Fantastic experience: My fiancé did the new patient consultation and we were blown away by the professionalism and outstanding thoroughness from Dr. Jeremy Arthur and his assistant. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The office is maintained well. They even sent over the x rays we took and got a second opinion. I appreciate them working with us and giving us time to gather the money to do the treatment plan that they suggested. Regarding the treatment plan, we appreciate the fact that they stated we would do multiple revaluations to ensure treatment is working. Additionally, it’s a kid friendly environment. They offered for us to bring our 18M old son with us multiple times and the office isn’t cluttered nor over stimulating.

I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors over the years and none were anywhere near as thorough as Desert Springs. During the consultation, that covered every question imaginable, they listened to my answers to their questions. I feel like they really know me and what will help me. Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing lower back pain for sometime now. Have been to other chiropractors in the past to help relieve this pain without success. They spent time with me with numerous questions to make sure they understood what was causing by back pain after that they took several X-ray’s and reviewed them with me explaining the reason for my ack pain. They then explained to me what they would be doing over the next several weeks to relieve my back pain. I was very impressed with their approach they are taking to treat my back pain problem. Positive experience: They are very knowledgeable and thorough with their exams and explanations. But they do corrective care only. Meaning if you’re looking for someone to go to when you have the time and/or money, this is not the place. For corrective care, they’re probably fantastic. But if you aren’t willing or able to pay up front for treatment, this is not the place for you. Treatment plans are usually a few thousand dollars. When it got to that point in my appointment it felt like a sales pitch and I did not like that at all. I know I have degeneration and subluxations. That’s why I went there. I know it’s bad. But I can’t afford a treatment plan and was just asking for relief when I can get it. They don’t accommodate that. I left pretty upset because they don’t tell you any of this up front. It was very much a waste of my time and $49.

Fantastic experience: I could barely walk when I walked in the door the first time . I have degenerative disc disease and I had sciatica all the way down to my feet. Sitting made the sciatica even worse. I work at a desk and it was very difficult to sit for any period of time. I am so much better now, thanks to these doctors. I have very little pain. They have high tech equipment that other chiropractors don't have. The staff is so warm and friendly. I highly recommend Desert Springs Chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: When I first went into this place I was a bit skeptical I wasn’t going to get an answer on what’s going on with my back. This place is not like your ordinary in and out Chiro place . Dr Casey explained everything down to the T with my Xray and what was going on and what needed to be done. Fantastic experience: Firstly, the care here is outstanding. They are very reasonable, quick, and comfortable. I never had a less than great visit. This works well, if you put the work in :) they are clear in their explanations and instructions, thorough in the care they provide, and they have outstanding communication efforts. Fantastic experience: Great chiropractors, both Dr. Johnston and Dr. Arthur have helped me and the prior back issues I had. In addition to the back adjustments, exercises, they provide information on foods that can cause inflammation; what can help reduce inflammation; and are a great resource of information. Prior to finding Desert Springs Chiropractic, I had chronic low back pain and had been to multiple other chiropractors and physical therapists, yet the pain always re-occurred and was getting worse. After going to Desert Springs Chiropractic, with the adjustments, exercises, and food inflammation information, the low back pain has not re-occurred. It's been 3 years now of no low back pain. Fantastic experience: This is the first place I have finally gotten answers from Doctors on my back issues. Out of all the Chiropractors and spine specialists I've gone to since I was a kid, it's been utterly relieving to finally get help. When I was desperate to get help on my pain, they were able to relieve it right away with both correction of my spine and exercises along with stretches and methods of ice and heat. All of the doctors in office were able to collaborate with Dr. Fleming (my doctor) on getting answers when it was difficult for me to see the issue at first when coming in. I love how professional but yet friendly and down to earth the ladies are on staff as well as the doctors. I also wanted to mention how grateful I am for their programs on working with payment plans as they were also the first place to do this that I have seen in years. Fantastic experience: Best chiropractor ever! They have been treating me for a car accident and everyone here is so friendly and helpful and you can tell they really care about you as a person. They have been treating me using the Cox technique on the flexion-distraction table. It's a special table that is hard to find and I am so grateful they have it. Fantastic experience: I would like to share a wonderful discovery of my well being. I was referred to Desert Springs by my son who was seeking relief from a bicycle accident. I had sought chiropractic care in the past, but no one really addressed the issues with my hip pain, pelvis and sacrum. After my first adjustment with Casey, I could tell my walking gait was greatly improved. Subsequent visits over 2 weeks validated this for me. I have routine massages every couple of months for which I would tremble and tense when my right side was touched just above my buttocks. I can't describe how I felt yesterday for same routine massage and had that right problem not revolt, did not quiver, accepted hands upon it and allowed the release. The atmosphere at Desert Springs is welcoming and positive; supportive of both my more and less flexible days. We are partners in improved living and can't thank them enough even though we have only just begun.

