2 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the joint for 3 months so far and it has been helping me much more than I expected. I have seen several different doctors and have been pleased with all of them. They actually listen and respond appropriately, treating any problems I am experiencing. Not having to make an appointment makes it easy to just stop in while out doing errands. I hadn’t realized how stiff and tight I was until I started feeling so much better. I’m so thankful I found them! I highly recommend! Update: I am still in love with the Joint! From the manager, Dina, to the doctors, all have been first class. They go out of their way to help make it a pleasant experience. I went in today having a muscle spasm in my back. Dr took the extra time to massage and work on my troublesome area. I love this place.

2 months ago Experiencia negativa: It's a scam. When I subscribed, they told me I could cancel after two months. The first month I paid $160 for some extra sessions, the second month I paid $89, and I went and canceled. Now they've taken another $89 from my account and they say it will be canceled after this payment.
Thank you for sharing this. We understand that Wellness Plan billing and cancellation can feel confusing, and we want to make the process as clear and consistent as possible. Everyone who enrolls in a Wellness Plan reviews and signs an agreement in writing before billing begins. That agreement clearly outlines how the plan works, including billing cadence, our refund policy, and the cancellation process. Copies of the membership agreement are available to take home with each new Wellness Plan participant when requested.
To keep plan administration consistent, the agreement also states that no changes can be made to a Wellness Plan during the first three billing cycles. After those initial three billing cycles, the plan is billed monthly until cancellation is requested in writing with the primary clinic using the proper form. 2 months ago Experiencia negativa: Walked in to have them print my medical records but because they wanted to charge me double one month quit going and now need my medical records but was refused had to call my other office (the one on Santa Barbara is my home office) in seiverville tn to get my records emailed don’t recommend this specific location I’d advise going to the fort Myers one if your seeking chiropractic care (update the one in seiverville sent my medical records and I now have them will give the one in seiverville a 5 star and this one in cape can keep the 1 star) again highly recommend use the fort Myers location if your going to use them (reply to you guys) really it says otherwise online and the fact they did print them then refuse to give them to me again against Florida law here and are you braindead what’s the point of a photo id then? I go to that office every time so your telling me Ian didn’t recognize me either let me guess if I send a request to your corporate office you get to see me physically represent my id or let me guess you guys just want a photo of it which could be ai in today’s day and age don’t matter I won’t be attending your circus

Medical Record Requests are now centralized and handled by our corporate office in Phoenix. Your local location violated that policy. This is in place to protect you from someone presenting to be you in an effort to obtain your records. Hippa Violation.

3 months ago Experiencia negativa: I had severe neck pain and I saw a sign for $39 initial visit. I told the staff at checkout that I DO NOT want to join a monthly club, I just want to come in a few times until my neck is better. I was tricked into signing a contract for a monthly plan even after I stated I only want to come in a few times. I went 2x and my neck felt worse. I have not been back. I emailed on 12/19/2025 to remind them NOT to charge my card for any monthly fee and that I would not be back. Now, they have charged my credit card $139 for the first visit which was supposed to be $39 and also they charged my card on 1/2/2026 for $89. All of this after I stated the first day that I DO NOT want to join any membership club. I have reported them to the BBB for misleading practices with contracts and false advertising with prices.

