Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to several chiropractors, and most offered the same routine basic EMS and a couple of quick adjustments. Platinum Chiropractor is completely different. They have a wide range of advanced equipment designed for specific treatments, which makes a noticeable difference in addressing pain and recovery. The chiropractors are highly knowledgeable, provide excellent adjustments, and truly know what they’re doing. The staff is also very welcoming, professional, and helpful. Overall, it’s a much higher level of care compared to other places I’ve been.

Experiencia negativa: I called this place specifically based off the reviews and that on their website they state that they accept majority of insurance plans, so I called to set up an appointment was put on hold then was asked if I was going to be a cash paying patient, I then said well my insurance plan covers over 30 visits a year with a 20 dollar copay, then I was told that they are not accepting insurance plans at this time and that I would have to pay 75 for the first visit and then 50 dollars for every visit afterwords. So if you're going to do that to nrw patients, then take it off your website that you no longer accept insurance plans and are now a CASH only chiropractor, so now I will find a place that will accept my insurance and not try to charge me more than double my copay while I pay for health benefits that provide chiropractic coverage, its hard enough this day and age to afford the constant hike of cost of living and now we have people not taking insurance coverage anymore to take more money from us when its hard enough to pay for everything else.

I had a sharp pain in my lower back that I couldn’t figure out what do do about the pain. I had been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort in my back and neck, and Dr. Taghreed was able to alleviate most of it in just a few visits. She used a combination of chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy to help me feel better, and I could tell that she really cared about my well-being and was determined to help me find relief.
