Fantastic experience: My family started appointments with Dr Scott more than 7 years ago. Dr Scott has been extremely helpful to us. After seeing our son for a while he saw no need for him to return. Though I had already visited a knee surgeon, Dr Scott worked with me, and I now have no concerns regarding it. He’s an excellent chiropractor with a very personable staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott is amazing! I am a professional dancer and have seen numerous chiropractors over the years. I am also a larger human, so manipulating my body is not easy. He is great to work with and even worked on me when the office was closed for an emergency to get me on stage. I highly recommend him for you chiropractic needs!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Dr. Scott! His manual adjustment is both gentle and effective. Multiple times I’ve been injured and expected to need adjustments for weeks, but Dr. Scott’s adjustment has been so effective, I usually heal within an adjustment or two. He is also very genuine and caring. Dr. Scott is also affordable and he makes it easy to get into an appointment with him. Dr.Scott gave a thorough examination with an interview with excellent questions regarding my past treatments and problems I am having now. Then requested an X-ray and from that point forward I have been seeing him once a month with excellent resuilts. We are so fortunate to have this kind of Chiropractic treatment here in Knoxville. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a while now and I always have a good experience. Polite front desk ladies, clean, and can always get me in if I need an emergency appt. I can go in barely able to move and I leave feeling good. Dr. Scott has taken great care of me and respects my wishes to not be cracked and popped using the traditional methods and uses a gentler activator technique.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful that my son mentioned Dr. Scott’s competence and skills to me, that relieved his lower back pain. I’ve been having left shoulder and left sided mid back pain for 9 years. Yes, since 2016, from lifting heavy patients and doing bedside care especially in ICU in WA hospital, where we do not have CNA, so you have to do everything including emptying the trash and mopping the floor on night shifts. I worked as an RN for 23 years and did not anticipate that doing bedside care all those years would give me spinal bone spurs, osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis, even if I made sure of doing ergonomics every time I provided care to my patients. The hospital I worked for, do not have ceiling lifts and good Arjo patient lifters until years ago. Anyway, 2 adjustments by Dr. Scott relieved my mid back pain right away and I almost cried, since I cannot believe I listened to all my PCP’s and doctors for 9 years, that will not refer me to a Chiropractor. I was desperately in pain and asked them several times for years, for Chiro referral, since they only ordered steroid injections, Hydrocodone, muscle relaxants and more than a year of PT that honestly did not relieve the pain at all. Thank God for Dr. Scott. We are still working on my left shoulder, and I can feel that the 4 adjustments is working, giving me mobility, function and at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep for a week now. I already mentioned Dr. Scott to a lot of our friends that had several back, neck and shoulder surgeries that are still in severe pain. I wish a lot of our doctors will start referring their patients to a good Chiropractor like Dr. Scott. I really appreciate your help and all your knowledge explaining my x-ray results too. Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about the difference in how I feel after Dr Scott has made adjustment to my back and neck and my knee. I have tried other Chiropractic services and have never considered recommending them to anyone. Negative experience: Poor office staff. Never met the Doctor....chose to leave due to the front desk staff. P.S. they dont have a printer so when you cannot complete the online patient forms, because the submit button falls off the bottom page of your phone screen, the forms cannot be printed out at the office for completion. This means you cannot be seen according to the pink haired woman at the front desk and her front office companion, even if you have an appoitment that you took off work to attend. Dr. Scott, I am sure that you have no idea this is happening and that is one reason for the review. The other is because such poor assistance from a front desk is unacceptable....they are the face and hair of your business.

Fantastic experience: Was nervous about finding a new Chiropractor after moving. I asked around and everyone spoke very highly of Dr. Scott. After one visit, it was easy to see why. Dr. Scott and all of his staff are extremely welcoming, intelligent, and kind. They take the time to listen to you, talk about your needs, and come up with a plan. I additionally was grateful that I was given at-home exercises to do (this obviously may not pertain to every patient) because it shows they truly care about wellness and getting you better. Can’t recommend enough!!

I drive from LaFollette to receive care because Dr. Scott is actually trained in the proper use of the activator method. Plus, he can treat TMJ issues. That's a type of care hard to find in the Knoxville area. Plus, his staff are The Best!