4 months ago Experiencia negativa: WOW -- I rarely comment but this required one. Relatively new to town -- I've seen chiropractors my entire life and I'm almost 60. I will echo the other most recent review 'who welcomes new patients this way???' First I do want to say, I only briefly chatted with the Chripractor. (he seemed very personable and nice) -- my review is NOT about actual chiropractic services - my visit however was awful from the time I walked in. I realize its 2025 and we're all busy and in a hurry, however i was greeted with 'phone number?' -- ok. I gave her my phone #. - (I get it, that's how they do thing, but I'm a new patient.) Sse was clearly on a phone call using her headphones and I was clearly interrupting her phone call. It was at times difficult to tell if she was talking to me or the person on her phone. Our conversation was terse, bordering on rude. Although difficult to pickout through the mubbles and her other phone call, she said "I will send you paperwork' --- then when I didn't move -- 'you can sit down and I'll send you the paperwork' --- no paperwork ever came to my phone. (yes, I know when I get a text - i work in IT) Then the Dr. called me back, nice start to the conversation, however since he had, he sent me back to the front. Then they wanted to see my phone to 'help me fill out the paperwork' -- i explained to the woman, that the other woman never sent me any paperwork. I guess its tough to focus on your phone call and deal with clients at the same time. :( Sorry to have bothered you today. It will not happen again! It takes so little effort to give good customer service and yet it is getting harder and harder to find. Just a little bit of effort to take care of your clients would go so far. I've had three chiropractors over the years - the first for at least 20 years, the second for at least 5 years and the third for another 15 years. Who doesn't get off the phone long enough to acclimate a new patient to their practice and see that they are onboarded. Is that not just common sense when dealing with a new patient who will likely establish a long-term relationship with your organization? It isn't like I was there to make a one-time purchase of a $2 item. :( There's an addage that says if you give good customer service folks will tell a few people. If you give bad customer service they will tell 10 people. Its been just about an hour now and I've told ten people - this is a place i wouldn't go to ever again. Again, let me say, it isn't as if I presented with a difficult case and made life hard for the business etc. I was just a new patient coming to their practice, made to feel as if I was just an annoyance and a bother by the person they have sitting at the front desk while I iterrupted the phone call.

4 months ago Experiencia negativa: Don’t waste your time here! Schedule a new patient appointment. Waited almost in hour in pain while others who walk in front of you with no appointments. Who welcomes new patients to a practice with this kind of service. Never again. The very rude reception didn’t make the situation any better. After almost an hour I left. Horrible business practice. Not sure why so many doctors feel like our time is not valuable.

As a convenient, walk-in clinic, we do our best to manage the flow of both new and returning patients. As new patient visits take longer (around 30 minutes due to the initial paperwork, consultation, exam, and adjustment), some regular patients may be seen first so that the doctor can focus their attention on the new patient’s more time-intensive initial visit. It’s our goal to communicate this clearly and we’re sorry if we ever fall short of that.

Clean easy to get in, love there concept and one reason I joined joint chiropractic is because I can go to the chiropractor in any state In the United States, but still have my home office and I have used the service many times Traveling. I also started at Naples and they got me walking when I Seriously fell into the Chinese splits and broke my crap. I cannot say enough great things about The Joint chiropractic and their philosophy and don’t forget those doctors because they’re very important. I was getting me on the mend again thank you The Joint!! This is the only place I go because they have my back literally and such excellent explanations And education.

I wish I could recall the chiropractor's name who is the manager for the Cape Coral office, but he did great job and I felt like a million bucks walking out!

10 months ago Experiencia positiva: Quick dast in and out. If you go same days its likely you can get the same tech to crack yyou up. This is my only complaint with the joint. You arent guaranteed the same tech si sometimes you might not get the same relief from rhe tech who cant seem to crack you. They do try though. Its not that they dont.

10 months ago Experiencia fantástica: They take there time to analyze your problem. I have had back and neck issues for years after two bad car accidents and went to different chiropractors. I have bone spurs in my neck and all down my spine,degenerative disc disease through out my spine, and moderate to severe bulging disc in my T-12. They are the first chiropractors in my lifetime to actually listen to their patients and handle with care. I just started today, so I will share my progress as I go along. Alejandra is fantastic!

11 months ago Experiencia negativa: So I really used to enjoy this place so at the end of February beginning of April this year I went to one of them and they basically effed me up. For 10 days, I was in pain Then I had an outpatient procedure at the hospital with another 10 days to recuperate so my virtual credit card was changed which by the way they try to charge me seven or eight times I went into them to discuss the matter. They said I had to pay for April and I said I’m not gonna be able to use any benefits of April because of the 20 days I just missed and I’m going to the Bahamas for a week. I like to start in May Well, the owner had canceled me out which is fine and then they said if you wanna come back, you can only do a package of three or 5 months of packages up front . U can’t get back on the monthly. So my girl and her son are now going to cancel and taking our business elsewhere. So they lost $239 a month. I own a small business with 24 employees which I reimburse them for chiropractic care, but as of June 1, the six that go to the joint, I will not be reimbursing They are still free to go on their own dime if they choose They only care about their money, not the health of the client There’s plenty of chiropractors in the area.

