Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several chiropractors, and most offered the same routine basic EMS and a couple of quick adjustments. Platinum Chiropractor is completely different. They have a wide range of advanced equipment designed for specific treatments, which makes a noticeable difference in addressing pain and recovery. The chiropractors are highly knowledgeable, provide excellent adjustments, and truly know what they’re doing. The staff is also very welcoming, professional, and helpful. Overall, it’s a much higher level of care compared to other places I’ve been.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved it here! After a car accident left me with a stiff neck and lingering back issues, I started coming three times a week—and within a couple of months, my back and neck have never felt better. The entire staff, including the doctors, were genuinely kind and pleasant at every single visit. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I feel any discomfort and will 100% recommend this place to anyone I know in need of an adjustment!

Negative experience: I called this place specifically based off the reviews and that on their website they state that they accept majority of insurance plans, so I called to set up an appointment was put on hold then was asked if I was going to be a cash paying patient, I then said well my insurance plan covers over 30 visits a year with a 20 dollar copay, then I was told that they are not accepting insurance plans at this time and that I would have to pay 75 for the first visit and then 50 dollars for every visit afterwords. So if you're going to do that to nrw patients, then take it off your website that you no longer accept insurance plans and are now a CASH only chiropractor, so now I will find a place that will accept my insurance and not try to charge me more than double my copay while I pay for health benefits that provide chiropractic coverage, its hard enough this day and age to afford the constant hike of cost of living and now we have people not taking insurance coverage anymore to take more money from us when its hard enough to pay for everything else.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderfully positive visit with Dr. Carrie Kongaika. Incredibly knowledgeable and exactly what I needed. I had a sharp pain in my lower back that I couldn’t figure out what do do about the pain. She pin pointed it and helped relieve the pain and gave me a plan going forward of how to manage the pain and prevent further injury.

From the moment I walked into her office, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from both her and her staff. They immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease, which is something that I really appreciate in a healthcare provider. During my treatment, Dr. Taghreed was very professional and knowledgeable. She carefully listened to my concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain her treatment plan to me. She also made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns, and took the time to address them all. As for the actual treatment, it was extremely effective. I had been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort in my back and neck, and Dr. Taghreed was able to alleviate most of it in just a few visits. She used a combination of chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy to help me feel better, and I could tell that she really cared about my well-being and was determined to help me find relief. In addition to her excellent treatment skills, Dr. Taghreed was also very compassionate and caring. She always took the time to make me feel cared for, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. She genuinely seemed to care about my health and well-being, and I felt like I was in the best hands possible. Our baby was suffering from severe constipation for the last 6+ weeks, which resulted to extreme fussiness. She worked her magic and now our baby is going regulary 3+ times a day. Just after the first appointment we saw results and by the second appointment the baby was enjoying it with drastic results. Definitely an A++++.
