,, also the visits with the Joint Chiropractic are cheaper then my out of pocket cost of my Medicare plan, and Dr Sam is more knowledgeable then any of the other chiropractors I have been to that take Medicare.

The only thing that could be improved is the wait time but Dillion was the only Dr. in the office that day. I’m still giving them 5 stars!!

Tried to self manage, but finally after a week of dealing with the pain, I decided to visit Joint Chiropractic. Walked in to friendly greeting. Paperwork went quickly and they got me right in. Dylan was excellent. After 1 adjustment, most of the pain was resolved. Definitely should have visited sooner!

Sometimes it's hot and miss with experienced chiropractors and effective adjustments both at the Joint and among my colleagues including other chiropractic offices. Dr. Marino was both experienced and delivered a complete effective adjustment which I I greatly appreciated today. Struggling with chronic allergic asthma it is often difficult to move my thoracic spine. Dr. Marino found exactly where my spine wasn't moving and delivered an effective adjustment that immediately improved my breathing and spine mobility. Thanks Doc!

We were referred (by another Chrio place that couldn’t take us soon enough) to Joint Chiropractic and saw Dr. Sam. He was very personable and explained every step to my daughter and produced immediate results. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The Joint team up on East Bay is incredible! I’ve had back problems most of my adult life and have been under the care of many chiropractors—the Joint ranks way up there on my list. Dr. Sam and Dr. Dillon have different techniques but they both do a fantastic job alleviating my spasms and pain. And the effect is immediate. I’ve greatly reduced my need for Valium to break my spasms because of their treatment. One other advantage was their convenient walk-in hours including weekend hours on BOTH Saturday AND Sunday, and weekday hours up to 7 PM. There are usually 3-4 chiropractors on duty at any given time and I usually am taken back within 5-10 minutes of checking in. Adjustments are quick, targeted and very efficient. I initially took advantage of their introduction appt where I paid only $29 for an exam, a consultation and an adjustment. The Docs even reviewed diagnoses from my MRI reports. I initially signed up for their monthly treatment plan for only $79 for up to FOUR appts per month! That’s only $20 per appt! And if I can only make one appt per month, that’s still an incredible bargain considering the per-appointment cost with less-skilled chiropractors in the area. I was then able to switch my treatment plan (with no fuss) to $345 for 6 months for up to 4 appts per month. (It’s $395 if you are not a veteran.) If you have back pain, I highly recommend you get checked out at the East Bay Joint; I’m sure you’ll be out of pain in no time like I am.

Positive experience: I typically go Fridays, Saturdays, or Mondays. Dr. Scott, in one sitting removed a hip pain that's been nagging me for years. I also was able to appreciate more range in motion in the days following. I feel highly motivated to come back on his days because of the immediate and continued difference. New doctor on Mondays which is the day I go most often is also terrific at adjustments., and relief is immediate and has been extremely instrumental managing my pain and stiffness. I rated lower because of the constant change in wait times on Mondays. Today i was told 40 minutes. I set my timer for 30. Was told i would be next in queue. I came back with time to spare for a total of 15 minutes before original time given. However, when i inquired an extra 30 minute wait time was tacked on to that. This is not the first time I'm given an expected wait time only to have it extended. While i understand there's no appointments, it's frustrating to have a constantly fluctuating/ increasing wait time.

Negative experience: Read the fine print. I didn't.... Purchased 4 sessions, only used 2. Didn't realize I had to use them within 30 days. When I called to discuss the issue they front desk lady said "well it's in the paperwork you signed" I just feel like maybe that is something to verbally discuss as well or maybe even work with me on. Not this place... I feel like I was just hustled out of 100 bucks.

Positive experience: First of all. I gave a three-star review only because today was my first visit. However they were very quick about getting me in after filling out the paperwork and the doctor was very good and explained everything to me. I feel better after the treatment but I know from past experience that there's always the day after and it's a little more sore. After my next couple visits I will give him more complete review.

Fantastic experience: The Joint Chiropractic changed my life. My posture was off from years of working at a computer. I received a treatment plan, and after less than 3 months, I have full alignment in my spine and hardly any pain. I would say staying consistent with treatment is important for good results. I took the advice give and I could not be happier. I have been getting deep tissue massages for years with no results. Fantastic experience: When I was 21, I got hit by a frito lay truck, had to wear a back & neck brace for awhile & the car accident truly traumatized me for a very long time. That was almost 9 years ago. I’ve been told by numerous people to see a chiropractor but have been too scared. Yesterday was my first time ever going & I was seen by Dr Josh, and I literally feel like a brand new person. I’ve suffered from back & spinal pain all these years & thought there was no hope for me & I would have to live my life like this for forever... I don't mind going back. I want to. I don't mind the plans. But I wasn't told that the payment was recurring until after I paid. I should have been informed of this beforehand. 5 stars is for cleanliness and professionalism of the docs so far. I enjoy going there.

Negative experience: My daughter and I visited the Seminole location because my husband and I were patients there several years ago and absolutely loved our experience in the past with the doctors on staff at that time. We were there when that location originally opened and left when a few of our favorite original doctors started to leave. However, when we went on Sunday 2/2/25 to enroll/ sign up our daughter as a new patient, the front desk Receptionist was absolutely HORRIBLE! From the moment we walked in the door...The energy was off!! We got nothing but Attitude and smart comments no matter how politely I spoke. It was almost like she had a problem with our skin color or something?? At any rate, I couldn't deal with how she was talking to us compared to the other non people of color that were there, we ended up leaving and going to another location. At the new location we were greeted like Human beings with common decency. Glad we didn't let one witch get in the way of my daughter's healing process. We had a good visit. Especially since my daughter is a new patient. Hope she sees this and treats the next person of color with some kindness and RESPECT‼️

Bent sideways and woke up in extreme pain- today I got the opportunity to work with Josh, he was very informative and took the time to hear me out. Together we came up with a game plan to get me back to normal. Clean environment and very professional. Negative experience: If you are insurance eligible, avoid this place. They well WASTE your time, make you do paperwork, wait to be seen, ask a ton of questions about your issues only to say we can't see you and turn your away. Big waste of time to do any of this process. They will refer you out to places that have no appointments available. Leave you in pain to just say sorry we can't help you. They won't even accept cash and not insurance. Something shady about that statement to choose to use cash instes of your insurance. Waste of time with this place. .

Everything he said make perfect sense with what I have been experiencing. His treatment and adjustments were fantastic. Honestly, I am so tight and so jacked up, I did not expect him to be able to get an actual adjustment at all but he got several! I was impressed with the fact that he used multiple tools available to him and did not just stick with one type of adjustment. He did manual, hi lo table and used the gun. I cannot believe how much relief I feel from this 1 visit!! I am very excited to get regular treatment and to start on this journey of correction and am looking forward to a much improved level of health and wellness!!