Was greeted by a very friendly upbeat, office manager,Dina, and the waiting area is bright and Immaculately clean. The doctor was very attentive and professional explains everything very clearly and I left feeling much better than when I went in. They do not take insurance however they do run great specials… Do the math decide for yourself but in my case the six month deal works out better than if they did take insurance and I had a co-pay. I will highly recommend the Cape Coral,Santa Barbara office to anyone that needs a chiropractor.

11 months ago Experiencia negativa: I think he fractured my sternum. It’s been almost a week now and I’m still in a lot of pain. I really just wanted my neck adjusted . My back went well and my neck cracked as well, but he forcefully pushed on my back and it was extreme pain in my sternum. I still have pain every day after and afraid to go back even though l paid for 2 months. It’s ridiculous that I’m still in pain in a my sternum when I never had an issue with it! Hate that I’m in pain every day because he was too forceful!

Not one person was in the office and it literally takes 5-10 min for an adjustment. Maybe don't say you take walk ins were youre not doing them thanks I was in a lot of pain and needed an adjustment really bad and you guys are the only place open on a Saturday.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend it. Moved here from out of state. My wife showed up for a full adjustment and only received a partial adjustment. Then, she was told she needed to come back next week for the next adjustment. Very poor practice. We are used to a chiropractor that makes the adjustment and then provides stretches and exercises to try to avoid having to come back and especially within a weeks time. It's no hidden secret that this isn't the healthiest practice to have but at times necessary. Was very hopeful with all the positive reviews you can see. It's very misleading, unfortunately. They try to sell a membership essentially and that is sad. Gentlemen in front of me told the lady he was from out of state and was here temporarily for business and she ran his card for a months worth of visits then told him she couldn't refund the money without a manger. He clearly told her up front that he was not from here and wouldn't be here for a month. Sad.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: So I am an avid goer of Chiropractors, as i have pathological mobility and need somewhat frequent adjusting. I moved to Cape Coral end of December. I spent like 2 weeks looking for a chiropractor, but unfortunately all the ones I visited either didnt allow walk-ins or were booked out for like 2 weeks. Finally I passed the joint on my home from work one day and decided to turn around and go try my luck. Not only do they allow walk-ins, they also have a new patient special consultation+adjustment for $29!!! I signed up as a patient, did a refreshingly thorough consultation regarding my health history and information of attention(broken bones, plates, implants, etc). ^I would like to note that during that time about 6 people came in, got adjusted and left; as The Joint regularly has 2-4 chiropractors actively working at a time. Their turnover rate is seamless and fluid. And not rushed either.. that’s including them speaking with each patient to go over any updates or new areas of attention. * So then finally got my adjustment. WOOOWWW. Got popped and relieved literally from head to toe. Neck, shoulders, back, elbows, wrists, hips, and ankles. I legit had to just lay on the table for a few solid moments to just take in the relief of it all. After my visit I signed up for their 6-visit package deal (they have a tier system if deals - the more you bundle up front the cheaper they are per visit. My 6 visit bundle was like $199.. so each visit is like $33.) Of course you can also pay per visit if you wish but it’s like $50 (which really still isn’t bad. The industry standard is $45) Anywho, I’m literally sitting in my car writing this, again taking a second to enjoy the relief from today’s visit, and decided to leave a review while doing so. I think today is my 5th visit. After your initial consultation the visits are effortless; you walk in, give them your number, and literally walk back. (Again they have several people waiting to assist clients) so after work I pop in for 5-10 minutes and I’m out. I prefer to see Dr. Goodney. He’s really really thorough and extremely effective. - he’s managed to help me with some upper neck pain and shoulder pain I’ve dealt with for years. However all* of them are very kind and worth while. I highly highly encourage you to go by and check them out! Or rather let them check you out! Really, They’re snappin! (Sorry… I had to make a pun somewhere.)

