Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience on 12/22/25 at Experience Health & Wellness Center. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and per their reminder instructions, I arrived at 9:55 AM. After waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time, I had to leave in order to return to work as I also have commitments. It’s frustrating that patients are expected to strictly adhere to appointment times, yet the clinic does not honor the time they reserve for patients. If appointments are scheduled back-to-back, there needs to be realistic time management so patients are actually seen when promised. Overbooking appointments without the ability to stay on schedule leads to unnecessary rescheduling and wasted time for everyone involved. I hope the practice reevaluates its scheduling approach and respects patients’ time moving forward.

I injured my shoulder at the gym and one adjustment has already stopped the crunching and popping. I really love their holistic approach to wellness as well and am excited to try my magnesium supplement!

Experiencia negativa: When I was first looking for chiropractic care near me this was one of the places that I called. On my initial call, I was told that they could not accommodate after my work schedule. That was fine, I called the Next place. I still have not found a place and experience chiropractic whatever the name is started to call me a couple times a day telling me they could accommodate a 5 PM appointment now so I booked the appointment with a special deal $87. I’m believing that I’m receiving a chiropractic adjustment included in these $87. That was not true. I had a two hour in clinic visit including x-rays just to be told I had to come back a week later. And then when I come back a week later to review the x-rays, I would pay more money for the initial chiropractic adjustment. I know what I was told over the phone that I would receive the first adjustment at that first appointment, I did not need x-rays from this company. I work for a radiologist company that I would’ve gotten x-rays for free so I paid $87 for absolutely no help at all. I tried to fight this with my HSA company. I didn’t get anywhere with that. I tried asking experience to at least refund half of my money based on the disappointment of not receiving any care they can’t refund even a dollar of it then I was told that the doctor can at least do a reading on my x-rays so I can at least feel like my $87 paid for something besides me just sitting inside of their air-conditioning for two uncomfortable hours. I never received the reading of my x-rays and it has been a couple months. I’m not gonna keep calling a company back for something that I didn’t even need what I needed was relief from my back pain. I don’t doubt that based on other reviews at this company really provides an exceptional service if you are willing to pay for it, I was not willing to throw away $87 but that is what I did with this company and it’s really disappointing they don’t take into consideration that I am a single mom with many other bills to pay. They didn’t take into consideration that I sat for two hours with my kids in the office because I’m not gonna pay for a babysitter to come in for a consultation and what I thought would be a chiropractic adjustment. This was my very first experience with the chiropractor office. I would not recommend this company unless you have a lot of money to burn on the care, I am not in that place and I made that very clear during my consultation. This company is completely unwilling to even hear me out of why I would request at least half of my money back and then be told that I would receive a reading of my x-rays that that never happened. It’s crazy yeah things fall through the cracks. I get it. PS your reply and taking no accountability when YOUR staff told me the wrong information is WILD. I never received that email with my X-rays, No follow up call to confirm that either. No apology and no accountability. What’s even more wild is other offices that do the same work as you in the area that bill insurance can give me up front estimates without even making an appointment. That is not something your company was able to offer either. .

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into Experience Health & Wellness in May 2025. Actually, I limped in, barely able to walk or stand. I had been suffering for approximately 3 months and visited the ER a week prior to coming to Experience. The ER visit and follow-up resulted in getting on a heavy dose of pain meds. I'm normally a very active person, and at 54 years of age, I do have some chronic pain from sports related injuries. This particular period of time was unbearable. I was skeptical that anything could be done. However, I started Soft Wave, Adjustments, and Traction two days a week. Within two weeks I was walking normal and finally able to get good sleep. Within a month, I was back to my daily routine of biking, strength training, running, and walking. I was beyond ecstatic over my progress. This week (Sept 2025) I had follow up x-rays and it doesn't even look like the same person/spine from my images in May. I am more active and feel better than I have in 30 years, no exaggeration. My only regret is not getting this treatment earlier! The entire staff is over the top amazing. I am very grateful to everyone at Experience Health & Wellness for giving me my life back!

Experiencia fantástica: I am nearing the end of my 3 month plan to correct an injury from 40 years ago in my neck/spine which has led to debilitating Migraines & Acute Vertigo that puts me back in a fetal dark position for anywhere from 12hrs-1 week of missed life. The Experience has used 4 Chiropractic Drs, laser therapy, Traction & Softwave Therapies to fix this problem. Not sure if I will be completely cured by Sept. 10th, but it is working, backed by science. I would recommend the Experience in Cape Coral to ALL ages including Newborns & your Student athletes. They FIX & Exceed Expectations in our Children. Insurance hasn’t covered Anything for our $6K treatment plan, but after the Final evaluation and X-rays, hopefully United Healthcare will pay for some, if not all of this treatment plan… wait & see folks!

