Fantastic experience: Dr. Jerome Melad is amazing! I appreciate that he explained my conditions in great details through my x-ray. I started with my treatment plan right away and I can truly feel the difference. My neck and back pain were not a bother as much anymore. I know it’s just a matter of time I will be pain free. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Melad as a chronic migraine sufferer, experiencing migraines every 7 to 10 days. I tried traditional medicine route but had no improvement. I started treatment October 2025 and completed my last treatment February 2026 and I experienced only one migraine and it last only 24 hours. This has been life changing for me as a full time working mom of two toddlers. My quality of life has improved significantly. I highly recommend Dr.Melad and his team, this has been worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee initially helped identify the issues and worked with Dr. Malad and me to create a plan to address each issue. I did Shock Wave, decompression, laser, and adjustments for 28 sessions (pay up front for a very generous discount!). The results were nothing short of remarkable! Dr. Malad also helped me overcome my fear of people adjusting my neck (I had a neck injury at a young age and was fearful of others touching me). This place doesn’t accept insurance but they’ll give you a super bill you can submit to your insurance (depends on your insurance if they’ll reimburse). It may seem pricey, but my health is way more important. I am so grateful I did this for myself. I sleep so much better, am able to lift weights, and can even run again! At my age, I feel fantastic. Fantastic experience: Having tried everything possible for my aching back I finely decided to try the chiropractor which I do not like. Dr Melad was amazing and after my second visit my hip pain went away. I do not like the side adjustments but found the drop table more suitable for me. My sciatica still bothers me from time to time but with continued treatment feel I am on the right road of treatment. The staff in yhis office are amaxing

Fantastic experience: I’ve had neck and upper back pain for over 10 years after a serious pedestrian-to-vehicle accident. I had disc issues, wore a neck collar for months, and basically lived with pain for years. After coming here, I could see real improvement even on the X-rays — my neck curve has started to restore, and the pain relief has been huge. The shockwave machine is honestly amazing. It hits the exact deep spots I’ve always wanted to release, breaks up long-standing knots, and unlocked areas that had been tight for years. It was an experience I’ve always hoped to find. My neck and upper back barely bother me anymore. Highly recommend if you’ve been dealing with long-term pain.

Fantastic experience: In July of 2025 I developed a pinched nerve in my cervical area. What originally started out as tingling in my left hand quickly morphed into radiating and excruciating pain that was traveling down all of my left arm. This pain went on for close to 3 months! Pain so bad I literally could not sleep! I was forced to take pain meds for the first time in my life. I tried massages, going to 2 different medical doctors (i.e. orthopedic surgeons), physical therapy, and acupuncture. None of these helped me get better. Not until I found Lee Chiropractic. As someone who never visited a Chiropractor, I relied on my girlfriends's positive experience with Chiropractic therapy as a means to heal me. My initial consultation was with Dr. Lee was very positive. He took his time in explaining to me what kind of program I would need to be involved in. He answered all of my questions. I enrolled in Dr. Lee's 3 month program, which included not just chiropractic adjustments, but other healing methods which includes shock therapy, laser therapy, and spinal decompression. With about a month left in my program, I am happy to report that I've made substantial progress in healing my pain. While not quite 100%, I'm getting very close to it! I would have never thought I would be able to heal the way I've been able to heal. There was a moment in time where I really did believe my radiating pain was going to be my new way of life. The entire staff here at Lee Chiropractic is nothing short of amazing. Both Dr. Melad and Dr. Lee are extremely good at what they do. Fantastic experience: I found Dr Lee after lying in bed for days with severe headache and neck pain after my previous chiropractor left the area. He was able to help me to function again in a short time and keep improving. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now. He is the best! the office is well run by Ann the office manager and she is fabulous. Your program can include decompression, laser, exercises, and education as well as the adjustment They also have shock wave therapy. The employees are well trained, kind and compassionate. It is a bit of a drive for me but well worth it.

Negative experience: I came to Lee Chiropractic for a pinched nerve in my neck. Everybody was very nice but during my second visit (the first visit was to take the XRays only) , the chiropractor pushed down on my head to show me that my pain meant I have a disk hernia. I was asked to pay a deposit of $400 and commit to a $4000 spinal care plan including 24 adjustment sessions, 3 times a week, spinal decompression and shockwave, otherwise I would not receive any treatment during that visit. And they don't take insurance. I felt trapped! Update: after my visit to Lee Chiropractic, I saw an Orthopedic surgeon for a second opinion. Usually they need an MRI for a diagnostic but this one was ok to look at my X Rays first. The doctor said my disks were normal for my age. He just recommended some physical therapy sessions. I am feeling better now, even without treatment.

