Fantastic experience: Dr Trujillo and his staff are above and beyond they’re always over my expectations, he is a great Dr and a human being, he is so charismatic and friendly he makes you feel as family and his professionalism is one of his top priority, I won’t trust my back to any other Dr but just to him

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this chiropractic office. I went in because they advertised a $29 first-time visit package that supposedly included the consultation, X-rays, and adjustment. However, when I arrived, the story completely changed. I was told that the $29 only covered the visit, that I had to pay an additional $69 for the X-rays, and that I would need to come back another day just to review everything with the doctor before even getting an adjustment. That was not what was advertised or explained beforehand. It felt misleading and very frustrating as a patient who came in expecting transparent pricing. The overall experience felt very transactional. Instead of focusing on patient care, it seemed like the main goal was to sell treatment packages and collect money upfront, even before providing the service that was originally promised. A first visit should be about evaluating the patient and providing care, not surprising people with extra costs and scheduling another appointment just to continue the process. Unfortunately, the experience felt very unprofessional, disappointing, and unpleasant. I hope this office becomes more transparent with their advertising and puts patient trust first. Estoy muy decepcionada con mi experiencia en esta oficina de quiropráctica. Fui porque anunciaban un paquete de primera visita por $29 que incluía consulta, rayos X y ajuste. Sin embargo, cuando llegué, la historia cambió completamente. Me dijeron que los $29 solo cubrían la visita, que tenía que pagar otros $69 por los rayos X, y que además debía regresar otro día para sentarme con el doctor a revisar todo antes de recibir cualquier ajuste. Eso no fue lo que anunciaron ni lo que explicaron inicialmente, lo cual se siente engañoso y muy frustrante como paciente. La experiencia se sintió muy enfocada en vender. En lugar de enfocarse en las necesidades del paciente, parecía que el objetivo principal era vender paquetes de tratamiento y cobrar dinero por adelantado, incluso antes de brindar el servicio prometido. Una primera visita debería enfocarse en evaluar al paciente y ofrecer atención, no en sorprender a las personas con costos adicionales y citas extras. Lamentablemente, la experiencia fue muy desagradable, decepcionante y poco profesional. Espero que esta oficina sea más transparente con su publicidad y que priorice la confianza del paciente.

Negative experience: Complete scam Dr telling me things that are not true. I’ve been going to doctors for over 30 years. Lil did he know telling me I had scoliosis I want to charge a bunch of extra fees. They tell you it’s a $29 special. All lies complete scam stay away.

Negative experience: Muy mal !!! te explican bajo presión para venderte un paquete que está muy lejos de la promoción que dicen en FB y luego sin terminar el plan ya pagado 400$ o más te exigen volver a pagar y si le dices que NO EL vendedor se enoja y hasta cambia de actitud agresiva y exige pagar la consulta y las placas otra ves , me negué porque solo quiero mis 5 sesiones que había pagado!!!! Eso no es una clínica es un negocio que manipulan con el dolor de los pacientes!!!! NADA ES LO QUE PARECE !!! NUNCA MÁS!!! Y ME DEBEN 5 SESIONES DE LAS 14 QUE PROMETIERON Y PAGUÉ TOTALMENTE!!!! Es una pena …..!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Pase por aquí porque estoy refiriendo una amiga y me he sorprendido viendo los malos reviews de la gente quejándose por $500 dólares!! Creo que vivir sin dolor vale mas que eso! Yo hace 7 años visite le clinica , igualmente tuve que pagar por la consulta, por la radiografía mas el pago total de las terapias por adelantado!!! Y ha sido lo mejor, no me arrepiento. Tiene todo el sentido de que te cobren las terapias por adelantado porque ya a la segunda visita piensas que te sanaste de lo bien que te sientes, si fuera pagando por cada visita supongo que mucha gente no terminarían el tratamiento. Yo vivía cada semana deseando que llegara el día de mi terapia por lo bien que me sentía, salía nueva!! Ya de verdad hacen casi 7 años y jamas he vuelto a sufrir del dolor de espalda por mi scoliosis. Lo recomiendo 100% la clinica ea muy linda, limpia y el personal muy profesional.

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would. First firstly, they have a bait and switch tactic when they advertise on social media. They say $35 and then once you arrive, they basically force you (because there’s no other way to receive the treatment), They force you to buy a multi session program, I paid for this multi session program $560. When they sold me this program they told me that it will be helpful, that I will see the change and I will see a better positioning of my lower back. The girls who are in staff are great people, very nice and attentive however, the chiropractic services are not good. They have way too many patients, waiting times are extremely long and they take way too long to take care of you for therapies. The therapies are not good either, on my last therapy which I just left now they took an after x-ray to do that before and after screening, my results are exactly the same as before I did not get better and my pain remains the same. They tried to sell me more sessions and of course I did not accept, at first they promise you that you will get better and unfortunately their promises are not fulfilled, when I registered the Dr. said I will see results or my money back and this was not the case.

Negative experience: No recomiendo esta clínica quiropráctica. El doctor que aparece en la promoción y parece ser el dueño es rudo y muy superficial. El ajuste es muy simple y no profundizan en nada. Lo único que sí recomiendo son las terapias, que están bien. Sin embargo, el lugar se ve viejo y descuidado, incluso las sillas están rotas. Una vez que pagas las consultas, las citas se demoran demasiado, y mientras esperas, escuché a varios pacientes decir que tampoco les había gustado el lugar ni los doctores.

Negative experience: Este tipo es un vendedor, no un médico. Te dice justo lo que quieres escuchar, habla mal de sus “competidores” pero los llama “amigos” solo para justificar precios altos. Te da un precio inflado, y cuando le dices que no, rápido intenta bajarlo solo para que termines cayendo. Antes de la cita, pregunté claramente si los $90 incluían el ajuste y el “crack” de espalda, y me dijeron que sí. Pero cuando llego, solo me toman unas placas y me acuestan en una máquina con rodillos. Por él decir que sus “amigos” cobran $200, me cobraron $90 “por el mismo trabajo”. Al día siguiente me hacen volver, perdiendo otro día de trabajo, y me quedo igual, sin alivio y con la molestia. Le pregunto por qué pagué los $90 si nunca me ajustaron, y me sale con que era “por verlo a él, las placas y la cama de rodillos”, que si no, “no podía pagar el techo”. Literalmente me tuvo 30 minutos hablándome solo para que le comprara más citas. Esta gente son un fraude total. Espero no se dejen robar, vallan a un doctor de verdad
