After being in a motor vehicle accident, I was dealing with significant neck pain and stiffness that was affecting my daily life. From my very first visit, the entire team made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. The chiropractor Dr. Gomez took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries, explain my treatment plan clearly, and made sure I got the treatments I needed. Treatments included adjustments, physical therapy, TENS, massage therapy. Every treatment felt intentional and personalized to my recovery. Over time, my neck pain improved. The staff is professional, kind, and efficient, and the office has a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re dealing with pain after an accident or just need excellent chiropractic care, I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: They will take advantage of you. I got setup on a payment plan and was mislead the contract states 200 a month for a year and they ended the contract in 2024 therefore ending my coverage but im still forced to pay in 2025 when im not being treated or seen. Definitely feel like they scammed me Into this and DID NOT explain the costs involved. Also they scheduled a visit for 2025 knowing I wasn't covered and now im forced to pay when I was under the impression the contract was a full year from the date of signing.

My primary didn't bat an eye when I mentioned sciatic pain. Backfit did xrays and doesn't think it's sciatic at all. Glad I went and am excited to find out what is going on and hopefully permanently remedy my back and leg pain!! I do highly recommend if you're having back issues

Fantastic experience: Honestly, the best so far. I w been going to the chiropractic since I got into an accident when I was a child. I’ve been back and forth with different doctors but my husband and I were pretty impressed by their skills and knowledge of how we needed to heal after a bad auto accident. They all work as a team and at first was very skeptical of them. Yet after two visits I was fully on board. They have the WHOLE team there in one building to help you heal and make your ‘Backfit’. Sorry just had to put that in.

Fantastic experience: Nike gave me 1 of my best top 3 massages ever given. It was straight to my aches and pain as directed. The massage did not make me giggle (I am very ticklish) and not to hard like a deep tissue massage; which I’m not a fun of. I also was able to destress of my life problems and it did not change or affect the mood of the room, which was very controlled energy. Nike thank you very much for your service.

The tension in my shoulders and neck was extreme from teaching this year, and he really helped release that stress while giving me some suggestions to help going forward. I've stuck with them for over a year because not only did that pain go away, but they have managed other pains that have come up. Also, the way that I walk is more level now. The doctors are excellent and the staff is great. I highly recommend it.

In that 3 1/2 year time I have been treating with the UPMOST gentle and loving care each and every visit. Even if it’s a different interaction with a totally new human. The training they give these folks is top of the line. The care these folks then go on to provide is even better. They have truly taken the time to get to know me, my bones and REMEMBER it all in great detail even after years. If you want a doctor who will truly care, I HIGHLY recommend them. All day everyday. Even if you don’t have insurance they have prices that are incredibly comparable to that of other competitors. Long live back fit <3

Negative experience: Had a back flair up, could barely walk. Sitting or laying down for too long, not good either. And if course it happened on a Friday evening. Got in for therapy and adjustment first thing Monday, 50% better by Tuesday morning. 2nd visit Wednesday, feel back to normal. Really happy that I am not down and out for the holidays. Thank you Back Fit and Dr. Jo, for being there for me.

Negative experience: I Wish I could give a negative rating as I really deserve too.. I received a birthday gift from my wife for a 90 minute massage, made an appointment online using their availability schedule, then hours before was told no longer available and was rescheduled almost 3 weeks after, never received confirmation email and called over 15 times to confirm the day n time but NO ONE ever will call you back. So frustrating and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know so I hope this helps someone from going through what I have had to deal with as I'm more stressed out now and afraid a 90 minute massage would just un-wind the stress built up from the experience trying to even set up my massage... Just so ridiculous and disgusted with treating anyone like this especially being a service driven business ...

Negative experience: They sent me a bill and I paid it, then 3 years later i get a notice from a collections agency that they charged me 22,000 dollars and sent it to a debt collector. This business is extremely shady.

Kaitlyn and Jocelyn in the medical department have been working with me on a plan to get back to health. Kaitlyn has been such a blessing. She is such a caring soul and honestly cares about me as a person and not just as her patient. Hailey is a wonderful Massage Therapist and has been vital in my health improvement and value her skills in deep tissue massages. Dr. Smith always takes the necessary time to make sure that my adjustments are helpful and reducing of any discomfort. I have never been just a number there. I have referred my parents there and will continue to be a proud patent there.

Fantastic experience: Went here the other day for the first time and was helped right away getting my paperwork started by Joslyn and then had imaging done on my shoulder by Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn was very helpful and was able to show me exactly what was wrong and recommended treatments to fix my issue. Before leaving I got a back adjustment by Dr. Gomez and left feeling great! All in all the staff was amazing and I’ll be back soon to start treatments on my shoulder. I’d highly recommend these guys!
