1 month ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been in treatment for peripheral neuropathy for six months. The changes in that timeframe are dramatic. The blood flow to my toes, my feet, and my lower legs is unbelievably improved. Also, the nerves are regenerating as well. Still work to do but the results are very, very positive.

4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Farrar explained what neuropathy is iin my foot nerve cells and the treatment plan. He use the devices that would provide recovery during his discussion (a TENs stimulator in a warm foot bath).I could feelmy feet relax. The ShockWave ultrasound was next and very effective even after the first use on my feet. I visited two times, free of charge before I commented to the 15 visits for the year long treatment cycle. It is a serious commitment for treatment needed to repair the damage causing the nerve pain. I have full confidence in the process. The whole office staff and the doctor are kind, courteous knowledgeable and support the patient from the beginning of the treatment and I know all the way to maximize my recovery to better health in the future!

5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: We love this practice for our infant! We started taking our baby girl here to help with sleeping, feeding, reflux and overall wellness. She improved quickly after a couple of sessions. We were a little skeptical at first because we weren’t sure if it would really help but we were so pleased and impressed by how quickly we saw improvements. Dr. Blake is always so kind, gentle with our baby, and informative! Another plus for us, they accepted our insurance!

5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I was at my wits end after 4 back surgeries and my surgeon and pain management doctor both told me they could not see anything in the X-rays and mri’s that would be causing my back pain preventing me from walking in pain more than a block. Pain in my hips started to prevent me from getting a good night’s sleep. My shoulder blades were numb from nerve damage. It seemed like I had nerve damage from my upper torso to my sciatica because of the surgeries. I googled chiropractor near me and Dr Farrar’s website popped up. As I reviewed it I felt an instant need not to waste anymore time and booked an appointment for the same day. The front staff treats you like a close friend that they had been looking so forward to seeing. The doctors are humble and work as a team and really listened and carefully read the check in forms. After a well worth while conversation with the doctors a complimentary exam was done along with an X-ray a tens treatment and shock wave treatment that loosened up my shoulder blades within 12 hours. My second visit was even better with an adjustment and a 2nd shock wave treatment that left me walking out of the office with minimal pain. I no longer felt like I had a cinder block hanging from my tailbone. They work every way they can to find you an affordable plan. Their office seems to always be full of clients and I don’t think I have yet seen one leave without a smile on their face. He diagnosed that my hip and spine were out of alignment. His adjustments to align my spine and hips remedied the problem and I no longer suffer sny sciatic pain.

8 months ago Experiencia negativa: Dr Blake and Dr Farrar messed me up so much! Now my hips and knees make an odd noise after the Drs made their adjustments and my hips pop out of place when I bend over. I never had any of these popping noises when I walked and now I do thanks to them! These Drs are the worst! I've never been to chiropractors that are so terrible. They should not be in business!!!!!!!!!

I was amazed with the level of kindness and compassion I found from my very first visit. The entire staff has been wonderful. They treat you like family. I have severe sciatica and was actually using a cane to assist me with walking when I initially came. I had tried everything from steroid back injections to spinal nerve blockers and none of them have given me the lasting pain relief this office has. I’ve been walking cane free for months now & almost completely off all pain meds. As long as Farrar Family Chiropractic is open, I’ll be coming for an adjustment.

I found out the same day about the neuropathy I have in both feet which I had expected it was very sad for me to realize I'm a diabetic and the neuropathy is hereditary not anything I have control over. Dr. Farrar and office manager Linda went above and beyond in every possible way. They came in on their day off to make sure I was taken care of, and from the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family. He actually listens and cares and explains what’s going on he really wants to help! The entire staff dose they REALLY do want to help you. Farrar is different in all the best ways. 11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I was in a car accident 6 years ago and it really messed up my alignment. My neck started cracking and if I didn’t crack it, it would feel stiff and hurt. After my original sessions, I’m now going once a month and the strain and pain is almost gone. There’s no more cracking my neck 100 times a day to feel free.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is so nice, and the doctor was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what my problem was just by feeling my spine. I've been to many chiropractors and I must say I was impressed with this practice. Professional and the place is laid out really nice and it's very clean, looking forward to my next appointment. If you're looking for a new chiropractor, look no further. This is the place you want to be. Second visit today and without a doubt best adjustment I've ever had in my 67 years have probably been to 20 to 30 different chiropractors and never had an adjustment like I did today. It was the most thorough adjustment and doctor explains everything that she went along exactly what she was doing and how the table worked they have advanced tables for adjusting. I can't say enough good about this place, I don't think I'll ever have to worry about finding another chiropractor as long as I live in Plano. These guys are the best they really are phenomenal. Dr Ramey ? I may have the spelling wrong but she is incredible she knows her stuff and so pleasant. I would give her the highest grade of any and all chiropractors I've ever been to. Bar none.

