Experiencia fantástica: I went to Lovett for some pain I’ve been experiencing for a few weeks and they did everything they could to make sure I left feeling better and I definitely did! I loved the attentiveness and feeling like I was heard. The entire staff was sweet and caring. They were super quick, but it didn’t feel like I was being rushed or anything of that sort! They did an ultrasound treatment and you could actually FEEL a difference and change during it and after. I left there feeling relieved and most importantly, not in pain. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Ky has had his work cut out for him working to get my daughter aligned as well and treating some unanswered knee pain. She has had several visits in the last 2 weeks trying to get to the bottom of it. Dr. Ky has shown so much compassion and dedication using all of the resources to get her some relief. Dr was very helpful and kind, explained everything very good. The hours are great if only they were open on Friday’s for better scheduling and random pains cause then you’ll have to wait till Monday.

I have been dealing with sciatica and a shoulder injury for months and Dr Pearson has me feeling sooo much better after just 2 visits!! He even went above and beyond by looking into a recent MRI I had of my shoulder and informed me of the results- which were a little upsetting. He called me that same day while I was driving home from work to check on me and reassured me further about my results. This Chiropractic office is like none other.Their therapy room is full of machines to stimulate healing and give you comfort, including a massage therapist. They will even do imaging, if necessary. And they don't break the bank with their fees! I'm a patient for life and will be recommending them to everyone!

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend. People were very friendly & service was great. All the reviews were awesome and that’s what drew me to this office! It was my first chiropractic experience & felt like it was a waste of my time and money. I spent $170, and 2 days in the office- all for my problem to not be fixed. Seemed like it was ran pretty sketchy, and seemed like it was only a money-grab. I had gone in 2 days back-to-back and they had expected me to come in for a 3rd day, I’m sure if I went they would’ve guilt tripped me to come in more and more without fixing the problem at hand. If you have a serious problem with joints or anything, I recommend going to a doctor first!

At Lovett’s office they use the newest tech, have a variety of therapies to promote healing, and the entire staff from desk to doctor is so kind! They are an amazing team and truly invested in their patients!

Dr Pearson is great at diagnosing and getting to the bottom of the pain. I have been having excruciating lower back pain and had been seeing another chiropractor and it seemed to be getting worse! I decided it was time for a change! Dr Pearson and his staff did a great evaluation of my symptoms, took x-rays and I could then really see why I was in so much pain and get fixed! I’ve had three adjustments, stretching and therapy so far and I can function again! He has laid out a nice plan to keep me moving and pain free and some at-home stretches to do. Grateful I found Lovett Chiropractic!

On my 2nd visit, I woke up next day in excruciating pain and Dr. K met me at the office on Friday when they were closed to help me. I'm a truck driver so it's hard to keep regular visits and I'm so greatful for them working with my weird schedule! But with just 4 visits I can definitely feel a different and know that he is helping my problems! Everyone is always so nice and friendly smiles, I will highly recommend this place to anyone that is in need! Again. Thank you for everything so far

Experiencia negativa: I was a previous patient at Lovett Chiropractic, after getting out of the hospital I returned to them at their new location for a rib that had dislocated. I checked with my insurance, I had for 2 years. Even though they had made some changes to ownership they were still in network. While I was in a patient room. Waiting for the doctor, the girls came in and tried to explain to me that, even though they were in network with United healthcare, they weren’t with WellMed, which is who they bill for chiropractic. So the insurance person told me. $18 and some change. Which was the Medicare rate. Upon the end of my visit when checking out. I was told my visit was $59 and some change a far cry dollars I was quoted. This office did a lousy job explaining the charges ahead of time. Also, if they are not going to go by there contract with United Healthcare Choice PPO/Wellmed then they need to remove themselves from in network. When speaking to the insurance company I found out that they just don’t like billing or dealing with WellMed so basically I was lied too. So I reported them to Medicare and United HealthCare. Now I have to go through the hassle of reimbursement through the insurance. I will not be returning to the Chiropractic office I had here in AMARILLO for several years. On a positive note, the doctor was great! his adjustment helped me tremendously.

A friend referred me to this clinic and I was desperate to regain some relief and movement. The entire experience at Lovett Chiropractic Clinic is amazing! Their friendly welcome soon put my nervousness to rest as my treatment began. After a couple of hours on my initial visit, my pain was greatly reduced and I was sent home with information to continue my recovery. I woke the next morning feeling so much better that I cried! On my follow-up visit the next day, Dr. Ky explained in detail the situation that needed to be addressed and determined the best treatment plan for me. Experiencia positiva: Office and therapy staff super sweet. Felt rushed by the dr each visit, however. He said he was happy to answer questions, but he goes so fast you can't get a word in otherwise. Questions I did get in, felt like I got very generalized answers. And the next thing I know, he's getting up leave so the next person can come in and of course discuss pay. There's a fine line between a patient and a number, and I felt the later here. I'll look elsewhere and hopefully find someone who will listen and ask questions instead of looking at an x-ray for 3 minutes and going on.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful chiropractor and staff. They question everything and check range of motion for every body part. Not to mention they have a massage therapist on staff the and he is ready to work on range of motion and massage where you hurt. The price is included and you pay ONE COPAY! I suffer from terrible migraines and this is the very first time that I had a migraine when I went in and it was as just a slight headache when I left! I recommend them to anyone who suffers from migraines, back, neck etc etc pain! I’m sending my mom who has a hard time going to chiropractors who crack and just don’t care how you feel. It’s all about patients in this office!

I start feeling better immediately after each appointment and the relief lasts longer after each visit. They have all been a huge weight off my shoulders the last year since going. Experiencia fantástica: My mother told me about Lovett Chiropractic. She raved about them. I was kind of worried about going with my history of bad pain for decades. But I was desperate. I went to the Soncy location and was met with a big smiles and friendly staff. Dr. Shcherer examined me. He didn’t think that I was ready for an adjustment yet. I already had a massage scheduled so he recommended to have some massages before doing the adjustments. I really like Dr. Scherer. He didn’t have to recommend the massages first. He was looking out for me. Massage was great. After three massages Dr. Scherer started giving me adjustments. he gave me instructions on what do at home to help me. After the first adjustment Dr. Scherer even texted me that evening to see how I was. I am doing so much better now. I’m so thankful for everyone there. My rating would be five stars plus!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at office always have a pleasant attitude, but that's not the best part of my experience with their service, it's the actual pain relief I get from treatment. Don't be discouraged if the treatments don't work the first time, you will start feeling some relief by second or third treatment, just see the process through. And if at any time a certain treatment is not working or making the pain worse, inform them they listen, thanks you for helping me, Dr. Kie and crew

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I moved here from Oklahoma and needed a new chiropractor. Lovett Chiropractic is such a blessing!! This is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. The staff is amazing!! They listen and care about what is hurting you. And make a plan with you to get your whole body back inline. I would recommend this place to anyone that has back, neck, shoulder pain, headaches or sleep problems!! My lower back was out do bad that it hurt to just walk around my home. Not only did he fix my lower back! But got rid of my chronic headaches as well!

Dr. Scherer and his staff is great about listening to your needs and helping you through your pain. He always has suggestions for stretches to do at home to get you by till your next appointment They always treatyou like family and genuinely cares about your care.