Negative experience: I don't have a problem with Dr Scott . My biggest problem is with his staff, mainly Angela. Instead of trying to help me resolve my problem where they said I ran out of money via the plan I had bought, and now I owe an additional $34. I called Angela about it and she just told me that's what I owed tried to explain to me how this was the remainder of my plan which to be quite honest with you Dr Scott fix nothing in me. That's the problem with chiropractors. Remember this the chiropractor never cures you. If he cured you, he would be unemployed. Nickels & dimes nickels and dimes. That's all chiropractors are about. I'm going to say this a better choice in staff is probably warranted. She also stated that I was being petty. If I changed my review. That's why she's got this review reversed from 5 to 1. I just mailed in a check for $34 since she decided she wasn't going to take my credit card number.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Tennessee and it has been challenging to find a chiropractor that addresses my chronic issues. My first adjustment was enlightening. I have a cough that is exacerbated by gerd, and my first adjustment lessened my cough attacks...totally amazing. I also find the staff friendly and accommodating. I feel that I have found my forever Chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to see Dr. Scott a little over a month ago for some neck pain and head and ear pressure. It was my first experience going to a chiropractor. I have (since day one), been impressed with my interactions with Dr. Scott, as well as his wonderful staff Marene and Angela. The environment in the office is relaxed and peaceful, and everyone extremely helpful and professional. I feel at ease and cared for when I’m there. Doctor Scott created a plan of action for my healing, and though I am still in the beginning stages of care, my symptoms have dramatically improved. Fantastic experience: The Army broke me. I left with Degenerative Spinal Disease, not something I wish on my worst enemy. I have pinched nerves and live with pain most days. Well one day I slept wrong, normally it went away, not this time. A few days went by and my pain was slowly getting worse. The nerve in my neck that shoots down my right arm was screaming for help. I was elevating my arm above my head for relief, it looked silly. Being in a new city, it was hard to find a good Chiro, let alone one who knows what they are doing. Dr. Scott was my first choice after talking to another veteran. I was a little sceptic at first, cause I have been to other chiros in the past who did not help. Dr. Scott help me a lot and I thank him every time I see him. I am not taking anything away from my former chiro, he was good, but Dr. Scott admittedly was better. His technique in finding that spot was amazing. I got a little relief right away. I knew this episode of pain was going to be hard to get rid of, but he did it. After about 3 or 4 weeks, the pain was gone. Dr. Scott offered to help me in any way he could, he saw my pain and empathized over my pain. No more tingling or shooting dull pains. I have complete control over my body again. Dr. Scott is the man and knows what ails you and will attack that pain and treat you right. After that first visit, I knew I found my new Chiropractor. I only wish that if I move away from Knoxville, I could take him with me. Dr. Scott, Thank you again, I cannot thank you enough. He is a true Godsend for pain. Bonus, he is also a man of God and that is important to me. God Bless Dr. Scott!!!!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Scott! I have always suffered from migraines and was born with an extra vertebrae that gives me quite a few problems! Since coming to Dr.Scott I am feeling like a normal person again. No more everyday headaches and my lower back functions so much better now. He has really helped me and several of my family members who also suffer from back and joint issues. I recommend him any chance I get. I drive all the way from Oakdale because he is worth it! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the chiropractic care that Scott Chiropractic. Dr Scott, and his staff, will make you feel comfortable from the time you walk into his office. I have Rheumatory Arthritis, an inflammation disorder, and have to see him on a regular basis and now look forward to each visit. With my disorder, all the twisting and popping of traditional Chiropractic methods just does not work for me. Dr. Scott uses traditional Chiropractic care, as well as the Activator Method. The Activator Method, which he uses for my care, is a non-intrusive way of Simply adjusting your back and neck vertebrae to where they're supposed to be. I am still quite happy with my treatment. With the complete attention that he gives and the new patient specials that he offers, I consistently reccomend him to people who are experiencing back or neck pain.

I went in low back & neck pain, but within a month and several adjustments, that pain is basically gone. Feels nice to be able to turn my head pain-free and not making the "old man noises" when I stand up, so I'm likely making monthly adjustments a regular thing as a quality of life upgrade.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Knoxville from Indiana, and had to start from scratch to find a church, a grocery store, a hair dresser, doctor, dentist, etc, etc. I've been particular in finding all of those, and I was just as particular when I had to find a chiropractor. Dr. Scott impressed me as knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. His staff is always very friendly, and pleasant. I was very impressed at my first visit, and would recommend Dr. Scott to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jon Scott is by far one of the best Chiropractors I've ever been adjusted by having seen quite a few in my 74+ years of life. He's patient, understanding and most of all extremely professional. Jon actually listens to you when you tell him what's hurting and explains what he's going to do and why....then recommends the proper therapy to do at home in order to help his adjustments hold. He's a gentleman, humanitarian and has a true desire and ethic to help people.

The front office staff will make your appointments to what you need to be seen for at the office and accommodate you in anyway possible from scheduling to billing. Dr. Scott does not only see me but I also refer my Therapeutic clients to him for spine health, adjustments, and treatment plans. Dr. Scott is well educated and versed in the spine health and aliments of the body that are causing discomfort, pain, or other symptoms and educates his clients. Fantastic experience: I could hardly walk when I first went to Scott Chiropractic. My back, hip, and leg were so painful that if I needed to go anywhere—I had to use a cane! I have been to other chiropractors and no one has made my treatment more personalized and tailored to my specific needs. I have suffered from migraines for over 20 years and have tried MULTIPLE treatments to alleviate pain. I am finally getting headache relief and my headaches have decreased in number since beginning here. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They make you feel like family. If I call with a migraine they will squeeze me in that day to help me.