This is my fourth chiropractor and umpteenth attempt at fixing the issues in my back and shoulders that the VA is happy to give me meds for, but not fix. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I met Farrar Family Chiropractic at a fundraiser in December, they had a booth right next to the company I work for. It just so happened at the time that my husband had severe back issues due to a pinched nerve and the referral to PT hadn’t brought any success. As a former medical professional myself I wanted to find a better solution for him and approached the booth next to me. I got my husband an appointment for an eval with Farrar Family in Plano and the rest is history. It was a lengthy treatment for him with up and downs but the end result was great and still is because he continues his wellness visits and home exercises. I started treatment after my husband finished for a hip problem I have been dealing with on and off the past 10 years. Their assessment is very thorough and the approach is natural considering the whole body and not just that one particular problem you walk in with. I have only had 4 appointments yet but I have noticed a great deal of improvement in my daily life already. Things I hadn’t even noticed were not going as they should. It’s really shocking how we just accept and deal with certain things that should be easier for us and less painful. With that being said, everyone is different and makes progress at a different pace but I can only highly encourage everyone to get in for an eval here. Staff is really nice, the practice is open concept and while it can get busy at times it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The doctors genuinely care about your success and have great knowledge. They remember little details even though they see so many patients daily. You just have to do your part and show up and take the advice. Do your exercises and your stretches-it will be worth it.

I was in a car accident as a teenager and over time my neck got so bad that I couldn't turn my head without excruciating pain. He treated my neck and it now functions normally without any discomfort. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Both my husband and I have finished our initial treatment and are now continuing with wellness care. My husband started out with severe back pain-where physical therapy and urgent care couldn’t help. We found this practice by chance and my husband got the treatment he needed. I started treatment once my husband continued with wellness care and I can say we both had huge success. We didn’t know much about chiropractic care initially but are glad we started. All issues have been taken care of and also evey small issues that wasn’t related to the initial issue has been adressed. Some health insurance companies sadly don’t cover chiropractic care-which is sad because it helps immensely. We paid ourselves and learned that the prices here are competitive and we think it’s absolutely worth it. Every staff member seems to care about your success and want you to get better. You definitely have to do you part and do your exercises at home but it will make such a difference. It doesn’t happen overnight but you’re in it for the long run so it takes time. We are also able to schedule short notice appointments in case something comes up and everything has always been taken care of.

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Farrar Family Chiropractic I found to be very accommodating and flexible. I used 2 different chiropractors Farrar and Blake. Both were genuinely interested with my problem. They listened and documented my concerns via computer at each visit. Each knew what the other was doing , and each had a different approach which was advantageous. I am a clinical hospital pharmacist and have numerous interactions with healthcare workers, I can honestly say this practice is professional, and I highly recommend them.

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: So far my experience has been great. I've seen chiropractors off and on for years. The reason I started with Farrar was a rib injury. Although I haven't been going long, I have felt welcomed by everyone. Dr Syster has done well with formulating a care plan and I have made progress towards healing. I recommend if you are looking for a new chiropractor to give Farrar a try.

All other staff at the exercise room and vibrations are also very nice and take care of the patients well. I would recommend this clinic for sure.

From the first visit where they walked me around the whole office showing me everything to being greeted each time with many smiles and hellos, my experience has been great! Dr. Magallanes is so welcoming and answered all my questions in our initial visit. She always asks how I'm doing and offers great suggestions for stretches and techniques to keep my care going at home. I HIGHLY recommend!