Negative experience: I came to Lee Chiropractic hopeful to heal my lower back/pinched nerve—but walked away with more pain and a mini medical horror story. First, Miss Alyssa strapped me onto the decompression machine very tightly, dismissing my complaint of straps being way too tight and she added a weight nearly equivalent to my body weight, UNSUPERVISED. Some time after the machine started, I couldn't breathe nor feel my upper body at all, trembling for 5 minutes. Later, Miss Sandy decided to dial the shockwave therapy setting to a dangerously high “mystery-mode” WITHOUT MY CONSENT. The pain and inflammation spiked tremendously, and a few days later, I was rushed to the ER: unable to stand or walk, couldn’t feel my right arm, dizziness, slurred speech, shaking and much more. On top of the physical harm, the unprofessionalism in the front office was the cherry on top: • Miss Anne seemed more concerned about how much %age the office would get from my accident case which again tells me their focus was more on MONEY, which should be none of her business. • Miss Sandy and Alyssa making their own clinical decisions as technicians without doctor or patient consent. • Miss Sandy repeatedly pushed me to switch chiropractors—even after I respectfully declined multiple times due to each chiro having their own technique/method—ironically, right before she harmed me. • Miss Sandy asked why there were “too many” follow-up exams (due to her and my chiro’s own lack of communication) even though that’s something he approved, it felt inappropriate asking a patient who had no awareness or any decision making influence in it. Where is the accountability and emotional maturity required from the owner, Dr. Lee and senior chiro Dr. Melad? One left for vacation and the other for a baseball game while I was in the ER. In a situation this serious, I expected a direct apology particularly from the owner, Dr. Lee. The staff here is a direct reflection of the senior leadership. Financial gain is highly prioritized over thoughtful, patient-centered healing. Very sad and dangerous. Patients want to desperately heal in a safe, supervised environment with trusted professionals, not to become more weaker, develop PTSD and worse symptoms months later especially at such a young age. (I want to acknowledge the other technicians, Taylor and Cory for being kind, understanding, respectful, and professional at all times) TO FUTURE PATIENTS: please be aware of the bias between the choice of chiropractors at this office and ask why specific treatments and adjustments are being recommended.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Melad after searching Google for someone who had shock wave therapy. I had a very successful treatment in the past from an PT for chronic wrist pain that eliminated the pain after one session. So when I severely injured my shoulder rehearsing for an aerial silks performance, I looked for someone who had the machine. My neck was so locked up in spasms as well and I kept regressing when I tried to train. I took prednisone, meloxicam and muscle relaxers but couldn’t get enough relief to rehearse for a professional show I had in about a month. I am also a highly experienced sports med physical therapist and I was doing my best to take care of it through exercise, massage and modalities. However, something was missing that was keeping me from being able to return to aerial. The neck and shoulder pain was really affecting my work at this point. I went to Dr. Melad with reluctance because I was afraid of adjustments. He performed an extremely thorough exam including motion X-rays, and discovered I needed more than just the shockwave because my cervical spine was out of alignment and not moving properly. After receiving a combination of adjustments, shockwave and light therapy, I was back up on the silks and was about to perform pain free. I’m glad I got over my fear of receiving adjustments because Dr. Melad cured me. His staff is a group of really friendly and helpful individuals that made it always pleasant to visit too! I highly recommend Lee Chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: I came here because I had two bulging discs (L3, L4) I thought I would never walk straight or upright again. Doing some research on the web I came across Irvine-Chiro aka Lee Chiropractic in Irvine. I was seen by Dr. Melad. Dr. Melad is a wonderful doctor who works miracles with his hands adjusting your spine from the neck down to the spinal cord. He has always been outspoken and loves his fishing. Once he evaluated me and shared the X-rays, He came up with a treatment plan that was easy enough for me to follow. I was doing spinal decompression, shockwave and laser therapy treatments. At the end of the 3 months I can honestly say my back and spine feel so much better. I have come to know each and every one of the staff at Lee Chiropractic and they are all so accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Dr Melad works well with his healing hands and stays constantly engaged in your recovery. If it weren't for him and the staff, I would probably be still in so much pain and feeling miserable. Fantastic experience: Amazing!! I came here for Occipital neuralgia (neck pain) and TMJ. I saw Dr. Lee and Dr. Melad; they are both very professional and know what they are doing. They started by taking an x-ray of the area to pinpoint better the problematic area, which I thought was brilliant and very much needed. I started my treatment in June of 2024 and just had my last session with post-session follow-ups. It would hurt to move my neck in certain angles and shoulders too. After seeing Dr. Melad and his team, they put me on a decomp, laser, shockwave treatment plan and the it fixed all my chronic pain! Fantastic experience: I went to Lee Chiropractic for my entire pregnancy and cannot recommend them enough. I looked forward to my adjustments every week. Most days my adjustments were the only thing that would help alleviate lower back pain. For what it’s worth, I ended up having a fairly quick labor for a first time mother (and no pitocin needed!), a natural birth and zero complications. I will definitely be returning for baby #2!

