Every chiropractor has been wonderful, they are caring, and super nice, and always make you feel better after a treatment. I must say tho, chiropractic care alone is not the full picture to my recovery, I combined a good chiro care with a consistent workout routine too to strengthen my muscles again, and I think that did the trick. I highly recommend that you come and experience their care, is worth it, and very affordable.

Experiencia fantástica: First experience with a Chiropractor but I know the difference in poor practice and genuine care and they definitely aim to take care of you. Came in to get evaluated as the day before I had an excruciating migraine and jaw pain to the point I fainted from pain. Went to the ER and they treated me like I was some addict trying to get help when I couldn't form sentences properly after had just woken up from fainting in the car. Went to an urgent care after waiting for a very long time at the ER with no movement in patients whatsoever, to then get a shot and steroids in which both did not help. 15 minutes of this man's time and he alleviated all the pain in my head from a few simple alignments that I had no idea about. He then set me up with a treatment plan as well as a great deal on them with the full confidence that he's there to take care of me. I could not be more pleased with his work. Thank you so much for truly taking the time to take me seriously and not try to just get me out of the door, even though it was all very quick and easy! 10/10 recommend!

I was driving from KC to St. Louis and my neck was extremely tight all the way down to my lower back. I was in so much discomfort I searched for a Joint Chiropractor on my way and found a location in Columbia. Looked at my eta and it said I would arrive right when they were about to close. I called and they said they would help me if I can get there by closing. Which I did. It was so helpful and it made the rest of my trip much much better.

I hurt now soar but im iceing and laying in my tempertic elect bed and im gona sleep good to night and if not at least its nit pain stabbing shearing hot pain. It’s so soar….but its so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING. I’ve been going to the joint for a good while now. ALL amazing staff! I always feel welcomed and taken care of. Today I went in after not having an adjustment for over 6 weeks due to being out of state and unable. My hips sit uneven and unfortunately going that long without an adjustment is so painful! Today Dr.Morrow was able to capture the drastic difference in the first photo and work his magic to get the results of the second photo. I highlyyy recommend this place and specifically Dr.Morrow to anyone who is considering chiropractic care. Gods work. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care I have received — most especially today. (Considering how uneven my hips sit, it would be nearly impossible to get me fully aligned in just one visit after going so long without an adjustment — so the difference in the second photo is truly incredible, and I feel SO much relief!)

Experiencia fantástica: I had a slipped disc at a young age that flares up and hits the sciatica nerve occasionally. Almost completely immobilizing any movement. Went in with terrible pain and came out with total relief. Best place I’ve been!

Experiencia fantástica: I love their business model of being able to walk in without an appointment and paying a reasonable monthly fee for up to four visits a month. All the doctors are great. I always feel better after being adjusted there. I highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Had signed up for the monthly plan, but hadn’t gone in over a month when I finally showed up they said all my sessions were used, so I cancelled my membership. Clearly scamming people out of their money. I wouldn’t recommend signing up for any of their packages, better to always pay for the service, and not for a reduced future service you may or may not use or be scammed out of.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best! I was having so much pain and discomfort and even after 1 visit I feel so much better! The girl at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Alex and she was fantastic. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the body. She was patient and explained things in an easy and concise manner, she worked my pelvis and spine and relieved a lot of the pain that I was having. Afterwards she showed me a stretching technique that will help me with my tightness and actually did it herself so I can see exactly how to do it instead of just handing me a paper with the stretch on it. I am very happy with this place and will definitely be back. If you go and are offered a wellness plan, it is a really good deal and very flexible as far as when you can get in for your sessions and the level of care is excellent. I highly recommend. Experiencia negativa: Went in for an adjustment on 8-1-25. took all my items out of my pockets. When I left I must have messed my pocket knife that I had. It was a gift from a Vietnam veteran friend that has passed away. I called back up there and they said it was there but. When I called the next day to make sure they where open and what time they closed. They said it was thrown away because it looked dangerous. I am getting conflicting reports from them. I would not use this place if they are going to just chuck your personal items.

Experiencia positiva: The staff was great, very helpful. The doctor was also great. Dr. Alex was really thorough. Did a great job on my hip and lower back. My only issue, I got there at 5:30 they closed at 7:00. The receptionist said their policy was they could only take one new patient at that time. I could barely walk in there with my hip out of line. I originally got turned away. But there was a gentleman also a new patient that just registered. He said he could come back the next day and I could have his spot. To me thats a pretty crappy policy to turn someone away cause it was a hour and half before they closed.

I don't want a chiropractor who goes through the motions and does the same adjustments to all. I want a chiropractor who works with me on my wellness journey. The price is extremely reasonable considering the care is tailored to my exact needs.

You don’t need an appointment and they’re open 7 days a week. Prices are pretty fair especially if you can afford their monthly plan. It’s the best place to go if you need a tune up/maintenance!

Experiencia fantástica: I was hesitant to see a chiropractor. I have had issues with my back that would keep me down and not able to move for days somewhere near 20 years. I have had CT scans, MRI’s, X-Rays you name it. I was told you are drug seeking and couldn’t get anything for pain most of the time. It affected every aspect of my life. Finally it just didn’t stop. When searching The Joint Chiropractic popped up everywhere. They took walk-in’s so I took a chance. After just a few minutes they stated my ribs had been popping in and out of place. No machines just their knowledge. We set up a plan and I cannot believe the relief I have had! It is going to take a lot of time to fix all the damage but it is well with it! Now my new PCP is telling me to follow every one of their instructions to the letter! Have an issue do not wait! They are amazing!!!

Over a year ago I had fallen and developed brucitis of the right hip. Well when they started helping me, not only have they helped the back pain, they found that my hip had rotated and froze. They have helped unlock my hips, which has helped several other health issues!! It has helped the back pain, eased the brucitis that has bothered me for over a year; my leaky bladder is doing better, and I am getting more mobility in my right hip! My husband had a frozen shoulder, and the Dr "chicken winged" them and instantly he was doing better. We are thrilled with the service we have received there!! Experiencia negativa: I feel like I was lied to about what the pricing was going to be. I bought the wellness package and was told by three different people at two different locations that my extra visits would be $10 each. I realized later they had been charging me $20 for each additional visit. I called and the front desk told me an Ashley would be calling be back…no one ever did. I went in for an adjustment and talked to them in the office and they made it clear to me that they absolutely did not care. They said there had been a policy change. Three different times I had been told the extra visits were only $10. They were completely rude to me in office and I felt like they were laughing in my face. I will never step foot in this place again. It’s my opinion that it’s better to find a locally run chiropractor who actually cares about their patients.
