Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Plus, this is one place I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen. I've been a few times now to relieve the pain I've been having and they do such a good job getting me in and out so that I can go about my normal business. I appreciate that so much because I am a very busy person and I don't have time to wait around on a medical professional who doesn't respect the appointment time. Thank you 360!

Negative experience: I got a refund on my money and wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone I care about. In my experience, the company prioritizes being able to upsell you over guiding you on actual treatment and recovery. After initially coming in for a “free” consultation, I was prompted to pay for more test just to find out if you don’t get someone else to come and pay for services they will hold onto your results you already paid for. The ladies at the front are really kind but the entire experience felt more like a sales funnel than it did an experience to truly promote any recovery to the point I got a refund and decided on another wellness studio that’s already more promising than 360 Wellness. There are many other wellness studios that offer the exact same services for not only better prices but also with genuine desire to educate and improve the neural health of their patients.

Negative experience: Dr Matt thomas has left my friend with a serious injury that she has dealt with for the last 7 years with zero accountability or acknowledgement. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: If you are struggling with Neuropathy or any major illness the team at 360 addresses the issue with a focus on healing from the inside out. Solving the issue verses masking the symptoms. I battled this with no hope until I found the team at 360! In 90 days after the start of treatment I am seeing incremental positive signs of actual healing. Insurance companies do not support this less expensive treatment> they focus on than the long term masking of the illness. They will pay for long term expensive meds which isn't a long term solution! This non healing dynamic could land you in an amputating surgery costing on average $110,000 and up to $150,000. That does not include the the post op care meds and and equipment to navigate a world with out a foot or leg! I am so impressed with this team and the results I am giving them permission to have anyone battling this silent beast to feel free to contact me. What do you have to lose? Well to be blunt a leg or a foot!

Fantastic experience: I went to 360 Wellness for a neuropathy screening. I went for the screening and went back the next day to hear the results. I have been working with 360 Wellness now for just over one month. I go into the office twice a week. Everyone is so helpful. LizBeth assists me every visit and I can't say enough great things about her. She is so friendly and welcoming and she answers all of my questions and moves me through the different therapies quickly and efficiently. I am never waiting around for anything. I have my re-evaluation coming up in two months and I can't wait. I can really feel a difference in my feet. The numbness and tingling have reduced notably. I'm walking better. I am doing the program diligently at home and in the office so I'm looking forward to the 90 day evaluation.

I showed uo for ny aapointment and was a bit sceptical at first but after the Dr. ran some tests he not only told me what I kinda thought (Neuropothy) but backed it up with facts. I am going back next month to see what more they can do for me but I am getting kinda excited and below the pic shoes proof.

Negative experience: Doctor failed to understand and listen regarding my upcoming Cath procedure and assuming I will be available the next day to start. Why was this done while I was begin checkout? Why tell me at the end of my evaluation? Don't recommend any Doctor who failes to listen!

We love the environment this practice has. They are super friendly and welcoming! Dr. Woods gets my 5 year old to smile every single time. Negative experience: The “free” neuropathy screen will end up costing you $200 because he will tell you that he can’t make an accurate evaluation without a sensory test and x-rays.I asked what it would cost if I only did the sensory test because I already had recent x-rays of the area. He replied it would still be $200 and that the x-rays were really important. I should have known to run then. I agreed because I was concerned that I might have neuropathy. Well, this sensory test consisted of him taking various objects and putting them against my face, hand, and foot. He then asked me to rate the feeling from 1 to 10. Real scientific, huh? Then he insisted that I had to bring my husband for the visit to go over his “report”. He claimed it would have a lot of information, so it was important that the spouse be there as it would be hard to explain later. I told him that my husband was very busy and I was more than capable of making my own decisions. He became upset but eventually relented. When I return for the results, there was no “report”. He had me watch a 10-minute video on neuropathy that looked like it could be found on You tube. His “report” consisted of the hand written notes he took during the “sensory test” and cost of his program. He never showed me the x-rays that he had claimed were so important. He then looked at me with a solemn look in his eyes and told me that I had severe neuropathy. I almost burst out laughing. I know people who have severe neuropathy and my symptoms were in no way that severe. He then presented his program that costs about $10,000 and I could have a small discount if I signed up that day. I turned down the program, obviously. I went to see a neurologist the next week. He told me that he didn’t think I had neuropathy and that the numbing and tingling were probably due to another condition. The neurologist was correct. All my numbing and tingling has disappeared. So glad I didn’t invest in the program. I wrote this review because I don’t want you to waste your money.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the very best medical clinic/office as to the testing and Dr. Matt Thomas is the first doctor that I have ever gone to; he explains everything in detail and the tests are phenomenal in checking for nerve damage to the feet, legs, hands and arms. Very, very knowledgeable! When I left their facility today I felt that I had found someone that knows about neuropathy and how to work with the patient to give them the relief and medical assistance they need!! The therapy for the arthritis in my knee has made an impact in my quality of life that cannot be expressed with words... My husband's life has been changed in ways that doctors said it could not. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing 360 Chiropractic & Wellness in Frisco for about two months now, and to begin with-- I am TYPE II Diabetic, with horrible Neuropathy in both feet, I KNOW I am not the only person that has this issue! However, after talking with Dr. Thomas and his team at Wellness 360, and went over the process and the expected amount of TIME that will go into this procedure, to possibly REVERSE these effects, I have to tell you, they have done WONDERS! EIGHT WEEKS into the program, and the excruciating pain that I felt in both feet, has truly subsided, NO It has not gone totally away, but the pain, the NEEDLES and PINS and feeling like an AXE has fallen across my feet, that sort of pain has been relaxed.
