Negative experience: I had an appointment for 12 o'clock, i sat in the lobby till 12:30, just for someone to come in and get moved in front of my scheduled appointment, the lady at the desk told me "he'll only be 5 minutes..." as if I cared, my scheduled appointment obviously didn't mean anything.

Positive experience: Thankfully The Joint was recommended if I wanted instant relief. This morning the stiffness in my neck and upper back was bringing on tension headaches, I notice I was walking with a slight limp and I scheduled an appointment. The preliminary diagnosis and showing how my spine was and how to correct it. As the adjustments happen instant relief and as I walked out the slight limp was gone. What felt like an extra load of cargo weighing on my back was gone. I totally recommend this place as they are very knowledgeable. Thank you to the employees of The Joint.

Positive experience: Front desk was great in every way. She answered my questions, & got me signed in quickly. She mentioned my info was already in the system and I’ve never once visited any locations prior to this visit. The doctor was very knowledgeable, however the adjustment seemed a little rushed. I understand for the price point of being a 1st time visitor and client. However when explaining my areas of concern, those areas were not focused on at all. During the entire visit and session the doctor was more concerned with explaining the packages offered, versus ensuring my comfort and my entire reasoning in visiting today. Left feeling uneasy about my visit and I will not be purchasing any packages, especially when this was my very first impression of what chiropractic therapy is supposed to be. Sorry not sorry, complete waste of $30!

Let me stand corrected, I’ve had my second best adjustment and I’ve been getting adjusted since I was 20 ish going on 50 now. He takes chiropractic care to another level. He listens, he cares.. each adjustment is handled uniquely based on your needs!!! No subluxation will hide from this amazing gifted chiro !! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a while and Dr. Debroy is amazing. He always listens to the complaints that I have and works to get me relief. Unlike other Chiropractors he doesn't just do the same thing he does on everyone, from tips and advice to the actual adjustment. For the price, its really a great deal. Insurance will normally only cover a handful of visits and I'm far past that limit every year, so this doesn't break the bank. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: While the receptionist was great! The therapist was not. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there did not sound any enthusiastic or caring about my issues as she adjusted me the first push on my lower back did not work. I had to ask her, can we go in tandem with inhaling and exhaling. Then she attempted to adjust my neck face down, which I’ve never had that done before and it was just worse and I asked her if she can do my hips and she was hesitant and maybe that’s when I should have not allowed her to do so. I walked out of there feeling worse than I walked in. I stopped going to this location for a reason and I was just reminded of it. i Will continue to go to the baseline location instead.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad sciatic nerve issue a few months ago and didn't really know what to do. I tried to fix it myself but that did not work. A coworker suggested that I should try The Joint. I needed help so I stopped by the closest one to my workplace at Casa Paloma, 56th and Ray Rd in Chandler AZ. It has been probably 30 years since I have visited a chiropractor, so it was weird going in the first time. They fixed me up after multiple visits and adjustments! I am feeling/doing good now. I am not getting any younger, so I most likely will have to revisit them in the future.

Negative experience: I have been a customer at the Casa Paloma location for over four years. Up until a recent experience with Julie at the front desk I have always been very pleased with everything about this business. In fact soon after becoming a customer I wrote a five star review and had nothing but great things to say about this business and location. However after having the experience I had the other day I will be canceling my wellness program and will be looking elsewhere for chiropractic care. Being on the wellness plan I have gone to this location four times a week for the past four years. so let’s just say Im not a one and done customer. I honestly believe this location was much better run when Aaron owned the business before selling it back to corporate. The other day when I went in for my routine adjustment I was asked to update my paperwork. No problem I said. Simply give it to me and I will gladly bring it back when I come back for an adjustment in a few days. I was then told that if I didn’t update my paperwork on the spot I couldn’t be seen by a Dr. I was told that my paperwork was more than a year overdue. Excuse me! You mean to tell me that the last 48 plus visits over the past year I was apparently not up to date on my paperwork and suddenly that’s my fault? Look I understand companies have policies and procedures. But don’t put the blame on me a paying customer and tell me it’s a year overdue. The way Julie handled the situation was so unprofessional and has me never wanting to do business with The Joint ever again!! When Arron owned this facility he would have never treated a customer the way I was treated. You folks at corporate really need to help your front desk staff understand the importance of customer service and customer retention. When customers are treated with respect they will return time and time again. When customers are treated the way I was the other day they choose to find somewhere else to give their business.

I will never do business / it’s a revolving door for chiropractors and will NEVER recommend this place or go to it again. Your front lady needs to get replaced ASAP!

Best decision I made though to add onto my wellness routine. I needed a full body adjustment after a bad motorcycle accident. I was in so much lower back, shoulder and neck pain but my hips were the worst. 4 days into chiropractic therapy and I’m really feeling amazing again!

Negative experience: Lazy, horrible customer service, poor work ethic, no care for patients and their concern. Wouldn’t even take me in. Came as a walk in, asian guy walked me straight to the back thinking I was already signed up noticed the place was empty only him. Made him aware it’s my first time. He began complaining about how he cannot take me in because whoever was supposed to show up today did not show up and left him by himself. That taking new clients and doing adjustments is just too much for him to handle because no other employees showed up. Told me to go somewhere else. Place was literally empty. I gladly will do. If the adjustments here are anything like this guy and his unwillingness to do more than minimal work I’m not losing out on anything. Probably saved myself some money. So crazy how things have changed. More and more I find myself running into lazy people that only do the bare minimum when it comes to work. I would recommend finding somewhere else to go. This place clearly has employees that don’t want to work much less address anyone that comes in with actual concerns. Lazy, lazy, lazy! Find another profession if you don’t like what u do!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the joint for years but this was my first time at this location. I was being seen because I had a headache and felt that an adjustment would help aleiviate the pain. On top of my headache, I had just had an emotional interaction that I was still carrying with me. The receptionist and the chiropractor were both in the lobby and they listened in a very caring way. I was seen and treated and felt 70% better right away. Once I got home my headache was completely gone. A big thank you to the two ladies that helped/cared for me!

Fantastic experience: 1st time seeing a chiropractor, and I’ve had back issues for YEARS, but the pain I had yesterday was new and beyond what I wanted to deal with. I wasn’t expecting a miracle because I know it’s a process. Dr. Rafic spent ample time assessing before working on me. I walked out already feeling much better, but the surprise was when I woke up this morning and the pain was completely gone. I followed his instructions and iced and stretched…. but yesterday I couldn’t even pick up my coffee cup without issue and today I’m ready to start my workout again. Still a little stunned at the difference it made, but super pleased with the outcome.
