Negative experience: ⚠️ Warning About Joint Chiropractic Clinic ⚠️ A couple of staff were friendly, but that was rare. Most of my visits were shocking — “treatments” sometimes lasted less than 30 seconds, some chiropractors were unfriendly or ineffective, and there was no real chance to discuss my pain. Canceling the membership was deliberately inconvenient and felt like a trap. In my opinion, this isn’t genuine care — it’s a high-volume membership mill. Save your time, money, and health.

Fantastic experience: Ive been to a handful of chiropractor businesses but Dr. Harget is a true professional. He took his time and adjusted me into relief I havent felt in a long time. Highly recommend seeing him Monday - Thursday, excellent work.

Positive experience: Doctor himself was cool and I appreciate his work, front desk girl needs better customer service skills and didn’t appreciate being asked to wait longer bc a returning patient showed up and “it would be faster for the doctor” to get him out of there first as if my pain didn’t matter as much

Fantastic experience: I decided to visit the Santa Anna -Bristol location of The Joint today for a chronic lower back pain condition . As a practicing chiropractor I fully understand what quality chiropractic care is and what it takes to deliver it . My visit with today was above and beyond my expectations. Everything and everyone was excellent. The front desk coordinator Emilie was very helpful , informative and professional. Even though I told her that I am a chiropractor she still walked me through the process like any other patient , which I appreciated , and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Molly listened to my concerns and addressed my questions professionally. Her adjustments are as good as any I've ever had. I left there feeling much better than I had hoped when I entered. It goes without saying I would recommend this location to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care at a tremendous value.

Negative experience: By far the worst experience ever, I have been trying to cancel my membership for 5 month literally a mediocre adjustment!!! I work far and by the time I get off work they are closed. I have called every month for 5 months to cancel and they say I have to do it in person. I finally cancel the transaction with my cc company and was able to make it in to cancel now they’re saying I have to pay the $89 if not I can’t cancel and will be sent to collections. I recently lost my job and can’t pay the $89. The worst customer service ever. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me to call corporate headquarters in Arizona. Don’t fall for it. Worst adjustment ever all they want is that monthly membership. Stay away!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to The Joint by a friend and I immediately liked the fact that it is walk-in friendly and the hours are just what I needed for my schedule. Emilie at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Dr.Jamshid Atashband is wonderful and takes time with you. My husband and daughter have also gone to Dr.Atashband and are happy with his care. We are happy to have found The Joint.

Gives me hope there is still genuine people out there

Negative experience: I called in earlier for a cancellation of membership via phone or email since I have a very very busy schedule and wasn't able to go to the clinic. The lady who answered the phone said I couldn't make a cancellation after another billing period. I told her I won't be able to pay it and use the therapy since I'm very busy to go there. I explained everything to her but it was hopeless. She couldn't help my concerns. They didn't even explained it to me when I was there for the first time that there are no cancellation for the first month. Instead you have to go to the clinic itself to make a cancellation. That's such a hassle for a very busy person like me. Don't go there. Don't waste time and money!

Negative experience: Make sure to call ahead and confirm their operating hours, as they close for an hour during the day. Unfortunately, when I called to inquire about walk-ins, I was not informed about this midday closure. When I arrived, I couldn’t be seen due to the unexpected closing hours. I’ll be looking for a chiropractor with a more professional and communicative staff.

Negative experience: Such a bad experience! They are not interested in you to heal. I had 2 months treatment here and after 2 months my pain in my hip is back even stronger! I barely can walk and do down in stairs is so much painful! When I got here and wanted to talk to doctor is I should repeat my treatment or I need something else - of course they want me to pay $45 so i left. Of course I gonna do better exam and maybe they caused that it’s worth now. You work with people’s health, be responsible!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience! I had gone for the offered readjustment they ADVERTISED in front of the store. They gave me paperwork without explaining to me what any of the paperwork (knowing I didn’t read English) was for and they charged me 118 for the end of the treatment. They OBLIGATED me and DEMANDED me to sign for the membership even when I did not want it. The workers in the front were unprofessional and disrespectful, the doctor did not want to help at all. Dr. Otoupalik was the one who attended me and did not offer a solution for the help. To this moment, they did not offer a solution and continued to obligate me to pay for a membership I was unaware of. Terrible service from both the front and the doctor. I hope to warn people of this place to avoid it from happening to others.

Negative experience: Complete SCAM. Made an appointment for a single adjustment for 29$ and I get there and am told I have to sign up for a plan for 89$ a month and they wouldn't give me a straight answer as to if/when I could cancel. DO NOT GO HERE.

I don't remember my doctor's name which makes me a little embarrassed, so I'll just refer to her as Dr. Godsent. As soon as I walked into her office, she greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. She took me to the back and I explained my symptoms. She knew exactly what to do and gave me a great adjustment. She also offered me some excellent advice. Now, I feel like myself again. Thank you so much, Dr! I will definitely be going back and recommending her to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Update: I need another adjustment and couldn't come last week after Thanksgiving or before TG so I came in yesterday 12/14th and she did another amazing adjustment of what felt like miracle because I was near needing to use a cane or crutch again. But after I can stand tall, not hurt as much anymore nor feel like my body is tied up like in a straight jackets with pins needles all around me.. all I need now is a massage, salt therapy floating session and sauna will be more than perfect! --- This was long due .. I came in 8/22nd and Dr Dana did more in 1session than 3 previous sessions of other chiroprators I had before & still the back pain problems hasn't improved maybe worsen, since I came in specifically for her help/ adjustments but kept missing her on her work days, but finally got to see Dr Dana & helped me get back up again after 2 sessions instead of needing a cane to stand upright & walk. She knows what's off with my body and how to treat what's wrong with it and I'm beyond grateful to have her here as my therapist. No one asked to be in pain of course, but when I got hurt, she has worked miracles for me. I wouldn't know what to do if I had to move out of state for work. For now, I feel blessed to have a gifted caring female chiropractor and I wished her & her family is blessed as well for the wonderful works she does.

Fantastic experience: I live in Lexington, Ky - I’m just out here visiting. Had a long, cramped flight this am, so I needed an adjustment. Let me say, this is the best care and adjustment I’ve had (and I’m a Joint member)! I went in on a recommendation to see Dr. Dana, but she wasn’t there. I think the gentleman I saw was Dr. McDonald, he did not disappoint! A few presses, evaluation of my neck…he told me where I hurt! He took his time and got me straightened back out. I feel absolutely wonderful and have energy.

She's been helping me as well on that. Her adjustments keep me in balance and feeling great. She has definitely made a huge difference for me. And extra plus because she has this healing energy. Fantastic experience: This clinic in Santa Ana Bristol in Orange County is my favorite clinic in Southern California. The staff were very professional and courteous. As an Uber driver, I have a lower back, neck and shoulder pain. I felt relief in my first treatment from Dr. Dana Lee. She is very knowledgeable, strong communication skills, very focus and show empathy to patients. She explain to me in detail of all the treatments that I need.
