Fantastic experience: Wonderful team of doctors, always available , professional, friendly reliable. I started coming to The Joint Chiropractic after my chiropractor retired .I have always been pleased with care I received, from the first introductory visit until now, despite the fact that attending doctors change frequently. Office is nice, clean, stuff very friendly. Waiting time? Minimal to none depends on the time of visit. Lately I like to come there when Dr CJ is on the schedule. In opinion he is an excellent chiropractor with exceptional manual skills. With his analytical mind he looks beyond the obvious signs and looks the real source of the problem. Then he approaches it with his gentle but firm touch .I do not hesitate ( if waiting are is empty) to ask for specific exercise/ stretch tailored to my problem. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Knowledgeable chiropractors, they are mostly great, sometimes you might get inconsistent experiences especially if you go often. Otherwise it was very helpful, I would recommend for pain relief, not a long term cure for pain.

Great personality, genuine care for his patience, and a dedication to overall customer satisfaction. Truly felt acknowledged, respected, and concerns voiced when it came to my adjustments. After some persistence and homework (yes, I said that correctly) I began to see improvement in overall physical posture and range of motion. I was baffled, my chiropractor giving me take home exercises to do before every follow up adjustment… let me say, well worth it! I’m thankful to be able to resume some normalcy with life’s exciting moments. Fantastic experience: Dr. CJ Schuster is an amazing chiropractor. I visit this clinic and see this Dr to get my adjustments weekly once after a 4-5 day workout in the week. He not only adjusts but educates me in form/technique for workouts knowing me the root cause of the pain/injury/compression.

Negative experience: I have been a customer for a couple of years now, occasionally there are not great doctors but overall, they are pretty good. My biggest complaint is availability. For example a couple days ago I arrived half an hour before the lunch closing and was told to leave by the receptionist after waiting for five minutes, because there was a new customer orientation. I understand everyone needs help and of course new customers are welcome, but I don’t think a regular should be turned away either especially when there’s 30 minutes remaining. I would like to also mention that this is a normal time that I usually would arrive and it’s not been an issue. Fast-forward two days later I just drove all the way there again and they are not open at 11:30 AM on a random Wednesday. The main reason I keep my membership is so that I can go to other locations when I travel if it wasn’t for that I would probably cancel. For new patients my best advice is to always confirm online that they are open and possibly call before showing up to make sure there are enough doctors and that you will be seen. It does negate the whole point of having a walk-in chiropractor office.

Fantastic experience: The Joint is clean, affordable, and effective. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The wait times are minimal. The scheduling is convenient. I worked with Dr. Niklas Seidel to increase mobility and reduce pain. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: CJ is the worst chiropractor in the area and the joint. I took treatment from him at the patient appreciation celebration on Saturday, 10/25 @The Joint Chiropractic of Bellevue, since my regular doctor for months, Nik wasn't available that day. I had neck pain. He induced pain and injury in my pelvic area. CJ put extreme pressure on my pelvic area and I immediately complained of getting hurt. Instead of stopping right there, he continued to do so in the name of “adjustment” and induced an injury in my body. I left feeling worse than before. There was hardly any relief from the neck pain. Now, I am experiencing difficulty in sitting, and sleeping on my back as well as pain in walking and basic routine work due to the injury that he induced. If there were zero stars or minus, I would give that to this Chiropractor. He was very insensitive, disrespectful, and did not pay any attention to the patient's needs. He did not inform me about anything before the adjustment. Instead, he treated me like an experiment to try out one of his adjustment techniques and injured me. When I visited @The Joint Chiropractic of Bellevue today and spoke to CJ directly, he did not even care to look at my pain. Without any assessment, he kept arguing and trying to prove his point that nothing wrong had happened on his behalf and it's just how he treats his patients. The only other doctor at the location, Nik, whom I have been seeing regularly for months as my chiropractor, didn't help or support me either. Instead of taking a look at my pain, or doing an assessment, or focusing on the patient, he blindly supported his colleague and had his back in the argument. No empathy for the patient's pain, no maturity, and zero accountability by either of the doctors. Not only was CJ negligent in leaving me injured but the way it was handled today by both the doctors on duty, lacked basic manners and humanity for a patient who is in so much pain in front of their eyes. They locked themselves in a room and were busy talking to their manager on the phone. The only solution they offered, was a phone number where I could connect with their location manager. My husband rushed me to an urgent care where the injury was confirmed after an assessment. And I received immediate medical care. This whole experience left me so disappointed that I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing shoulder pain due to a collarbone fracture, but getting adjustments here from Dr. Leshaw was truly life-changing. I feel so much better now. I also had great experiences with Dr. Nic and Dr. Kim — their hip adjustments made a noticeable difference, and I could feel better movement in the gym during my workouts. The Joint Chiropractic is definitely a place I’d recommend for your wellness. All the doctors are very attentive, skilled, and detail-oriented.

