I originally went in for back pain, but I also realized how bad my posture was and how much it was affecting me. The adjustments have helped a lot and they’re really good at explaining what’s going on and how to fix it. The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I come in, and the office is always really clean and comfortable. I always feel way better after my appointments. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and patient. This isn’t a place where you go in, get your back cracked and leave in 5 mins with a big bill. They take their time and they actually rehabilitate you. The also respect your opinion and will work with you to come up with a plan that works for you and still accomplishes the goal. The doctor is very patient and will thoroughly explain what’s wrong with you and how the plan will actually help to heal you.

Fantastic experience: This place is blast, especially for office workers around the area like myself. Besides the great expertise in the chiropractor practice itself, I really like the friendly atmosphere. People are just so nice! On the treatment side, I came here because me spending many hours in front of the computer screen in office chair caused stiff neck and headache issues, which I have had for a long time. Now it has been about a month since I came and I feel great improvement in the frequency of headache, and surprisingly my walking posture got better as well. They make sure I get to do exercise besides the chiro treatment, so that is plus. I strongly recommend the tech workers around to pay a visit here.

Dr. Schultz and Dr. Patrick are both highly professional and genuinely kind — they always listen carefully, tailor their treatments to my needs, and go above and beyond to help. Beyond chiropractic care, they even share helpful exercise tips related to fitness, CrossFit, and boxing, which I’ve found really valuable. Dr. George is also excellent — gentle, knowledgeable, and able to communicate in Chinese, which makes the clinic especially welcoming and comfortable for native Chinese speakers. The front desk team, Savannah and Jordi, are amazing. They’re attentive, responsible, and always manage scheduling smoothly. Even when I’ve had to make last-minute changes, they’ve taken care of everything without hassle. After months of consistent treatment, my shoulder pain has improved tremendously, and I’ve also developed a much stronger awareness of posture and body management. Fantastic experience: I was in an accident and wasn’t sure where to go for an assessment or guidance on what I needed to work on afterward. Luckily, my girlfriend had visited this place before, loved it, and recommended it to me. That’s how I came in for my first appointment. I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I didn’t know what to expect, but the welcoming experience started even before my visit. Savannah reached out to confirm my appointment, asked the right questions, and made sure I knew what to bring. At first, I parked on the street and walked in, but later she explained (and they have clear signs too) that you can easily scan a barcode for parking validation, which was super convenient. I met Dr. Patrick, who took the time to listen to why I came in, ran some X-rays, and clearly explained the results and treatment plan. He was upfront and honest, which gave me confidence right away. They even accommodated me to start treatment immediately. Since then, I’ve also worked with Mark and George — both very friendly and professional. The front desk staff is also great; one of the ladies I haven’t gotten to know by name yet, but she’s always helpful with scheduling and availability. Now I’m in my third week (out of eight to twelve) and every visit has been a positive experience. I feel genuinely welcomed every time I walk in, and I’m already noticing improvement, especially when I practice the exercises they’ve taught me to do at home. Fantastic experience: I'm grateful to the team at Chiro 1st in Bellevue for getting me back to normal. My low back was bothering me for several months, limiting my daily movements and energy. Regular weekly adjustments from a different practice were not helping. It wasn't until I tried getting a consultation with Dr. Pat that he was able to take an X-ray and figure out the reason why. I was able to see what was going on with my spine and connect the dots why certain movements were painful and limited (instead of guessing, or hearing the "hopefully it'll go away on its own.") It was such a relief the first time I got my adjustment to be listened to and cared for, where I was at. Now I feel empowered to know what to do to maintain my spine, the adjustments I need to make, and what workouts are safe for my curve. The attention to physical therapy in conjunction with the chiropractic is the chef's kiss of the practice. Having the time and space to hold myself accountable to do the physical therapy exercises made such a difference in becoming consistent in doing the movements well. They had me doing 3 visits a week for a couple months. At first I thought that was impossible and a big commitment, but prioritizing your health and mobility shouldn't be on the back burner. It's worth the money and time to journey back to feeling normal again. Just like they predicted, I was feeling so much better following this schedule and after those 2 months, I was able to get back to ordinary movement. I'm so relieved to have found my team. The doctors are very passionate, knowledgeable, and funny. The open concept space has a good vibe to it. All the staff are helpful and kind. I recommend this practice because of their dedication to helping you on your journey, and supporting you to be dedicated to your own health. You deserve it!

