Fantastic experience: Paul, one of the physical therapist and also the manager of the facility was great with my son. We were referred by our doctor and Paul determined that the issue my son was referred for did not warrant further therapy. Nevertheless, he gave my son some exercises to do at home with some bands to complete his exercises. In all, while we didn’t end up needing therapy, I would highly recommend this place for the cleanliness of the facility, location and care from the staff.

Fantastic experience: I am a client of ATI for persistent sciatica. While not yet 100% resolved, I am confident the exercises provided are working. I am also pleased the therapists are dedicated to finding and resolving the root cause of my pain. Most recently, I feel I have been accurately diagnosed at ATI with a piriformis muscle strain. This diagnosis will allow my treatment to be customized for a, hopefully, quicker recovery. I am very pleased with the care I receive at ATI.

Fantastic experience: I went in for hip osteoarthritis with slightest of belief in PT. Beyond impressed with the effectiveness of PT. The staff is super friendly. My PT was Vidhi Ghetia. Within three weeks into the session my mobility improved by 80% and my pain was reduced by almost 50%. Vidhi is incredible in providing guidance in managing day to day activities with improved mobility.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always making sure I’m doing the exercise correctly very kind and respectful and helpful I feel the treatment is helping my soreness on my right side of my neck always looking forward to showing up to my appointments.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy is hard for recovery from any injury. I recommend ATI for PT because they know exactly where to work each muscle that needs attention without overstretching or extending beyond the patient's capacity.

Fantastic experience: Front desk was very kind, gentleman with glasses was very gentle and polite going over paperwork and getting me checked in super kind wonderful customer service and I have to say the same for Sam, very helpful kind and patient we went over a full check of my pain and started some exercises with a massage at the end I left feeling so much better than when I walked in thank you guys for being so kind and helping me out with my pain! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ATI Carrollton ( 4100 Fairway Ct. Suite 400 ) if you need physical therapy. I just started last week. Everyone was bright and inviting but Vidhii were amazing, professional and courteous! She’s the one who treating me, She’s caring, knowledge about creating a plan for in-house and provides home exercise recommendations. Fantastic experience: ATI Physical Therapy in Carrollton on Fairway Ct is the BEST. I have had therapy at numerous places around the DFW area over the past 20+ years, but I can honestly say, I have felt more comfortable and cared about at ATI in Carrollton. It's a calm environment with very compassionate therapist. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Tinoy and his whole team including Vidhi, Angel, and Stewart were absolutely awesome. I had a total knee replacement of my right knee and it was a very hard rehab. Working with my surgeon, the team at ATI, and following their instructions in diligently doing the home exercises we were able to meet the necessary goals set by my surgeon by the 90 day mark. I could not have achieved this without the expertise and support provided by the team at ATI Carrollton. I would highly recommend that anyone who needs any type of therapy use ATI Carrollton. Fantastic experience: I have never heard of vestibular rehabilitation therapy and I honestly didn’t see why I had to come to physical therapy but I am very pleased that the staff took the time to explain it to me. It has been such a positive experience through a difficult time where friends and family could not understand the simple struggles I face. The staff greet you by name and genuinely take the time and care to ensure I am comfortable and not pushing me past my limits. I am very thankful for finding ATI and would recommend family and friends even strangers.

Fantastic experience: I love this location! Everyone here always made me feel comfortable and supported. They are very flexible with the times and rescheduling if you ever need to. Everyone is super nice and greets you no matter what. I highly recommend this location!

Fantastic experience: First rule of thumb when you get in an accident: GO TO PHYSICAL THERAPY. A chiropractor can wait. I didn’t realize how important it was to keep the areas that hurt in motion. I went to a chiropractor location that just handed me a paper with exercises and sent me in a corner to do the exercises. Did I do them? Yes. Did they care? No! They didn’t touch me or my back except for the times when you go see the “doctor”, which was every two weeks. At times, I would go in and other people wouldn’t even be engaged in their own exercises but instead on their phones! I immediately switched after my referral from my PCP. Everyone was bright and inviting but Angel and Vidhii were amazing! (I worked with them personally) Shay was beyond friendly also with her good convo and personality :) They actually cared and pushed me to do the exercises that helped the pain. And they touched me!!! They actually put their hands on you and work on you, using heat or cool pads (your preference) to relieve the pain! After that you do on average 7 exercises each session to really work out your pain with take home exercises as well to compliment each in-office session. To reschedule, you need to call their call centers but it’s a breeze if you don’t need to make much changes. Today is my last day of therapy, but my back is sculpted and I don’t feel the pain anymore. WIN, WIN much? Thank You ATI!

Fantastic experience: ATI has been the best physical therapy location I’ve ever been to! All of the staff is so kind and make an effort to know you, the equipment is all in great condition and I feel so much stronger her and healthier than when I first started PT. Their caring and personable environment along with their appointment scheduling setup meant I never felt alone to struggle through an exercise. There was constant check ins and follows up on pain from appointment to appointment. I have loved working with the PTs at ATI and will definitely be back to them if I ever have to come back for future therapies.

Fantastic experience: Today was my fourth visit to ATI. I am here for neck pain. I am greeted when I walk in, and everyone has been so professional. I feel comfortable at ATI, and I have been closely monitored with my exercises. The therapists are very knowledgeable, and I trust that I will feel better soon. I would recommend ATI to family and friends for physical therapy. It's been over a year since I posted above. Still 100% mobility in shoulders. Just started therapy on my left knee. I've had 3 pt sessions here, this time Samson is mt PT guy. I'm also getting laser therapy done on the knee at my chiropractor. Each day it's getting better. I'll update once I've completed the 5 weeks of PT.