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Be very careful when you do business with this organization. I went in to get some adjustments and paid for 5 months of care and was given one month at no cost by paying in advance. I got a call 2 weeks ago that said on December 17th my deal with them and if I wanted to Re-Up that deal to call in before the 17th. I decided not to call in as I no longer wished to retain their services as I found a better solution. On the 18th they charge my credit card for $80 which is one month of their services, I called and left a message after seeing that 2 weeks ago and asked for someone to call me as I wanted to make sure that whatever agreement they think that I've agreed to gets canceled. Not surprisingly no one called me back. I called in today as I had some time to do so to ensure that my membership had been canceled and they definitely don't make it easy except when they want to take payment. I have to go out of my way to go into this location and fill out a form according to them to cancel my membership. I asked to be sent a copy of my agreement that indicates that and they said they would not send it to me. Not a good way to do business, I've been a patient for I think at least a year and I found a better solution for my back pain, you shouldn't make it a pain for me to no longer be a patient cuz now I can guarantee I will never be one again...

Dina sent you a copy of your agreement which did rollover to month to month after the term. If you did not want that to happen, all you needed to do was to send the cancel form in clinic or via certified mail to ensure we received it. Regardless, we have now canceled your recurring and refunded the rollover charge. Please see your email for a copy of your agreement.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Most of the chiropractors are great, I just have a complaint about a lady at the front desk that Idid never see before , she is rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills, she said she was the “regional”. Today was my last visit before my monthly subscription finished but she charged me $45 extra. She said I used the 4 sessions, but I’m sure that I only used 3. Anyways she charged me because she find out the I wasn’t going to renew my monthly subscription. And she didn’t threat me well because I was canceling.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Front desk lady was so rude my kids brought me in for an appointment for my birthday front desk lady proceeded to tell us there was no appointment so we ended up scheduling for a 2pm appointment she then gave us a packet to fill out as we asked for a clipboard she told us to fill it out at home and basically kicked us out I don't even want the 2pm appointment anymore

Dr. Angel has been the one who has helped me since day one, he knew and knows exactly what to do to relief my pain. Today Dr. James saw me and he was great as well, listened to my needs and like Dr. Angel he knew exactly what he needed to do to help me. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Finally found chiropractic care that adjusts ALL OF ME like I was use to from my dr I left behind upon moving here. I’ve tried another place who literally cracked only what I was complaining about and sent me out after 2 minutes. All the chiropractors here are thorough and take their time to get everything done. I am already feeling much better in a few visits. Also as a bonus you don’t need to make an appointment which is very helpful for my crazy schedule. I highly recommend this Joint! I need to give a shout out to Dina and Krystal at the front desk as well. Super friendly and make you feel welcome and like family!!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: The Cape Coral office with Dr Ian and Dr Tracy is fabulous. It is due to the fact that they are both very good chiropractors. I have been to many different ones over the years and so I think I have a clue as to good versus bad in the profession. They take the time to care how they're treating you based on your needs. Sometimes chiropractors do their little routine no matter what the patient is feeling or experiencing at the time and they do not adjust the situation. Ian and Tracy are not that way. They ey do the best job they can for you and I'm glad we found them. They are thorough and very nice as well.

Visits are very convenient around my busy schedule, and also very timely. Also I have had some creepy experiences in the past at different chiropractors, but everyone here is very respectful and mindful of how you are handled when receiving care. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Wish more privacy while been treated and no listen and seeing other people while their treatment, also this will prevent rushing because other patients come in and sits in front of you while you been adjusting or discussing own situations with Dr, Litte bit uncomfortable for me discussing personal situations in front of strangers. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place. Dr. Olson and Dr. Goodney are my go-to professionals, and they are amazing! Years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with what I believed to be permanent bone misalignment and other physical issues. Thanks to their care, I've gained a new perspective on life. I feel so much better now—I can walk, sleep, and even breathe better. I will be a lifelong Wellness Plan member.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Love coming here finally staff. I haven’t had an issue with my back since I started coming. If I feel a little off, my chiropractor knows the issue without me telling him. Prices are very reasonable. They are cheaper than if I use my insurance.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Bad business! Do not trust this place in Cape Coral. First day they told about the first 5 sections only. in the final i signed for a plan thats 79$. I tried to cancel after some months and they still keep charging! The Joint is a Scam .

We reviewed your file and your history. You initialed and signed the wellness plan on 9/27/23 which provides you up to 4 visits per month until canceled per the membership agreement. We also see, you submitted a cancel form just recently on 7/22/24 and your account was canceled immediately. We have sent a copy of your Wellness Plan Agreement and your Cancel Request to you via the email we have on file. If you have changed your email recently, please contact the clinic for a copy.
