Negative experience: Not helpful!! Have shoulder pain. Signed up for their plan (4 visits-month). Had 3, didn’t see any difference. Did the stretches they recommended. No progress. Pain is still there. The visits don’t carry over to the following billing cycle. Go to an independent chiropractor instead. Skip the membership. They just want to get your money. Do not care about your wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Blake literally fixed my back, I haven’t been since 2020 because I haven’t had any reoccurring issues since then. We did my back adjustments for about a year, but definitely happy to be functioning again. Also, sidenote, I like that he does physical adjustments, I personally think they make a difference.

Fantastic experience: I discovered The Joint at their very first location in Chandler, AZ, when I lived there breifly in 2017. When I moved to St. Pete in 2018, i immediately sought out their nearest location to me. It was only 15 minutes away from my house. Like the one in AZ, the quality of chiropractors at this location is second-to-none! I can always count on a thorough and quality adjustment without waiting a long time. And they're much more affordable than a typical private-practice chiropractic center. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: My main office visits began in St. Pete (37th Ave N), everyone there was great. I knew when I checked in, whoever was available, I trusted. They always took the time to talk, go over issues, etc. I loved that I could visit any Joint location, and I began a new site upon moving and have had a great experience with that office. Negative experience: I called and scheduled an appointment over an hour ago went through the questions and then when I arrive Trinity at the front desk tells me that they pulled up an old visit from four years ago from a different location. Yes, that was four years ago and so that changed the price so it’s very unprofessional and tactless for her not to call me when she realized that 40 minutes ago instead of having me waste my time and gas driving way over here to tell me that. She could have called me back & given me a choice because that makes a difference in the price if I can keep that appointment or not so that was very unprofessional and very rude and she showed absolutely no empathy. So next time you should do a thorough check or you can put my number in at the time of the appointment and let me know that as well because I am a new patient. I’m no longer there. I haven’t been there in over four years and I don’t like having my time or my gas wasting especially with somebody being rude and it takes just a moment to do a courtesy call to let me know about the change. I don’t appreciate that at all!

Fantastic experience: Walked in and had an amazing adjustment! It was a strong adjustment but very precise, no pain and felt loose afterwards. I will be back to see this doctor! He also gave me tips to keep better posture and alignment. I only had to wait a few minutes.

Fantastic experience: I have lupus and wasn't able to work all day today due to the pain. I'm in between rheumatologist as mine left the practice, I had taken all the medications I could possibly take today. I called the office at 1pm today. They got me in at 3pm... the same day!!! The front staff was amazing and so friendly! And Dr Tanner... I mean what more can I say???!! He was super friendly and caring. Listened to me and helped me come up with with a plan to prevent future flare ups/issues. I went into the office in pain, but definitely left feeling better than before! I've had 3 babies and two strokes amd my body was in pain forany years.The relief I felt the next day when I got out of bed was incredible. Fantastic experience: I have leg pain for a few months. My PCP said it’s my hip. Went to Dr Mo at The Joint in St Pete. He said my knee is locked up. OMG he worked on it and I was able to bend my knee after his treatment. He is such a blessing. Thank you Dr Mo.

Negative experience: I forgot my left AirPod at this place. I came back the next day, but unfortunately, the receptionist told me that nothing was found. It’s very disappointing. I don’t know if they found it and kept it or if it was never discovered, but either way, it’s a shame. I’m certain that I lost it there.

Negative experience: The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because how helpful and understanding the front desk receptionist was. I think my visit today reflects some flaws in the business model. When I called beforehand and showed up, I made it very clear my visit was for sharp pain in my back that appeared this morning when I did a stretch too soon after waking up, and that I just wanted to alleviate the pain and I’ve never had something like this happen before. I think somewhere between me communicating that and then seeing the chiropractor, that was lost in translation. I saw the doctor for 15 minutes, less than 3 of those minutes was actual hands on adjustments, the remaining time was explaining the benefits of future visits, a long term game plan, diving into my profession and how being seated for a long time can have effects. Don’t get me wrong this was all helpful and the doctor was very kind and seemed knowledgeable, but I feel like such a majority of my visit was to convince me to become a returning customer. When I went to pay I was presented two options- to sign up for 11 visits of chiropractic care spanning 2 months for $140, or pay $55 for my single visit. I felt a bit manipulated that my intention was to come in to get relief for a one time pain point that had been bothering me for the last 5 hours, but the doctor focused on explaining and highlighting a long term game plan with the majority of the time I saw him, so in reality I’d be paying the $55 one time visit fee for less than 3 minutes of care? I feel that there needs to be some sort of differentiation in the business model and treatment of customers who are coming in for a one time visit versus those who are interested in long term chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for awhile and have had an overall great experience. Doctors take their time to make sure were happh and feeling good. As well as, great tips to bring home. A few of my favorite doctors are Dr Tanner, Dr Blake, Dr Shannon and Dr Moe

Negative experience: Horrible hours that are only good for old people without a job! Wasting $80 a month without roll over visits and I can't even get there! You'd think they'd cater to working men and women not just money.

