Experiencia fantástica: WOW!! I can't say enough about the Chiropractic Doctors. I was diagnosed with DISH disease (DIFFUSED IDIOPATHIC SKELETAL HYPEROSTOSIS) years ago in the Thoracic spine. The only temporary relief I could get, was ablation theory through the pain clinic, which was extremely painful in of itself! I was talking to a golfing friend about my pain level, he referred me to the Chiropractic Doctors. I was initially skeptical as I had never tried Chiropractic care in my life. I was impressed as soon as i walked into their clintic, where Lauren and Rachel greeted me with their huge smiles and explained what to expect during my visit. Their initial approach of taking several xrays to help diagnose the root cause of my pain, was very impressive. I returned two days later, where Dr. Fhinney reviewed my films and had a through plan to correct the issue in my spine. Fast forward three months, I now can play golf with little or no back pain thanks to their comprehensive plan!

The Chiropractic Doctors created a treatment plan like no other Chiropractic office I had been to in the past with the goal of slowing the progression and hopefully being able to completely avoid neck surgery down the road. This office is incredibly good at what they do and create treatment plans that actually address the problem. I have significantly less pain, inflammation, and overall greater mobility. Experiencia fantástica: I had been experiencjng substantial pain in my right shoulder making it difficult to raise my hand over my head. Dr. Matt & his team were able to coax it out if its locked condition. He’s worked with me for a number of weeks and given me the tools to where i’ve regained 80-90% of my arms mobility. Not sure i’ll get to 100% given the age of the original injury, but i’m able to play ball w/ the dogs again so that’s a plus.

Experiencia positiva: I had excruciating electrical sciatic pain shoot from hip to top of head to tips of my toes. I couldn’t get out of bed by myself. It's settled to a knot, feel bruised. It seems like it's slow, but when you twist your body out of wack it'll take time. When it was excruciating pain, they were a great help in moving onto the bed, rolling over, getting up, I couldn't get up alone. Thank you Jesus for sending me there instead of the er.

They are up front about the amount of time needed for results. There is definable, noticeable progress in my neuropathy journey after three months. If I compare it to riding my bicycle, it's not around the block, it's not a 10 or 20 mile ride, it is a cross country ride.

Experiencia fantástica: After my primary chiropractor moved his practice to Florida a few years ago, I was at a loss to find someone comparable who understood my adjustment needs in a way that listened to my needs and provide chiropractic treatment that aligns (no pun intended) with those needs. After trying a few other doctors in town, I was contemplating an orthopedic surgical treatment to try and "fix" my issues in my shoulder and neck. Based on some referrals from trusted friends, I decided to gave Dr. Matt and his team a last ditch try prior to pursuing surgery. WOW! I see Dr. Matt every couple of weeks, and as a result my overall health is much better, the severe headaches I used to experience have gone away and my body tells me when I am out of alignment and in need of a visit, for sure! Matt listens to how I am feeling and adjusts me appropriately. I have not thought about a surgical solution since I began seeing him 3 years ago. Kudos and thanks to Matt and the rest of the staff for taking care of my alignment health!

