Experiencia negativa: I would give no stars if I could. First of all I go to my appt and the door is locked… ok. So someone comes and opens the door finally and says do you have an appt? I say yes because I did. He proceeds to tell me that they don’t do first time appts at my appt time (then why did they let me book at that time?!) and that he’s the only one there and basically they can’t treat me today. So weird, couldn’t you have called me to tell me this instead of letting me drive over there!! So annoying. Bad business .

Experiencia negativa: Worst Chiropractic Experience Ever – Zero Results and Terrible Membership Policies I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Joint Chiropractic in Orange, CA and I strongly advise others to think twice before signing up for any of their memberships. First, the treatments provided absolutely no benefit. I gave them multiple chances, hoping I would feel at least some improvement, but there was zero change in my condition. The adjustments felt rushed and generic, as if they were just going through the motions without paying attention to my actual needs. On top of that, canceling the membership was a nightmare. The moment I tried to cancel, the friendly attitude disappeared. They made the process unnecessarily difficult, acted like they didn’t want to help, and kept giving me excuses instead of a straightforward solution. The worst part: they refused to refund a new charge for a service I never even received. They charged me again despite the fact that I didn’t come in, didn’t use any services, and had already requested cancellation. Their refusal to refund something I never utilized feels completely unfair and unethical. This business clearly cares more about locking people into memberships than actually helping their patients. Terrible results, poor service, and shady cancellation practices. I regret ever trusting them.

So that expectations don’t misconstrue the process or progress, be patient and remember to trust in that. Also do your homework and research do home care therapy before and after. Ex. icing, heat, stretch, etc.

If I could make an appointment online I would gladly do that but they seem to be the one business still behind on the times and doesn’t seem to have an online booking system

The staff remembers me and greets me by name when I walk in which is a plus for me. Wait times are under 5 minutes and the time with the chiropractor is usually 5-8 minutes long.