Fantastic experience: On top of being charming and handsome, Dr. Blake is the reason I am not paralyzed from the waist down. I came to The Joint seeking relief from back pain that my other doctors weren't taking me seriously about. After treating me and seeing how my pain progressed, Dr. Blake encouraged me to self-pay for an MRI (he referred me to a local, affordable place) and when he saw the results, urged me to physically show the image to my pain doctor. I did just that and was referred to a surgeon immediately, and have since recovered completely. Dr. Blake will listen to you, and advise the best solution to your issue wither it involves chiropractic treatment or not - that makes him trustworthy to me. P.S. - Dr. Tanner is also great and shouldn't be left out. He has some incredible tattoos that are great to look at while he's cracking your bones.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tanner is PHENOMENAL. A true joy to be under his care, and he makes sure you leave better than when he found you. Professional, personable, and truly an amazing doctor. This location is great!

Fantastic experience: This is an Incredible practice in St Pete. Dr Shook and her team are very knowledgeable and friendly and I always enjoy going in for treatments. The spinal decompression is a miracle and I highly recommend anyone with back pain to check this out. It really works without surgery and medication. It is a life saver!

She is extremely personable, organized, knowledgeable and conscientious. She's always pleasant and smiling which helps with grumpy people who have back problems. Fantastic experience: Admittedly, I was nervous about going to a 'walk-in' Chiropractor after a 18 months of visits to a private Chiro practice. However, those private visits became cost prohibitive and I needed a solution. A friend recommened The Joint. My initial assessment was comprehensive. I felt comfortable allowing treatment, and I can get my Atlas adjusted 4x a month vs 1x with my previous Chiro for less money. PLUS - No more waiting for adjustments to relieve my headaches. I can pop in as I wish, and I take full advantage of that. I have had adjustments from Dr. Blake Squire and Dr. Tanner over the past 6 weeks. Both make me feel comfortable, provide me with instant relief, and send me off with a smile. I dont write reviews, ever. In this case, I know there are others out there who feel skeptical about this type of service since I was. My super skeptical friend reccommeded The Joint to me, and now equally skeptical me is reccommending The Joint to you. Affordable, fast, pain relief - on your own schedule. YAY!

I joined because I have a very labor intensive job and couldn't bear the pain from the day to day anymore, which they have addressed and made recommendations that have essentially cured them. Fantastic experience: I have been a monthly member of the Joint Chiropractic for over 12 years. I love the convenience of just walking in and getting consistent service, in any state. I have had consistent monthly adjustments in California and Texas, when I lived there, and now Florida and I am always happy. I am a hairstylist, so that job in itself comes with its own challenges, so a chiropractor is a weekly necessity. The joint serves that need and I recommend them to all my peers in the industry. Easy, convenient, consistent and affordable ( if you opt for the monthly membership ). All that said, this is specifically about Dr.Tanner in St.Pete. Dr. Tanner is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever had in all my 12 years as a member. He is kind, always friendly and welcoming, and seemingly with ease, gives me great adjustments. Today I spoke with him about a shoulder blade issue I have been having for weeks. Over the last month I have had steroid shots, massage and adjustments with various Drs, including 1 with Dr. Tanner. None seemed to get this one specific spot under my shoulder blade. So today’s I spoke with him about my concern and Dr. Tanner said “Ok, I’m always up for a challenge.” He went out of his way to give me this one specific adjustment, and voila it’s fixed! I cannot recommend Dr.Tanner enough. He is simply the best Dr. I have had in all these years! 5 STARS!

Then I saw Dr. Blake, who had a wonderful bedside Manner and very caring and sympathetic toward my pain which was agonizing. I am very happy with the treatment plan and my first therapeutic treatment went well. With their office being open every day and extremely affordable, I recommend this office highly for your chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and I am happy I made that choice. I lift weights competitively and train 5 days a week. I've been dealing with mid to lower back pain throughout my 20s and now, being 31, it got to the point where it was really interfering with my training and everyday life. The office has a really chill vibe and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Tanner ran me through some basic information on the spine and how it can get wonky throughout time and what he would do to get that bad boy back on track. He also told me some things about the shoulders, as I was having some minor problems with my right one. The alignment procedure took less than 15 minutes from start to finish and I was surprised how much better I felt immediately afterwards. He went over the aftercare I needed to do on my end as well as planned out my return visits. My back is feeling fantastic after just one visit. It's a liberating feeling not having that pain constantly around and I can't wait for the benefits to carry over to the weight room. My only regret is that I didn't get professional help for my back sooner. Ross P

First female I have trusted and she had better technique than most male practitioners. I was hesitant at first as I never get adjusted by women due to lack of strength, and she proved me wrong in the most efficient and healthiest way! Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a regular chiropractor in a very long time. I went for my first appointment last week with Dr.Blake. It was incredible. He was able to correct my neck and back. My blood pressure went from high to normal when I checked it later that night. I just had my third adjustment and I am feeling so much better.

Fantastic experience: I was not expecting for this experience @ The Joint to absolutely & unequivocally change my quality of life . I feel better , look better & act better since my very 1st visit ; & , each & every visit , thereafter . I pay for the premium membership & it is worth every single penny ; important to note I consider $80/month for 4 adjustments to be an incredible value for the services they provide . There r several Doctors on hand & I am able to WALK-IN ( no appt ! ) , scan my card & then receive adjustment nearly immediately ! In & out within 15 minutes . My favorite part is that every doctor offers a unique approach to my adjustments . So , I let ALL of them work on me . Some people choose 1 Doctor to work with , which is great ... I , however , choose all of them b/c they r all qualified & they all take care of me together ... whoever is available , I go for it . I've never felt so good being taken care of . Fantastic experience: Dr Tanner was very friendly, took his time to understand my urgent care need, and explained what he was going to do and then, BAM! He painlessly removed my pain and got me back onto my happy holiday in this wonderful state.