Fantastic experience: TLDR: I HIGHLY recommend ATI Carrollton for your physical therapy needs. They are great people to work with! I ruptured my Achilles in June of 2023 and was referred to ATI for physical therapy after surgery. I couldn't be more happy with the team I got to work with over the last six months. They've all been friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile whenever I needed it. Tinoy, Angel and the entire team worked with me to build back my strength and range of motion in my foot. All while working hard and having fun at the same time! I HIGHLY recommend this location for any of your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: ATI on Fairway in Carrollton has the best of the best therapists. They treat you as if you're the only person they are seeing all day. They are compassionate yet challenging. They were very accommodating a few times when I had late schedule changes due to work. They are very personal yet professional. Angel Perry was my primary therapist, she had a smile on her face at all times which always placed me in a better mood. While I hope my life allows me not to be in a position to return, I will miss the team and I highly recommend them to anyone needing recovery support.

Fantastic experience: I had sports injuries on my knee and shoulders for decades. Still I could run a bit, go to gym etc... But I tend to do over exercise and keep injuring myself. In this summer, I was waiting to swim in the pool and after my dive in pool, I felt my shoulder join was in some butter or jelly... I went to doctor, saw 2 specialists , checked with a chiropractor etc but lucky for me, one relative convinced me the benefit of Physucal therapy. I insisted for a place with experienced therapist. I came to know ATI's branch in Carrollton, TX. Tinoy and team were very good for me. Nice, cool people. Very professional and knowledgeable. Only thing I regret is, i was too busy and was not exercising regularly at home. Three days back , I could jump in the pool and swim. Not fully confident yet for kap swim. But ATI taught me the exercises and techniques to continue.... Thank God, I came to know Physical therapy and Tinoy's ATI branch. :-)

Fantastic experience: ATI provides excellent service. Lindsey Terry is thorough as she demonstrates each exercise & makes sure I understand the correct way to perform it.

Negative experience: Unprofessional! I got myself transferred from southlake location. As soon as I entered the place, I was asked by the receptionist to sit in a machine and get myself moving. After a while the therapist came to me and introduced himself, he made me do a few exercises and left me with the receptionist. The person on the reception could be an assistant too (I don't know as I wasn't introduced to that person) It looks like the girl was following some sort of a plan but no-one prepared me of what their plan was. I was just left with a random person while the therapist was having his lunch. Well, after a-few hours of that therapy session, My pain flared up and its been 3 days my right hand is in a sling. I had to get my MRI done because I cannot move my hand at all. I talked to someone on the desk and informed them what I am going through. This is highly unprofessional, they at-least need to prepare the patient if they plan to change the therapist after a few minutes. If you plan to go there make-sure they know what your expectations are.

Fantastic experience: The entire team has been amazing. I have been thru PT 3 different times for this injury. I had no expectations when I came here. However, they really worked with me and my knee is working really well. The pain is almost gone. It helps so much to have a team that works with you to ensure you heal.

Fantastic experience: I was assigned to ATI for the physical therapy I needed in order to recover from a work-related injury. Let me tell you, I feel like I won the lottery with this place. Tinoy was my PT and he does incredible work!! Not only did I have great results from the therapy but I also enjoyed the friendly and light-hearted atmosphere. Fantastic experience: 5 stars plus. I had severe rotator cuff pain and limited neck mobility. The PT helped after the first visit. I have been making 2 appointments each week for 8 weeks, plus home sessions. I have made extreme progress in my mobility. Everyone at the clinic is professional, conscientious and helpful. The clinic has a team spirit between all the employees. Tommy has been my coach and he is 5 stars +. I would highly recommend ATI in Carrollton.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming for over 2 months and my knee pain is much more manageable. Went from everyday pain to pain only from over use. Fantastic experience: My third time at ATI Carrollton to workout and get stronger. This time it was for hip flexor tendinitis. After 2 months, I can say I’m feeling better and much stronger. Fantastic experience: I had physical therapy appoints primarily with Tenoy, Jared, and Thomas. The entire staff of ATI was a phenomenal group to work with. In comparison to other physical therapy offices that I've gone to, they are much more hands on and are there with you through the entire physical therapy process. ATI did a great job of putting together a great staff of good people. Well worth the price of whatever your co-pay is, I travel from NY for the physical therapy sessions as they are much better than the treatment I was receiving back home. I highly recommend Tenoy, Jared and Thomas.

Fantastic experience: I started experiencing issues with my forearms & wrists as my job involves a lot of computer work and writing. My doctor referred me to ATI. There are many locations to choose from but I chose this location. Best decision ever! Been here for 3 sessions now but just after the 1st session, I could feel a significant improvement in my forearms & wrists. The pain has not kept me up at night or limited my work flow like it use to. Tommy is the BEST and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Tommy has shown me great stretches and exercises to do outside of PT. Even my coworkers are trying out the exercises I’ve learned. Recommend to anyone and everyone! :)

Fantastic experience: They are very professional. They are very attentive. Today was my 4th visit. I’m going for my bad knees. I look like a 90 year old walking. Here’s hoping that I will be able to walk normally when my visits are complete. I am finding muscles I had forgotten I even had. Since I am not able to walk very good, I haven’t tried to exercise much. Being put on a table and bicycle and other equipment that I obviously don’t have home, hopefully I will be walking like a queen soon. I am very pleased with ATI.

Fantastic experience: This clinic has a kind and expert team who work hard and sincerely to relieve and remove the pain from the patient. Fantastic experience: Surgery twice in six months was awful. PT after the second one was enjoyable! I greatly appreciate the expertise and care shown by Abbie and Tinoy. The joke and riddle of the week were an added bonus!
