We truly apologize for your unsatisfying experience. It appears that there may have been some miscommunication about your adjustment. While our doctor will outline their treatment plan for you, which may recommend weekly visits in order to achieve full relief and range of mobility, a Wellness Plan is never required. Our $29 new patient deal is as advertised and has no strings attached. Our doctors only refrain from adjusting if we find it is not in your best health interest during your exam.

After your first visit, we offer flexible package deals and one-time pricing for the convenience of our patients and, again, never require membership for treatment. Please reach out to us, as management would appreciate the opportunity to look into this situation further. Thank you!
