3 months ago Experiencia fantástica: While vacationing in Peoria, AZ, I experienced some neck pain and knew I needed an adjustment. Joint Chiropractic had good reviews so I scheduled an appointment. I was greeted warmly and professionally and after an adjustment from Dr. Howard, I felt some relief from the pain. Dr. Howard was very personable and most Competent. I even went back for one last adjustment before flying back home and it was well worth it.

3 months ago Experiencia negativa: Do not go to the joint “chiropractor” they will have hidden charges and fees that are reoccurring and be rudely hung up on when disputing these charges. The “taken advantage of” is take to a whole another level.. how many older people or just in general “people” are being taken advantage of is insane. I would call corporate if you have this same issue. Since I’m “escalating “ an issue that clearly the front desk can not handle. You’ll have a “cancelation” fee

You won’t feel much change during your first session, but persistence is key! If you can spare the extra money to get your body healthy, do it. Feels good, when combining an exercise regime and diet.

5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing experience. If I remember correctly, his name was Benny or Ben but literally one of the best chiropractor visits I’ve ever had. Extremely informative and explained everything that was happening. I was actually walked in to cancel service because we are getting ready to travel but now i think I’m gonna stay. That’s how amazing this experience was. Hopefully he could stay in my Dr.

5 months ago Experiencia negativa: The person I encountered as a chiropractor wouldn’t crack me. Would only do face down as if afraid. This after waiting over an hour.

6 months ago Experiencia negativa: It took me 24 hrs to process and reflect on my overall experience and thoughts after my vist as I wanted to be fair but direct. I came to this location Saturday desperate for some relief with my month old neck pain. After my consultation with Dr. Serio, I understood that this company was merely for maintenance. Still, I had hoped that my concern was the highlight of the session. When my session was over, I was pleased with how I felt as it related to my back but I was very clear that my ISSUE (neck) was never addressed but talked around with emphasis on my back. At this point, I feel the $29 first visit is a scam. Not much will be addressed on this deal but they're hoping what they do is enough to get your by end for a membership. The Dr. was good but I'm not blind to what I see here. When surveys are sent out, most times one paticular question is asked....will you return or continue to do business with us? Truthfully, I don't know. Again, the main reason I stepped foot in the door was never addressed.

6 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Joint Chiropractic is my go to whenever I am in need of an adjustment. I have two compressed discs in my neck and suffer from debilitating back spasms. They keep me from having to take strong medication from the pain. They are affordable, take walk-ins so whenever I need them they are available same day.

6 months ago Experiencia negativa: Beware, they will keep charging your card after you cancel. I called to ensure it was canceled, they said it was and processed refunds for the 3 months. Then proceeded to charge me AGAIN for 2 more months!!!

7 months ago Experiencia positiva: Do not visit this location on Saturday! Dr. Serio is wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. Management at this location will not provide her any help, so she is often the ONLY provider at this location on Saturdays. YOU WILL HAVE A LONG WAIT. It is not uncommon to wait an hour to see her. While I DO recommend Dr. Serio, I suggest you see her during the week at the Lake Pleasant location. Avoid Arrowhead on Saturdays!

I feel better when I leave and that’s how it should be. I arrived with pain and numbness in one leg and by the second adjustment it was disappearing third adjustment gone 100%.

As a first time chiropractic patient I was a little nervous as to what to expect, I must say I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the level of care Dr Dave extended me! He was extremely thorough in his explanations of what he was going to be looking for and what his recommendations for treatment were for his findings. As this is the first step in a process of recovery for me I am already feeling much more “normal” after one visit and am definitely looking forward to the extended treatment plan we are embarking on. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: The doctors are very good and the wait is never long I went today for an adjustment and was told they could not help me due to the fact I am not pre paying for visits anymore they just want your money. Too bad for the good doctors the company is just greedy. I was told when. I stopped pre paying for visits I could pay when I come in. What a joke I will take my money somewhere else.

We are truly sorry to read this. Sometimes there are miscommunications about our adjustment policies. While our doctors often outline their individualized treatment plans, which may recommend weekly visits to achieve full relief and range of mobility, a Wellness Plan is never required. Our $29 new patient deal is as advertised and has no strings attached. Our doctors only refrain from adjusting if we find it is not in the patient’s best health interests during their exam.
After their first visit, we offer flexible package deals and one-time pricing for the convenience of our patients and, again, never require membership for treatment. Please reach out to us, as management would appreciate the opportunity to look into the concerns in your review further. Thank you!

The experience brought back the methods I have experienced in my 50+ years of receiving Chiropractic treatments. I decided to try another Chiropractor who accepted my insurance. When the copayment was $60.00, I decided I could change my mindset, because the amount paid to them would cover 2 visits to the Joint Chiropractic where I received excellent manipulations. For those on a fixed income, the Joint Chiropractic is a better deal. David Gordon

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Dave at the Surprise location. He worked on me there and fixed me all up. I've been back to that location a handful of times and have seen a different chiropractor each time, but wasn't getting the same end result as I received by Dr. Dave. I finally emailed and found out which location Dr. Dave regularly works out of ( Peoria ) and drove out to see him. My neck and back was in a lot of pain and he thoroughly worked on me top to bottom and I felt so much better at the end. A huge shout out to Dr. Dave for going the extra mile and taking the time to get me going again. It's twice the distance for me to go to his main location, but so worth it. Thanks!

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to The Joint for about 3 years now. Several West Valley locations. I cannot tell you how many wonderful chiropractors I have worked with over the years. The staff and doctors are great. Today is all about Dr. Noah. I have been experiencing severe knee pain for weeks now. It gets better then worse, and today...wow, the worst it has been. I went limping in to get a neck adjustment and Dr. Noah offered to look at my knee. I had never considered asking. He did 2 simple and totally painless adjustments and my pain was GONE, just gone. Well, I did the only thing I could at the time and just started crying in utter relief. Dr. Noah was kind and let me take a moment to gather myself before leaving with NO limp and a huge smile on my face. I cannot reccomend The Joint and especially Dr. Noah enough. Thank you!