Fantastic experience: I came here for pain in my left shoulder and back. I wasn’t able to sleep, and my productivity and quality of life was getting impacted. The doctors here are amazing. Dr Kim, Dr Leshaw, Dr Dalal, Dr TJ, Dr Nic all for an amazing team that take really great care of your spine and overall joint health. This was so good I even got my wife to sign up. Both of us have noticed improvements in our pain and spinal health after a few visits. Plus, I like the idea of no appointments, it’s just a quick in and out. Much different than other chiropractors in the area, where almost quarter of day is gone planning around the visit. Would highly recommend checking this clinic out.

Negative experience: I was there on Saturday, the lady chiropractor said bed is broken hence she wanted to fix my back in a different way she was pushing on my bladder laterally . I been going to chiropractic for the past 10 years. There are other beds there. Could have used. She might have other reasons why she didn’t want to help me go figure what those were

Fantastic experience: Had a splitting headache and stiff neck. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The Doctor Leshaw was very attentive and made sure that my mobility and balance is also taken care of. It’s amazing to he able to move your neck around without fighting your muscles!!! Negative experience: I have had the worst neck pain I've ever experienced the past two days, I went here because I thought maybe they could help somewhat. I made an appointment for 10 am, door was still locked until 10:03. Then I came in and they made me sign paperwork, which could've been done online prior to my visit to save time because while I was filling out my paperwork, somebody else was able to be seen right away when they walked in and then my appointment did not start until 10:28. I've been to chiropractors before and they're usually not so rough and by the time I was done I honestly felt worse, never mind the fact that they kept pushing me to buy a package deal for "treatment" when I did not want one, and the front desk wouldn't let me checkout until I had given her more information about when I could come in for the packages. Not coming again and you shouldn't waste your time here either. Go to a real specialist.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I need to update my review and downgrade it. The company does not show strong customer focus. Their recent “upgrade” is an online check-in that is supposed to save patients time, but in reality it only helps the front desk. You can only check in once you are already at the clinic, so it does not reduce your wait. A better approach would be to allow check-in before arriving, with estimated wait times shown in advance. That way patients can plan their visit on the way, like many other places already do, for example Great Clips.

Process, pricing, availability of chiropractors make it very convenient for customers depending on their individual requirements. Dr. Kim provided what I believe was the best chiropractic treatment I've received till date. Incredibly thorough treatment for the very stiff back I had. Strong hands that worked like magic with incredible results in 2 treatments. I addition, Dr. Mohammed does a very thorough examination and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim is an exceptional chiropractor! I came in with shoulder and back tension caused by stress, and after just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement. Niklas was the chiropractor that did an assessment and a first session. He was detailed and professional and will be my first choice for revisits at that location more so since I am 6’2” which helps to have someone sized appropriately

Fantastic experience: For $80 bucks a month, you get 4 visits. FSA/HSA covers it if you have it--- it's like having your job paying indirectly for your chiropractic care. Probably as good as it gets. Staff members are absolute legends, especially Angel.

Fantastic experience: Thom is a great chiropractor. He understands my right peck, shoulder problem and treats and adjusts them according to his expertise and experiences. He also prescribed video exercises for me to do on my own to improve my stiffness and discomfort.I have been going to see Thom once or twice a week and he helps me to feel better tremendously. I would recommend anyone to see him.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this location for over three years. If more stars were available they’d be given! I have seen many doctors at this location & the versatility is a major convenience. No matter what kind of adjustment style you are needing you are sure to find an accommodating doctor here. Sadly, a few of my favorites have moved on but that being said it’s been amazing having several wonderful doctors here. Angel is always super sweet & a nice smile to welcome me in. Negative experience: One star they are tricky to make new customers Went there two times all I got formalitys ,I got my muscle pulled (wing scapula ) in the gym I was in so much of pain , when I went their 1st time ,I was in pain they gave me appointment after 5 days she took my id got me in their system and said I will get free 1st visit and good to come on Thursday Then I went again , the front desk lady sent me a link on my phone with the whole history of the world very longgg unnecessary stuff Which was taking so longer I left 2nd time very disappointed

I’m very picky when it comes to anyone manipulating my neck and spinal column. I do not trust anyone else to do chiropractic work on my body. Dr Vo’s years of experience means he can interpret and diagnose issues effectively and efficiently. He is the only reason to go to this place.
