Fantastic experience: As I conclude my 16 weeks of my Ankle rehab, just wanted to thank ATI physical therapy team (Mckinney), especially Brody Lowry, who was my primary PT. Brody was very detailed oriented, knowledgeble and provided superb PT service during my 16 weeks of PT. Thank you for your second to none professional service!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to ATI Physical Therapy for IT band pain that was seriously affecting my running. At that time, I couldn’t run more than 4 miles without severe pain, which was extremely frustrating while training for a marathon. Kavitha was my physical therapist, and she created a structured, personalized plan focused on strengthening, mobility, and proper recovery techniques. The cupping therapy and targeted exercises made a significant difference. She didn’t just treat the symptoms, she worked on addressing the root cause and rebuilding my strength the right way. The entire ATI team was also very supportive throughout my recovery. Everyone was professional, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. Today, I can comfortably complete 22+ mile long runs without IT band pain. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Kavitha and the ATI team to anyone dealing with running injuries.

Positive experience: I've been going to ATI McKinney for 2 weeks now. The place is small, but has all the needed equipment to help with improving your physical needs. The therapists seem very knowledgeable too. The only thing is that I've worked with different therapists almost each time and I'm used to being assigned to the same one. They meet and discuss the needs of each person beforehand they say so that each therapist knows the patient's concerns. Time will tell more how this works. But I definitely recommend the place so far.

Fantastic experience: ATI is the best they are very attentive to your needs and helping with pain everyone there I would give a 10 and a 5 I would definitely recommend ATI if you're in McKinney or surrounding area give them a chance you will not regret it and this is coming from a Retired Veteran who definitely need the treatment that they are providing to help me deal with alot of pain that I have had for a long time again thanks ATI YOU'RE THE BEST

Fantastic experience: After years of chronic back and sciatic pain, injections, and even surgery, I came into physical therapy skeptical — I honestly thought it was just a box to check before surgery. But working with Arthur changed everything. He took the time to truly understand my pain and look beyond the obvious. Instead of masking symptoms, he focused on healing the root cause. He used thoughtful techniques like cupping and targeted stabilization exercises that provided immediate relief and helped me start to actually heal. He even identified that I likely have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) — something no specialist had ever recognized — and that discovery has completely reframed my treatment plan and my hope for recovery. For the first time in years, I feel like someone genuinely saw what was happening in my body and had the knowledge to help. His approach is compassionate, detailed, and deeply effective. If you want someone who will help your body heal instead of just applying another bandage, Arthur is that person. He’s helped me more than any spine surgeon ever has, and I’m endlessly grateful.

Fantastic experience: Great place for physical therapy. This is my 2nd time to be here and my daughter’s 2nd time as well. They treat you like family. Very helpful with pain and helping you to figure out why you are having pain.

Positive experience: I have been shown stretching exercises that have helped the muscles and blood flow to make my legs and hips feel better and possibly reduce my leg fatigue.

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with lower back pain for months.I finally decided to try physical therapy. The therapists here are knowledgeable, patient. They took time to explain every exercise and made sure I was doing them correctly. The exercises were simple but effective. Within just few weeks,I noticed difference in my pain levels. Fantastic experience: ATI exceeded our expectations. My daughter’s athletic injury got recovered slow and steadily. The treatment plan and schedules were pretty flexible too. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've been through physical therapy with ATI at this location. Both times they have been very professional and knowledgeable of the treatments needed to help me have a quick recovery (two hip replacements). I would definitely recommend this team and location.

Fantastic experience: Danielle is my PT and she is a jewel. This is my first time having to do physical therapy and I didn’t know what to expect. She put me at ease with each exercise. Listening to me and showing that she care. All the people at this location are nice and friendly. They are always on time, so far. I love the team at the Custer location. They really work well together. Well the above post was made when I first started. Now I’m all done. I thoroughly enjoyed each of the team members that assisted me and I will miss them dearly. Now we need to talk about this horrible billing system that ATI has. I am very upset at the fact that I received a bill for $49.65 so it prompted me to ask for a print out. The print out stated that I owed $1,174.51. Why in the world would you all let someone’s bill build up like that, instead of sending bills regularly or having someone at the clinic inform you of what’s due each week or the prior week. Please come up with a better system for your billing because this one sucks!!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the warm welcome I get when I come in. I love Danielle she is very patient with me. Sometimes I need to do an exercise or a stretch a couple of times so I appreciate her being patient.

