My Primary Care Physician was sure the pain was coming from my back and said I should go to ProTailored so that Dr. Gracie could help me. Dr. Gracie knew what to do as soon as I described my symptoms. She checked the script my doctor sent her and followed that as well as coming up with her own treatments. Before my 10 appointments were up, I was feeling much better and told Dr. Gracie she had made a new woman out of me. Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 recommend! The office is great (I had a private room instead of a large open area). The digital check-in is seamless and everyone is super friendly. But MOST importantly of course, is that my back feels better! Dr. Sam is awesome. He is super helpful, taking time to explain things in ways that make sense. His program worked for me, plus he made adjustments along the way to capitalize on what was working. He did a combination of stretching, strength building, dry needling, and scraping. One week in particular I came in with a bunch of pain, and by the end it had totally gone away! Plus he’s a great guy. Avoid Indiana Physical Therapy - their therapists will work on 2 patients at a time! They just have you do exercises that you can find on-line.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family has been coming to Pro Tailored for many years any time we need Physical Therapy. Recently, our oldest son was prescribed PT and his therapist was Gracie. It has been awhile since we had been there and I was surprised to see the changes they made. They’ve stepped up their processes when it comes to checking-in for appointments, scheduling, and simply serving all the clients needs. I was, once again, very satisfied with everything ProTailored. And a special shout out to Gracie who did a great job connecting with my son who is a tad bit ‘unique’ due to his autism.

Experiencia fantástica: The always run on time. Their customer service is great. I have had physical therapy at another place in the past, and after going to ProTailored, I will never go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor was great. He educated and taught me how to work on my knee issues. I would have gone back to him again. However, the rest of my experience was not great. The greeting process is impersonal; you talk to the person in the back through a computer. Also, the person doing scheduling gave half info. When I asked whether they take my insurance they didn't mention that it was out of network. She also told me to bring my xrays and when I arrived with the disk said they could not view it. As of today, I got another bill making my total for the 1 visit $177 because once again I was not informed they were not in network. They will bill your card on file before allowing you to call with questions about additional billing.

Experiencia negativa: I chose this company because of it's reviews here on Google, but upon further investigation and with how this matter was handled, I am convinced the majority of them are skewed (i.e. paid for, friends, family, employees, etc.). Great at PT, but dishonest back office. My daughter was given a date for her last PT visit that was wrong. When she didn't show up for the appointment because her therapist gave her the wrong date, they insisted that we still had to pay for the visit. My daughter had at least 8 previous visits and she was never late or had any issues. We have tried to talk to the office about this and they are still insisting on charging us. I would look elsewhere for your PT needs. ADDITIONAL INFO The first visit was put on hold because they had to verify our insurance would cover it and ProTailored was notified of this. They also sent all appointment notifications to me and never asked who the appointment notifications should go to (i.e. my daughter). This company is now threatening to report us to a collection agency over this matter.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a highly professional place to receive physical therapy. Dr. Sam was relational, and interested in my life as well as bringing healing to my body. We need that! The connection and job they do is way past 5 as a recommendation.

Landon worked with my knee and the work we did and exercises he taught have kept me better for over a year now. Continuing education is important to them. Every person I’ve been in contact with, from the people on the phone, to the people who check you in, to the PT’s have been fantastic-friendly, professional, competent, and kind. They are the type of people you want as your next door neighbors. My conditions have improved significantly. I get a full hour of one-on-one individualized attention in a private room at each appointment. My therapist, Dr Brenden, is great! He keeps me encouraged, and he is very skilled, using a variety of techniques to treat me. He gives me exercises to do at home, which I do and have found helpful, essential even. I’ve also had a couple of sessions with Dr Mitch. Both of them are very impressive in their knowledge and commitment to their profession. They genuinely want to help their patients get better. Dr. Jarred, my PT is fantastic—he not only demonstrates each strengthening and stretching exercise, but also clearly explains the anatomy of the cuff and why each exercise and modality can aid in my recovery. His manual therapy has been very effective, and the “dad jokes” on his whiteboard make every visit with Dr. J super fun! From the friendly greeters at the check-in kiosk to the private treatment rooms and well-equipped gym, I always feel at ease, well cared for, and confident that all my questions will be answered and concerns about my treatment plan are addressed. I leave each appointment all the more motivated to adhere to my home program and trust the process. I’m still healing and truly believe God directed me to Protailored PT. He has given me the care I needed to help me motivate and walk better without vigorous therapy. Exercises were great for what I needed .I have 1 more session left and I will be done. If I ever or my husband needs therapy again I will be back Dr.Brenden is wonderful I will miss seeing him every week but he helped me to live with less pain