The practices they used I was informed by my insurance company that it goes against their policy. Spoke with other companies who told me they were afraid to conduct their company in such manner. Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr Phinney for chiropractic adjustments since July 2022. Twice a week, he has adjusted my neck, my middle back, my lumbar back to help me with chronic pain. He has also helped with my shoulder pain. I am amazed at my neck the most. I'm a stage 3 for degenerative disc and bone disease. I had a fusion in my neck in 2011. The curve in my neck was straight. Crazy, I thought I'd have to live that way. After 2xs a week @ about my 3 month mark, I was re-x-rayed for my neck. I was absolutely surprised that the curve in my neck was coming back! I'm continuing with the program and hopefully the rest of my spine will start to heal like my neck is. Since starting Dr Phinneys plan, I have taken less pain medication. I've actually cut that in half. I sleep better, not a 100% yet...but better than before seeing him. I feel better overall, with less chronic pain. I couldn’t fix myself with yoga, breath, or exercise. The VA referred me to see Dr. Matt and he has done me wonders! He is a large man with big hands which helps with his adjustments. I can now move from side to side and don’t feel any pinching or restriction. The staff as a whole is always friendly and attentive. They also had this awesome event that I attended called Lunch with the Doc. It was a free event where Dr. Matt went over all sorts of health topics such as preventative medicine, supplements, and water intake. They had lunch from Panera catered. Experiencia fantástica: I experienced back pain for 15 years. I kid you not, after a single adjustment, I felt significantly better. After just two weeks, my pain is literally gone. While I do not believe in many of the claims of Chiropractic care (for treatment of heartburn, for instance)… I know first hand that it works for neck and back pain. Absolutely the best investment I have ever made.

They take the time to get to know you personally, they take X-rays to be sure they know what the real issues are and have payment plans if your insurance doesn’t cover all the charges (which most don’t) the exercises they give you to do at home are easy and they give you the tools to do them at home. It is very rushed and he literally spends 5 minute with each patient at each adjustment. Also, the last time I went he was talking about my knee pain. I never had knee pain. He was getting his patients confused. This made me incredibly nervous.

Experiencia fantástica: I was diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis 8 yrs ago. I was slowly losing mobility in my neck. Numbness and tingling in my arms and hands became a daily routine for me. I was told by Ortho Drs I would not regain the mobility. After talking with the Chiropractic Doctors, I decided to try. It has literally been a miracle, a life changer. Seven weeks in and I have almost all the mobility back, and no numbness or tingling. I haven't felt this good in years.

Dr. Phinney did a thorough explanation of my condition. I would recommend him to others who have been suffering for years with muscle tightness and back pain.

Experiencia negativa: This is a business with chiropractic professionals but with predatory practices. They want x rays, they want you to sign up for multiple visits as a part of a “health plan” before they even do an adjust. They wanted to do a posture “test” and take pictures of me standing instead of just looking for themselves. It seemed like they wanted to define things for billing purposes. They also recorded an “exam” where they pushed on parts of my spine and called out things they noticed and it seemed performative while also not helpful to me at all. And to top it all off they showed me a chart with different parts of the spine relating to different and common ailments. They treated the spine like a horoscope. Bottom of the spine apparently causes bloating and top causes allergies. This is Chiropractic Scamming 101. To be clear, I’m aware that chiropractors provide a “medical” service that is not evidence-based. But this is a step behind that into potentially dangerous territory. Their consultation felt like it would successfully scare people into paying a lot upfront for a treatment plan when they are in pain and in a vulnerable position. Experiencia negativa: Dr. Matt was very friendly and patient oriented. However, watch your out of pocket payments and your insurance payments against what he is charging. While I was fallowing my account there were some things that I requested that I was not getting and after asking several times and having many conversations with their office I had to demand to see the charges and payments made by insurance and then suddenly all my out of pocket money was returned. I am concerned with this as it leaves me wondering about fraud. I hate saying this I really do and if I'm wrong I apologize but I don't think I am. Watch your transactions closely. Also when I was leaving treatment he wanted me to continue and when I tried to say no he got kinda pushy with me. He already told me what my out of pocket would be for a second month and it was high and I can't believe anyone would pay $800+ out of pocket every month for chiropractic care. I feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Between them asking me ALL of the questions, taking the X-rays, doing a thorough inspection of my spine and what was going on.. I was already feeling good about it. Then they followed up with a very knowledgeable rundown of what my problems were and what we needed to do to fix it without feeling pushed into doing something I didn’t want to, I was super impressed. I’m already feeling confident that they will have me back where I need to be and I’ve only been going for about 2 weeks now. I actually feel like they CARE about my pain and what I’m going through.