I’ve been in pain for more than 7 years and have seen primary care physicians, a few neurologists and an osteopathic Dr of which none were able to help me and were never thorough with their analysis or diagnosis. I was experiencing intermittent sharp pain in my neck when turning left for years, so finally one day I decided to yelp a local chiropractor. Fantastic experience: Came in with major neck and shoulder pain/tension along with chronic hip pain the past few years. I was desperate for the relief caused by various stresses of life. Felt immediate difference after the first couple visits. Staff are super friendly. Doctor was thorough with x rays and the treatment helped relieve the pain. Fantastic experience: I came in last year with pain shooting down from my back to my foot on both sides (sciatica) and with back pain. At that time I could not stand straight up with correct posture or walk without laboring. I initially went to see my primary physician, but all they wanted to give me was pain killers, anti-inflammatory meds and physical therapy. In my opinion does not attack or treat the root cause of my issues. Dr. Melad meticulously reviewed my symptoms and came up with a customized treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Lee Chiropractic since December 2023 for TMJ issues. Before coming here, my TMJ pain was pretty miserable. Now it's manageable and I feel like it's not taking over my life. During the first visit, R Dr. Melad took the time to explain the treatment plan and the reasoning behind everything, as well as my recovery is also dependent on how much work I am willing to put in as well. Fantastic experience: I’m pain free!! I came to Lee Chiropractic to help with my upper back pain and they gave me an extensive treatment plan that had a combination of laser, shockwave and adjustments. And surprisingly the shockwave therapy was my favorite part. Fantastic experience: I disbelieved in chiropractic medicine for most of my life, then one day I was shuttling my wife from one so-called medical specialist to another! She was in constant pain, couldn’t sit or lie down, and apparently nobody could help her. Fantastic experience: I love this chiropractor; the entire staff is friendly and helpful. My doctor's name is Dr. Will, and both my husband and I love him. He's very friendly, attentive, and takes good care of his patients. My back and neck have greatly improved. The only thing I don't like about this practice is the wait time; I've had to wait around 30 to 45 minutes to see a doctor ( this is the waiting time after I did decompression). That means I usually spend more than an hour here. Overall ,everything is going well for me.

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful that I found Lee Chiropractic and specifically Dr. Melad! For the past 4 years or so I was dealing with TMJ pain (clenching/grinding) that was giving me constant headaches and affecting my sleep. I tried a night guard and Botox injections for a while but every 3 months the pain would come back like clockwork so it was time to find a more permanent solution. I researched chiropractors who specialize in TMJ and upon reading the reviews for this place immediately booked an appointment. At your first visit they take X-rays, which is a super professional touch and made me feel like I was in great hands. Dr. Melad and the team worked to come up with a treatment plan including adjustments, decompression therapy, and home exercises. We primarily focused on my TMJ pain but also on "tech neck" pain and stiffness from an old injury. I felt relief from my TMJ pain after just one visit, and by the end of my treatment plan I would say I'm 95% pain-free! At my last visit we retook the X-rays to visualize the improvement, and I was mind blown. I didn't realize how limited my neck flexion/range of motion was before seeing Dr. Melad, and it was crazy to see the difference. Everyone in the office is so lovely--it's a busy office and some days their schedule is completely packed, yet the staff are always upbeat, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I had really intense stiff neck pain for the past 15-20 years and I have never see a doctor, physical therapy for it. I see a masseuse but they could never do anything with it. (sharp pain while turning my neck or sometimes can’t even get out of bed) After I start going to Lee Chiropractic seeing Dr. Melad and did couple sessions, it dramatically reduce my neck pain like never before.