Experiencia fantástica: I want to say how impressed I am with Lisa who worked on my hand after an operation I had in December. My hand was quite tender as it healed. Lisa has 16 years of experience with rehabbing hands, etc.. She did such a great job in giving me different exercises that has really helped me get back to normal. As you might imagine the hand has so many moving parts that it is not uneasy heal. I highly recommend Lisa for any rehab needs that you might have for your hands. She was great!

The dry needle technique used has been the final piece to see fully functioning shoulder movement 15 months after the initial surgery. Stretching and strength training will be a part of my daily life for awhile to be sure I maintain progression attained. Dr. Landon Pence , my PT and Lisa Douglas, my OT are kind, compassionate, supportive, professional and extremely knowledgeable!! They have addressed several issues plaguing me and I am very pleased with my progress! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. If you are in need of therapy, I highly recommend ProTailored! You won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia positiva: I went to Pro tailored for 6 years every week, when Dr Jon Evans began his business. He provided manipulation, ice, heat, dry needling, cupping, and massage to the patient for all of the 40 min. Part of your appt time is spent with the therapist going to other rooms trying to locate the tools and supplies for the visit, whereas in other places, therapists have these items ready to go for the patient. Dr Evans personally trained and worked w all of his new associates to assure the best possible care for his practice; however he quit treating patients for himself after opening the third clinic. For the past three years he has been working on land development and business ventures. When the Readers Choice award time is approaching, the therapists will literally find the place on your phone so you can vote for them, which I did not like and it explains why and how they get the award. 90% of the therapists who work there have never had any experience any place else, all young when they are hired. Front desk workers at Tonkle Road office is a revolving door. It feels more like a chiropractic clinic than PT, as exercise and strengthening exercise is rarely used except with post op patients. I prefer experienced well rounded PT than cookie cutter, inexperience, but the therapists are for the most part very nice.

Dr Kirsten has worked with me for the last several weeks & has helped my back more than anyone. I’ve been to a couple of other facilities in the past & ProTailored is worth the 2hr roundtrip drive from my home. I will never waste my time going anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Mitchell Hall applied a technique called Counterstrain (or Facial Counterstrain) to help me resolve tight and sore muscles, and related chronic pain. It was incredibly non-invasive and amazingly effective. Now he's helping me rebuild muscle and increase the range of motion in my neck. What's better, my migraines are so, so much better! I refer everyone I can to ProTailored Physical Therapy.

Incredible results in just a month. I highly recommend this group- personalized treatment with a Full range of treatment approaches- dry needling, scraping, cupping and more. You won’t be sorry - I had nearly constant pain and little mobility when I started.

Tried medication, Chiropractic, And anything else I could fine to try. Some things helped but never completely cured my pain for literally two decades. Experiencia fantástica: ProTailored Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive program of evaluation, program development, exercise portfolio, hands on therapy, measuring progress, and follow up. Gretchen is my therapist and she is brutal, in a good way. She guides you through the program, performing excruciating stretching and flexing, while offering encouragement and positive reinforcement. She assembles an entire home exercise package and follows your progress remotely. She truly possesses great skill and knowledge in her field. After only a few weeks, I had regained nearly my entire range and motion after a complete knee replacement. Knee 2 is coming up and Gretchen will be my therapist through this recovery as well! Pro Tailored offers great therapists and a comprehensive plan for a full recovery!

Lisa managed my therapy for almost 6 months after an injury resulted in significant rotator cuff surgery. Not only is Lisa a very gifted professional, she is an outstanding teacher/trainer, as I observed while she worked with Anya during her final internship before completing her training. Both Anya and I were in the best hands of a competent and understanding professional.