I have an issue with my face as a result of shingles but they are trying to fix it with laser treatment and I think it is working but I have only had two or three treatments so far. The staff are very personable, approachable, knowledgeable, and skilled. They take a genuine interest in each patient's health and welfare, taking the time to get to know you personally and make meaningful recommendations. Overall, I'm very impressed with their facility, the staff, and my care. It's a bit soon to tell whether Softwave Therapy will benefit me, but I will try to update my review with therapy results at some point in the future.

I was not a big believer in Chiropractic, but my wife was a patient here and she convinced me to give it a try when I was having issues with severe neck pain. Experiencia fantástica: I started my journey with Experience Health & Wellness Center unable to drive myself to an appointment due to severe sciatic pain and a herniated disc. Sitting for more than a few minutes was excruciating, and I had to lie flat or stand, which caused sharp pain down my leg. I found Experience Health & Wellness Center on social media and never imagined the results would be so overwhelmingly positive. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, helpful, and just plain amazing. They made my challenging situation so much easier to cope with, and their support was truly a light during a tough time. After just over a month of laser therapy and twice-weekly adjustments, I was able to drive myself to appointments. A neurosurgeon had initially suggested surgery, but with continued adjustments and laser therapy, I was able to avoid it. Now, I’m no longer being recommended for surgery at all. Experience Health & Wellness Center’s new SoftWave therapy was a game changer. By the beginning of the year, I could start traveling again and regained a sense of normalcy. Now, two years later, I maintain my progress with adjustments every three weeks. I did experience a setback, but thanks to Experience Health & Wellness Center, a few extra adjustments got me back on track within days—nowhere near the pain level I had before. Today we went for a consultation and initial testing so that the Doctor can come up with a plan. All was handled in a friendly and professional manner and time was taken to explain the process and possible treatments. Thank You Current update: We are unsure if we should proceed. It requires many months of treatments, payment up front, and no solid 100% on if the therepy would be succesful. I wish the treatment time and payments could be cut into 3 or 4 segments. Since this therepy is not covered by Insurance paying for a segment at a time to see if there would be positive results would be incentive for the patient to continue through all treatments. We are awaiting a Podiatrist visit at the VA. We are looking to get a 2nd opinion on the recommended therepy and if the VA may offer anything similar. My father is on a fixed income so we will try for something his VA might advise or have to offer.

Experiencia fantástica: This place has superior service. It is a Godsend. Everyone is so wonderful and caring. The gentle approach treatments are top notch and they are helping me improve. I feel a great difference. They were also amazing with one of my twin 5 yr old sons, Evan. After having experienced 2 car accidents, my son became ill, and his primary doctor diagnosed him with an auto immune disease (SJIA). His health was at a decline. The staff at this office noticed the change in my son, he was losing weight and not interacting so much with his twin brother as he had always done when we would go to the office. They asked me what was going on with him and we were still working with his primary doctors to find out more about his condition, he had been in the Golisano Hospital for 5 days with fevers, weight loss, migrating rashes and severe body pain. A few weeks had passed and at one of my visits, they saw the toll it had taken on us, so the wonderful staff at Experience lovingly insisted on allowing us to run some X-rays on Evan, when they did, they discovered my son had whiplash (unbeknownst to me months after the accident, and his primary doctors never caught it in all the testing he went through). The Doctors at Experience gave him the adjustments/treatments he needed to correct his neck issues. Weeks later the X-rays showed great improvement and correction. They helped save my boy’s life… I think by them doing that, it helped his medication work more effectively because his alignment was corrected allowing his body to better receive his meds for the auto immune disease and cut his dosage to nearly half and off steroids. It’s been exactly a year since then and we are overjoyed to share that our boy is on remission with a lower shot dose of meds to treat his inflammatory disease (that his Primary Specialist in St. Pete insists he needs). He’s going from one shot a day, to one shot a month until it can be decreased further. We feel so blessed to have Experience in our life, and we feel so proud to see all the great work they are doing to help, educate, and grow their practice in our community! The treatment lasted all of 10 min but for the first time in about 18 months I had no burning sensation under my right foot. I am not exaggerating when I say I am blown away by this place. Went to experience, whole new set of X-rays, consultation in depth, focusing on ME as a whole, not just what xray showed. Worked out a treatment plan, and started. Laser, adjustments, softwave and I can honestly say that I am a WHOLE lot better, pain is significantly less and I'm able to do some things that I just wasn't able or wanting to do months prior. Experiencia positiva: Professional Establishment with knowledgeable Staff. The techniques and tools used work and I’m a believer because my left numbness in face and back issues were solved. Give this establishment time and the process over time really does meet your needs. I’m a prior patient a few yrs ago as well as husband & youngest son. The **only reason we had to stop treatments was on count of only partial coverage with our Ins. In the future I hope more insurance companies embrace this revolutionary approach. This establishment is not your snap crackle and pop of what I thought to believe as normal. No, It’s much better and their approach, research and wisdom will only grow into the future. Just need to get more insurance companies on board to cover more of the cost associated with the process.