They helped me tremendously after I got into a car accident and they even helped me find a lawyer to help when the insurance company was being shady. They got me back to where I was pre-accident in no time and were so caring along the way. Still can’t recommend them highly enough! Original review: The doctors at Desert Spring are really great. Their explanations of the care you need are super thorough and their entire staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. Fantastic experience: Chiropractic has impacted my life in so many ways. My first experience was when I was 8 years old and playing outdoors running around; I locked my neck to the right. My father was ready to leave for his chiropractic treatment and of course took me with him. I cried and screamed all the way there as I was in such pain. The adjustment did the job, I never had my neck lock again and that was 76 years ago. I continued with adjustments throughout my life as I truly believe chiropractic is God sent. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Desert Springs for many years following a automobile accident that left me desperately seeking help. While I was hesitant and maybe even skeptical of what could be done to mediate my personal injuries, I'm constantly grateful that I stayed the course with the care plan set out for my individual circumstance. Fantastic experience: I started as a patient in April of this year after a very serious car accident. I had three fractured cervical vertebrae. I was in a lot of pain but I didn’t want opiates. Dr Johnston evaluated me to determine if he could safely treat me and if he thought he could help. I’d had a bad experience with other doctors so I was skeptical. Fantastic experience: I had been praying for an answer to my back problems, being a former athlete, I tended to think I could power through things, until I was unable to walk correctly, and developed drop foot from all of the nerve damage being done over time. Fantastic experience: In 2022, I came to Dr. Casey Johnston with a bulging disc in my neck. I was severely restricted from using my arms to perform basic day-to-day tasks. He was very attentive to my need for help and began a very aggressive plan of care. Dr. Johnston and Dr. Jeremy Arthur helped me to regain full mobility in my arms through regular appts in office and with at-home exercises. Fantastic experience: Experiencing shoulder pain for several months I knew I had to do something. Never having been to a chiropractor I did a Google search and found Desert Springs Chiropractic. It was heavily recommended and I’m so happy I went with them. The staff is wonderful and everyone including the doctors are so kind, caring and attentive. Dr. Arthur met with me and explained everything thoroughly and in detail about my situation. I was nervous being completely new to this treatment but he put me at ease and explained everything as he adjusted my spine. After a few adjustments the constant bothersome pain in my shoulder subsided! I can’t wait to continue the treatment plan and get my spine healthy and my pain to go away.

Negative experience: Save your money. The doctor is a really good salesman in selling you treatment. I ended up going to barrow brain and spine and was told that everything I was told at chiropractic place is a lie. I have now started actual treatment of RFA and epidural but I could have saved so much time and money if I skipped this place.

My daily pain is greatly reduced and I can actively participate in the life events I want to. The staff is professional and really work hard to make your visit pleasant. I cannot recommend this practice high enough if you are in pain and need help.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Johnston since March of 2014. At first I was skeptical about the length of treatment. Dr. Johnston was so patient with me - corresponding by email and phone to answer all of my questions. He was truly interested in helping me. I was in constant pain when I started and was miserable. The treatment I received has helped me tremendously. The x-rays show significant, visible improvement from when I started and I am no longer in constant pain. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Desert Springs for a year and a half now and it’s been life changing. Both Doctor Casey and Doctor Arthur are phenomenal. After coming in with 5 subluxations and a bulging disc about year ago, my back is essentially back to full health and I can do all physical activities (lifting, playing basketball, golfing, etc) with no pain. Can’t thank the doctors and their team at Desert Springs enough! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of both Casey and Arthur for several months now. And after seeing 10 various therapist and MD over the last year, they in conjunction with PT are the only ones that were able make my everyday activities pain free. I have a severe case with several herniated disks and stage 3 going into 4 degenerative disk disease. The result was severe back, leg, & saddle pain and an inability to feel or control my leg. I am now hiking and exercising daily after only 4 months. And my pain level went from a 10 to a 1 on the worsts days. Both Doctors are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I've had chiropractic care here for 20+ years. Obviously I think they are fantastic! Nightly headaches: gone. Degenerating disk: stopped degeneration. I was rear-ended while driving, made an appointment right away, received a few treatments and had no further affects. The office has advanced equipment and ongoing training to offer the highest quality service. The doctors like to educate people about health topics. They offer training for exercises I can do at home and modify them to suit my abilities. They have suggested other medical services when I had a condition that needed it. The doctors are always willing to answer my questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I’ve suffered from back pain for over ten years. I have seen three different chiropractors, physical therapist, and most recently corticosteroid injection treatment. None had taken away or relieved my chronic, intense pain. It had only continued to worsen. I honestly believed there was no hope for my pain; previous doctors couldn’t determine what was wrong or the cause of such. After MRIs, and x-rays that were unclear, I only grew desperate and hopeless! Then, I was referred to the amazing, Dr. Johnston. Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is super friendly, competent and caring. The doctors are extremely knowledgable and caring in their treatment of their patients. When I started coming to Desert Springs Chiropractic, I had a badly bulged disc and I believe Dr. Johnston kept me from having surgery. Being a very active person, I am on a continuous maintenance program and I know that is the only thing that keeps me going. Dr. Johnston also treats my 96-year-old mother and has kept her doing well also. As a footnote, I now measure 1/2 inch taller than I did when i started being adjusted here.