At those other places I received a demonstration of exercises that someone from the team, would guide me through, and then while I completed those exercises on my own, my physical therapist would work with another patient. This has never been the case at ProTailored. I always receive individualized treatment. They didn’t just give me a list of exercises to practice both in office and at home. I received actual treatment. Dr. Amanda Robinett at ProTailored, took time to address the issue that I’m having and create a personalized treatment/care plan for my injury. I’m appreciative of the private treatment rooms, that make it possible for my provider to focus on my needs and progress while ensuring that I have the privacy I need during times of vulnerability. I appreciate that Dr. Amanda helps me feel as comfortable as possible on my journey towards recovery. If you are looking for a professional, clean, individualized, person center treatment option for you or someone else, I would recommend ProTailored Physical Therapy for all your physical and occupational therapy needs. The staff are amazing and welcoming. I would also say that Ms. Libby the Patient Care Coordinator, has always met my needs and ensures that I know what is expected when it comes to billing and scheduling.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been in pain in my lower right hip for over 9 months. I’ve done PT, chiropractor, more PT with dry needling and massage, and injection in my hip. I haven’t been able to walk, sit, or stand for any length of time. My ONE PA suggested therapy with laser therapy as well so I came to Protailered. I met with Mitchell for an evaluation and scheduled therapy with him which included scraping and cupping as well as stretching and exercises. I also have done laser therapy with Heidi (which feels amazing). After 3 weeks here I am finally getting some relief from the pain. I can walk again with minimal pain. I do my stretches and exercises daily. And I’m able to sleep without much pain. I wish I had found Protailered PT sooner. I want to add to my review: ONE diagnosed me as having ischial bursitis and tightness in my hamstrings and prescribed more PT after taking 2 months off. I am now seeing Colleen and she has added cupping, scraping, and massage for my tight hamstrings and glute muscles. Along with added exercises and stretches, my pain from the ischiak bursitis is slowing going away and I am strengthening my core as well. I am so thankful for the therapists at ProTailored.

Experiencia fantástica: Another 5 Star Review for Pro-Tailored Physical Therapy!! (It would be a "10" if there was such a thing!) I have now had the privilege of working with two therapists in two different Pro-Tailored Physical Therapy locations: PT w/Dr. Kirsten @ the Illinois Rd location, & OT w/Dr. Katlin @ the W Jefferson Blvd location. Talk about feeling like family almost instantaneously? Wow! The immediate difference that I noticed was their ACTUAL COMPASSION and concern for my situation. They LISTENED, (Who actually does THAT anymore in the medical field?) they questioned, they were INSANELY knowledgeable and not only offered suggestions and possible solutions but even Plan B's if the outcome wasn't as expected. In addition, in the process of all of this, they included me in each scenario AND my opinion. It mattered to them that I was comfortable with each plan of action. I have had a number of unfortunate situations that brought me to Pro-Tailored including, most recently, being rear ended at 80 mph by a hit and skip driver. Fortunately for me I survived but was not surprisingly in need of therapy. I sought it originally through another large "well known" physical therapy group where I was rudely treated as well as ignored. In fact, it was as though I was an "inconvenience" as opposed to a person in serious need of help. I had set up follow up appointments reluctantly but was extremely unsettled by my experience. So, I started a search for an alternative and ran across Pro-Tailored and their reviews. From the moment I called them I was treated not only with kindness and respect but professionalism and compassion. EVERY, SINGLE, PERSON I spoke to, from the schedulers, to the receptionists, to the doctors themselves have treated me with these qualities from the very beginning. In a world where empathy and kindness has been all but lost, I only wish other entities would take notice. I strongly recommend Pro-Tailored Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone in need and who is completely over being treated like a number instead of a human being. If I only knew that Dr Caleb and PT would be the answer I would’ve saved myself so much time and pain! To be able to say that I can go to work and not think about my feet all day is amazing!! Their office is great, highly recommend!!

You got to come to Pro tailored therapy people you don't know what you're missing with Zack. They do pressure points to where it feels great, they massage you to where is needed. Zach is really awesome and good with his hands. He has a lot of compassion for his patience and he enjoys what he does. That makes a huge difference when to me especially when you see them 2x a week. Don't waist your money going anywhere else, cuz in my opinion they're the best I've EVER BEEN TO SERIOUSLY. The staff is very friendly, and they make you feel welcome. If your not sure who to go see, give them a try at least once. What's it gonna hurt? ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything they do is focused on the individual needs and goals of the patient. The therapy is one-on-one and provided in private treatment rooms. I’ve had physical therapy for persistent sports/exercise-related injuries, and the treatment I’ve received there has been a tremendous help in getting me back on the path to pain-free running. In addition to several modalities of PT, I have received laser therapy, which I believe has helped the treatment process. Colleen Quigley is a fantastic Physical Therapist. She is very focused on understanding my needs and goals, and implementing an effective treatment plan. Heidi Johnson is the Laser Therapist. Heidi is great about providing treatment that complements the areas PT is focused on so that I continue to make progress.