After a few weeks of adjustments and some soft wave therapy and laser, I feel 100% pain free. Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I went for my first visit, I tried the new device, and I was shocked by how better I felt after the session. I’ve had difficulty to walk because of surgery in my hip, and after the session I was able to walk normally!!. My pain was from 7/8 to 2/3. Today I can walk normally and cross my leg again. I should continue with the treatment but really it is a before and after at the first session!!. The staff were terrific. I felt very comfortable with all of them. The place was clean too. Experiencia negativa: 4/22/23 Update Played phone tag a while finally was told I would be issued a credit - BUT, what I was told at my first visit about my amount due/time frame and if not paid right away increasing amount was inaccurate. Now I'm being told the amount I paid was based on what medicare would be paying. She said all bills have now been submitted to Medicare and they will be in touch after they receive payment. My next step is to contact medicare I'm tired of wasting so much time and energy playing this game. I'm sorry I ever crossed their threshold. 4/14/23 AM Called again - still waiting on return call after 430pm. This run-around is not how an honest respectful practice does business. I paid for services not received and they are denying repaying me over 1000.00!! Update : *I received a call 4/3 saying I'm Jen and I'm following up - your refund is $1,000++ but I'm going to be talking to the company that files our insurance claims about the Medicare claims and I should hear back if not tomorrow I'll follow up Wednesday. Today Friday, 4/7 I was going to call but before I did I received a call that I missed - so I immediately called back at 10:56 am asking for Jen. The person that answered said Jen is working remotely today but she would look and see what she wanted - she then said medicare claims have been filed and when they heard back from Medicare they would let me know. I said please issue my refund that I was already given a total of for over 1,000. And I said I've been trying to get this settled in a timely manner since the beginning of March and it is now April 7.. if Medicare makes payments then they can issue another refund to me after receiving payment from Medicare since they made me pay cash UP FRONT BEFORE services. Very crossly, I was told "only Jen could help because she does billing" and she would have her call me back. And she then informed me the office would be closed thru Monday 4/10 - it is now 4:30 pm, I never received a call back. I still don't have my money back. Why wasn't medicare and/or my secondary insurance billed starting in December 2022 when I first started receiving treatment and made my cash payment!!! I thought by now I might have a different opinion of this place - Actually I do and it gets worse by the day..... I'm thinking I might need to take further steps to get my money back. Guess I'll wait and see if they call me Tuesday when they return to the office* Be cautious! First question I asked when I called was if they accepted Medicare and my secondary. I was told yes. The question to ask IS - DO they bill Medicare and secondary and are charges normally covered. They make you pay for your "plan" up front. You can make payments but then the amount you owe goes up considerably. In order to keep the cost under 4,000. I made 2 payments within a week. I had good results but then things started going backwards and I found myself in more pain daily/hourly and when asked "why" there was no definate answer - shrugged shoulders and it was my fault somehow. I decided to stop going. Leaving part of my plan to include multiple softwave therapy sessions and adjustments left. I was told up front if at any time I stopped I would be refunded for any unused visits. I spoke with someone on 3/6 to say I wasn't coming back. I spoke with someone again 3/23. She informed me I had been given a discount and so she would need to prorate my refund. I explained I had been told the "discount" was the amount owed would not be increased if I paid in full right away and would have been a LOt more had I not paid in the week time frame and I expected to be reimbursed in the same timely manner. She told me she would have to speak with the owner and someone would call me back. It is now 3/30 and I have not heard anything or received a refund. Oh also - my pain is almost gone with out getting further treatments. Hmmmmm

Experiencia fantástica: I've been having pain for over 23 years from an old knee injury where my tibia had 6 verticle fractures since then I've had multiple injuries on the same leg including an ATV accident where my knee on the same leg impacted the asphault. I've been limping around for decades in pain with no relief. ONE TREATMENT took 80 percent of the pain and swelling away and has given me greater mobility as well. Needless to say but I'm a believer in this treatment. And the staff is nothing short of top-notch caring professionals that actually do a thorough job and care about your well-being! I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia negativa: This place is a scam. Look up scam chiropractors and they tick every box. Dramatically tell you that they have “bad news” and you’re running out of time to fix your problems, demand a bunch of money upfront and pressure you into automatic payments even though you say you don’t want them. I called to cancel after 3 months of zero improvement and they say oh our billing department will call you ASAP. I said I did not want to be charged in the next auto pay and they assured me they wouldn’t, and of course they did! They promised I would be refunded, never happened. Never got a call from a “billing department” and had to cancel my card. I picked them due to all their great reviews and another chiro has confirmed that they pay for fake reviews.
