He is no-nonsense and cares only for good health proven on solid scientific proof. If surgery is indicated, he refers you to the best back-spine surgeons which may not reside in the Panhandle. Don’t fall for all the gimmicks of not only chiropractic physicians but any physician. His PT staff is excellent and nothing is based on how much insurance you have. Todd is certainly not in the “good ole’ buddy physician group” that looks at money before outcome. 5 Star Guy.

At 80 years of age, I am able to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and load heavy materials underneath the kitchen cabinet or onto heights above my head. We sleep well at night and we do not hurt. We go to Dr. Blackwell every two weeks. Our insurance covers most of our care.