Lisa has been wonderful in helping me strengthen my shoulder. She always does it with a smile and lots of encouragement. Heidi does a great job with laser and always has a happy smile. The office staff is outstanding. ProTailored is by far the best physical therapy business in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended! I am have basically a human pin cushion for pain docs for over 3 years now! ( I have medication injections), I have numerous things wrong with my body, like slip disc, bulging disc. Nerves pinched, arthritis from head to toe, spine out of wack etc, I have been too 3 different physical therapy centers in the last two years and I got no results or resolve! Yet I have hope with PRO TAILORED PHYSICAL THERAPY! They give you one on one treatment. Hands on mayo facial release. They do cupping and dry needling. Which is amazing, it helps the muscles release all the tension. The scraping helps as well, its like with the cupping to allow blood flow back into the area, I won't lie it will take time as I am a a person with chronic pain, however I have gotten more relief from this place than I have anywhere. The staff is amazing, and very nice and friendly, every time I go in I am greeted with a smile and walk out with one, as well they are very patient with any questions I have and give full detail of what they are doing. I see two diff people. SHOUT OUT TO LISA AND RACHEAL! Both are extremely amazing women, Highly credible and gifted women. you want results go here I promise u you will be like why I not heard of this before

Dr. Kauwela has been a blessing working on my shoulder after numerous issues and a surgery. They have a focus on manual therapy and unlike most PT offices, the therapist is with you the entire time and you aren't passed onto a tech. It's challenging finding the right PT treatment but this is a top notch facility. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Greeting me by name, working around my busy schedule and keeping me up to date on billing. They even got me a birthday card since my birthday was during treatment. Dr. Mitchell Hall helped reduce my neck pain and gain range of motion back in my neck. He also helped me address some breathing issues I have been struggling with for years and I can now take full deep breaths. I highly recommend and will return to them if I have need in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient at ProTailored for 2 months to help with my shoulder and a lot of angry nerves. The whole staff is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door! I had tried everything from stretching/yoga, to deep tissue massages, to chiropractic care, to cryotherapy and nothing ever made the smallest impact. My family doctor recommended I go to physical therapy and recommended that I go to ProTailored. My PT was Caleb and he did a great job healing my injury! He was not only very personable and professional throughout treatment, but I had some questions on other things related to the injury: heat or ice?, should I change my bedding/mattress?, helpful supplements?, etc. and he gave me some great insight for those issues as well. I would definitely recommend ProTailored to anyone!!

Everyone there from therapists to front and back office are all genuinely kind and caring individuals. In my time as a patient, I have received treatment from Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Kauwela, and Dr. Rachel. I have interacted with Dr. Caleb, Dr. Matt, Dr. Colleen, Landon, and Lisa. All are dedicated therapists that treat in different, but effective ways. They are all very knowledgeable and share that knowledge freely. I appreciate that as a patient you are not passed off to a tech or an assistant, but are consistently treated by your therapist the entire duration of your appointment time and plan of care. Experiencia fantástica: I have had 5 knee surgeries so I have seen several physical therapists. ProTailored has amazing physical therapists to help aid in my recovery. Everyone is so personable and they are constantly learning new things to help their patients. I cannot be happier choosing ProTailored after my knee surgeries. I hope to not need physical therapy for a long time after my total knee replacement, but if I do, I will be coming back to ProTailored.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience!! I initially decided to try ProTailored SW due to the closeness to my home and the Credential Staff. Last winter, after much pain, I had an X-ray & then an MRI - not great news - both a bicep & rotator cuff complete tears in my right shoulder, arm. I opted for some PT - not wanting yet to have surgery (had left shoulder”fixed” several years ago), I called ProT. From the initial easy scheduling (Liz), to my appointments, this was the place for me. I got the opportunity to have extraordinary care by Dr Kirsten and even was able to see the quality across the staff a few times (Dr Chelsea). Always greeted with a friendly smile(Jen), then a very minimal wait for my on-time private appointments. Sorry, this is so long, but for the really good news - I wasn’t sure I would be able to play golf this year, but with a slight adjustment to my “unorthodox” swing, I’m now playing regularly. I’m keeping up with the exercises I was given, and I’m pain-free on the course. Of course, I’m not wishing to return to PT, but if I do have a need, this is the place!! Thanks..