Have often fit me in on very short notice. Cancellation no problem if needed. Rather then just manipulating the area causing problems, the doctors check the allignment on your whole frame. Your body truly works better when properly adjusted. I am thankful for them every day when I can get up and move more! .

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I had a disappointing experience at this chiropractic clinic. I came in hoping for a personalized treatment plan (I went twice this week 7/7 & 7/9), but instead, I was pressured into purchasing a 24-session decompression package— I asked them if I could do 10 sessions to start. And they refused , they could only do 24. Savannah at the front desk was especially pushy and made the entire process feel transactional and impersonal. Rather than listening to my needs or concerns, it felt like they were just trying to upsell me. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and not cared for. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: I’m having a great experience here at Chiro 1st! I began coming here after being rear ended and came in with many symptoms both from the accident and from previous injuries. I had neck and shoulder pain that radiated and caused consistent headaches. After receiving treatment my headaches are significantly fewer and less intense. I am feeling so much better. The energy in the office is amazing and I not only get to have manipulations to correct my spine, but I also get to use the decompression machine and complete in office physical therapy. As far as adjustments go, I am receiving a wider variety of manipulations, some with the device and other physical adjustments which more varied and more thorough which is helping to alleviate both new and old areas of pain and discomfort. I am encouraged to do pt at home and the doctors have helped me become more aware of my position while moving to learn ways to relieve stress from my knees and hips. It takes commitment to come frequently enough to allow the body to learn to hold the adjustments and build muscles to achieve better range of motion, This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a chiropractic office.

Fantastic experience: From making my first appointment, and carried through each treatment I have felt heard. The doctors have always been professional, educating and clarifying my concerns and expectations with each session. I haven't felt rushed and the treatments have been so helpful! Manipulations, if needed, have been done with ease, and take home stretches and exercise so useful, but not overwhelming. I highly recommend Dr. Schultz and the Chiro 1st team in Bellevue!

Fantastic experience: Patrick is great! I threw my lower back out, and I was in incredible pain. I could barely walk!! I had never been to Chiro 1st before, and I got an appointment the same day I called! I was feeling relief so much faster than if I had tried to deal with it on my own. I also hadn’t had the best experience with chiropractic care at a different place, and Patrick made me feel very comfortable and listened to. I look forward to coming here because I always leave feeling much better. I also like that they incorporate stretches and exercises.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend a place more!!! Starting with the front desk, They are usually the first people I interact with (intentionally), whether it’s Savannah or Araceli helping you, both of them are super accommodating and radiate the best energy to start your day with. Now we get to the actual Dr themselves, both Dr. Schultz and Dr. Pat are extremely knowledgeable and have helped me get on the right track for recovery, alongside providing any answer to the number of questions I have. Overall the people at this place are amazing and super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Chiropractor team of Dr Michael and Dr Pat put me on a care plan and I have felt improvement in my sciatica and lower back pain. Friendly staff, up to date equipment, satisfying adjustments, and they open later than most other chiropractors which works great for my work schedule. Very convenient location in downtown Bellevue within walking distance of the shopping areas and free validated parking available if needed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Schultz and the team here is phenomenal. They are patient and have an open ear, clearly showing an interest in helping the patient find a solution to their problems at their own pace. They are all wonderful from the desk to practice, and have experience with all sorts of people. This is the only chiropractic clinic I've visited and was initially wary of it, especially being someone with a connective tissue disorder, but they have been crucial in the welfare of my body.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and peaceful which is nice after a long day. The staff are good at what they do and after a few sessions your back/joint pain will be noticeably reduced.

Fantastic experience: After my injury, I was very frustrated in the slow recovery of a hip injury almost to the point of giving up ever returning back to normal. I've been at Chiro 1st, now for a few months. Not only am I starting to feel progress, but also both doctors give very personable care during each visit, mentally, emotionally, and physically. They take the time to check in with me about my recovery and other factors in life each time and give me feedback to help me navigate what is best to do in changing environmental factors to better recover efficiently. Dr. Patrick is my main physician, and I really think at times, the emotional motivation he gives to my recovery helps just as much as the adjustments and physical help he gives. The front staff are all friendly and they somehow always remember little details about every patient's lives, even though they have many people come in. Their scheduling system is quite flexible as well. I'd highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Whoa! My experience and the care were wonderful! When I was in excruciating pain from my fractured rib, Dr. Schultz helped it heal. I'm quite appreciative of the time he spent with me. He is highly observant and focused.His treatment has allowed me to resume my favorite activities! He's also relieved my discomfort in the TMJ!
