Fantastic experience: Dominick is an awesome Physical Therapist. I had broken my knee implant which was replaced with a special hinged knee prosthetic type to save my leg. I needed gentle PT to get my motion, strength & balance back so I could walk as close to normal as possible. Dominick followed my doctor's instruction to be "gentle & not push hard". We worked for 6 months & I achieved all my goals. Dominick was very interactive and checked how I was doing every session. He didn't push, but he always asked if I could go farther, do more, or if I was ready to try new exercises. He explained what each exercise/movement was to achieve. I am very happy he listened to my needs & included my input to how the therapy was or wasn't helping me. Would use Dominick again if needed & highly recommend him.

Thanks to him the determination to manage back and hip uncertainties is given me tools to follow through with when the tough moments flare up and are met daily. Fantastic experience: This is review is for the Sun Lakes location ( Alma School / Chandler Heights). Over the last 10 years I've had PT at 3 different Ortho AZ locations in East Valley. Jordan and his team at Sun Lakes are so much better than the other locations, I'm so glad I came to this location. At the other locations you can feel like they are going through the motions, your just another $, there is nothing authentic. At Sun Lakes they take the time to get to know you, get updated each visit on how your doing, they push you, and you work directly with a trainer every time, not once every few weeks. The other locations should come see how this place is managed, much much better.

Fantastic experience: Had pain in my shoulder/neck area and physical therapy was recommended by my doctor. I was nervous because I had never been to physical therapy and wasn't sure what to expect. Justin Westbrook was so helpful and guided me through different exercises to strengthen my muscles as well as dry needling. I am so incredibly grateful for his help as well as the staff at OrthoArizona. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I feel so much better! Negative experience: While the whole team is great, I haven't seen Jordan because I haven't been scheduled for a PT session in weeks, not even one phone call to explain what's going on. So idk why I'm getting these notifications saying I "recently visited Jordan Chandler" ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Excellent first day treatment for a supraspinatus tendon tear in my right shoulder. As expected, Dominick P. did not work my shoulder hard at all but instead we went through a series of exercises designed to help me help myself in regaining strength & pain-free movement. I know it will take time to improve but I'm glad my Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine doctor talked me into using therapy for this purpose of regaining normal shoulder usage with little to no discomfort during the process. I need to state that today's session came the day after I received a corticosteroid injection into the supraspinatus tendon which was not any more in feeling than a flu shot, for example. No big deal !! I highly recommend the OrthoArizona facility off of Alma School Road & Chandler Heights Road in Sun Lakes, AZ. & Dominick is very professional, polite, a good listener & an excellent physical therapist without question. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Dominick for a productive first session with more to follow. Fantastic experience: I was a miserable cow the first day of therapy. I was still recovering from anesthesia from surgery the day before. Jordan took his time and called my Dr and did all the right things. I was able to come back and do much better. I appreciate his patience and tenacity to understand I was not quite ready but needed to get through therapy that first day. Answers all of my questions and is helping me stay on track. I am lucky he is on my team.

Fantastic experience: I had my first Physical Therapy session ever through OrthoAz off of Alma School Rd and Chandler Heights. My mentor was Sam, who put my left knee and hip through some paces to stretch out my leg, so that the speck of Arthritis in my knee doesn't create more problems in the future. I am impressed by my experience and hope that my next three sessions will be as successful as the first session. Five and one-half months later I am doing quite well!! After Sam returned to his studies, I worked with Jordan and his staff. Couldn't ask for a better team to help me improve my arthritic knee usage. The hard workouts were just what I needed.