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Dr. Kaitlin Couchman for my shoulder pain. She is thorough and personable. She explains her thought process and different treatment options available. For my treatment, we tried cupping and dry needling plus e-stim along with at-home stretches and exercises. I was able to schedule appointments twice a week until we were able to taper my appointments to once a week and then once every other week. My pain was drastically reduced within 2 months.

Experiencia fantástica: Protailored is the best Physical Therapy practice I have used and I have been to several. The care you receive is truly 1 on 1 and individualized to meet your needs. All the therapist I have worked with have been great. I am currently working with Dr. Amanda and is is wonderful, she listens and is compassionate. She makes me feel very comfortable while she is doing therapies that for my own good are not comfortable. I highly recommend Protailored if anything aches!

I was skeptical about going because I never had any relief with other physical therapy offices. Kelsey at the N. Hill Drive office has been amazing! Yes, all PT’s are doctors as well and truly give you the most professional care available. Office staff are friendly and efficient, always knowledgeable about my insurance benefits. I have been seeing Dr. Chelse Jones for my most recent knee replacement. I highly recommend her, my recovery has been unbelievable this time around. I found ProTailored PT at my family doctors recommendation, so glad I did. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at ProTailored Physical Therapy following my shoulder surgery was great. The office staff was friendly and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding my insurance deductible and coinsurance. They greeted me by my first name at each visit and that made me feel immediately comfortable. My Physical Therapist, Kauwela, was extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I was in excellent hands. She brought me through the recovery process after surgery by her manual therapy and the assigned home exercise she asked me to do. My shoulder is doing very well.

I went from only using a wheelchair, then walking with a walker, and now using a cane. Amanda tailors and modifies my therapy and home exercises specific to my needs and what I want to accomplish. She answers all my questions and is always professional. The front staff is very friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Don’t hesitate to choose them for your therapy!

I threw my back out on a Sunday and could barely move, after 2 visits I felt much better. I really like that they focus on one patient and don’t work with multiple like I’ve experienced at other places. I also like that you have your own room instead of being out in one large space. They have the knowledge, treatment and emotional support I needed to reach my goals. One on one treatment in a private setting was a great help for my recovery. Setting goals with Dr Chelsea helped me stay focused, even on the days that I had pain and setbacks. The staff was amazing and always greeted with a smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Emily is freaking amazing. I had right glute/hip pain that was crippling my right leg so that I would almost drag it behind me. I couldn't sit without lots of discomfort and I couldn't tie my shoes without pain. It was affecting my mental health too because I was so discouraged about life partially because of it. I struggled with it for over a year and other physical therapists could not fix it. In only a few months Dr. Emily made the entire thing disappear. She is very intelligent and aware, and really cares about finding a solution. Her interaction with me put me at ease and gave me hope. It only took a few sessions to start seeing significant changes. At first she thought it was a muscle issue like most therapist also thought but then as she observed she had a hunch it was the nerve on top of it and she started treating the nerve. Things really improved after that. I cannot recommend Dr. Emily enough!!

My first visit to Protailed, I was greeted by Lucas, who was helpful, friendly, and as I have noticed, always ready to jump in if needed. I am always greeted with a smile by whoever is at the front desk! Everyone has been friendly and helpful! The one-on-one sessions are wonderful. When I meant with Mitchell Hall, my physical therapist, every step hurt and every inch of my mid and lower back was incredibly painful and tight! On my first visit, Mitchell began working to ease the tension in my muscles and nerves. He has eased the tightness and pain in my lower back using techniques like cupping, scraping, and dry needling, all new to me. I was skeptical of the dry needling, but Mitchell’s knowledge in this technique lead me to trust him and I’m glad I did. He has improved my range of motion, and my ability to walk with less pain. He keeps my lower back healthier and me motivated while I deal with chronic pain and the stress of awaiting surgery for a fracture in my lower back. I am thankful to him and the Professionalism Protailed offers!

She is very good at encouraging me to do difficult things and helps me understand why we are doing them. She is also very patient with all of my questions and any concerns I may have and makes me feel good about doing what it takes to get where I want to be!