Fantastic experience: First class team at the Custer Rd location in McKinney. Super friendly PTs that genuinely care about you getting better. They have great communication and never a problem with billing. I have had quite a few people referred to go there.

Negative experience: Do NOT GO to ATI. Two family members, at different locations with different insurance providers, were assured only a copay was required. Months later, both received unexpected bills. Despite multiple calls, ATI blamed insurance, but both insurers confirmed ATI is in-network and only the copay was owed. Dishonest billing and poor transparency.

Fantastic experience: ATI Physical Therapy on Custer Road in McKinney is the best place to go for PT. I had a severe left arm pain and mobility issues. My left hand was so stiff and the movement was barely 5 to 10% max in any direction. Danny gave me so much confidence when I first started the PT. Danny, Art, Kavita, Paula, Nicole, Maddie, Tyler and the entire staff is top notch! Shout out to all of them, as after 3 months, my pain level has gone down tremendously. My hand movement also increased a lot compared to where I first started. All of the therapists there are really outstanding. There is always a 1 to 1 attn. and a great team who are always helping. The atmosphere is so friendly, always you can see them smiling and encouraging. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help in getting me to where I am today. And every visit I go, I feel I get better and better and the team works consistently at their best.

Fantastic experience: My PT is Dani and I couldn’t be more excited to work with her. I suffered a very complex lower back surgery. My plan is to simply get back on the golf course. Dani is not only a physical therapist but an athlete that understands the long road from where I am to the day I finally tee it up. Let’s goooo Dani! Update: Five months post surgery report. Great progress and a huge change in lifestyle. Little to no pain. Getting my balance and flexibility back. Hitting wedges. I’m so thankful for where I am. Thank you Dani for your hard work and patience as well as your professionalism. I’m so grateful for you and your help and guidance getting my life back. Thank you Dani.

Fantastic experience: Kavita is magically wonderful and everyone in the shop are fun, friendly, and a joy to get to know. You need to be there and listen to all the working joy that abounds this facility. I am seeing such fast results that leaves me dumm with amazement that borders upon stupification. If you think this is just meer hyperberely then you just need to check it out for yourself.

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and helpful. But I am disappointed with their their payment system. They have my Cc on their system, and at the clinic, they said my account is up to date, but I keep getting mail for outstanding balance.

Fantastic experience: The team at ATI McKinney was great! I was referred by my PCP for hip pain. They provided me with exercises to strengthen my hip and leg muscles. As my sessions continued, they provided encouragement and challenged me with new exercises. I am now pain-free and have the tools I need to move forward. Fantastic experience: Just finished a whole year of therapy at ATI and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The first time I came in for Achilles pain and this time im in for a shoulder. No more Achilles pain and my shoulder is getting stronger. Come for the therapy, stay for the smile and good vibes.

Fantastic experience: After a full thickness ACL/MCL tear and meniscus tear, I started my PT at ATI with Justin after surgery. I’ve worked with different therapist and they have all been great. I have a great time at therapy if that is possible!!! Whatever injury you may have this is a great place to go. Fantastic experience: Have been to ATI for several different problems and post-surgical physical therapy. Always had great results! Very knowledgable therapists and techs and the facility is always spotless. Very easy scheduling and they are very flexible if you need to rearrange your schedule.

Positive experience: Good place do do your therapy. These Therapists are focused on getting you well. I had therapy there 2 years ago and I was pleasantly surprised to see the same therapists still there this time around. That's a good sign.. I gave it 4 stars because I just started but I'm sure I will end up giving it 5 when I'm done. I have worked with 5 different therapists and they are all Great!

They have a very good team of therapists who take personal care of the patients, supervising the applied therapies minute by minute. ATI reflects security and professionalism. I am very pleased with the work they are doing in the recovery of both my wife and myself. I highly recommend them without any hesitation. ATI deserves a rate of 10 stars**********!

Fantastic experience: After hearing good reviews on ATI from neighbors, I set up an assessment and three months of physical therapy 2x times a week at the Custer location. I saw instant results and enjoyed my experience there. Everyone is so nice, so helpful, so accommodating from the therapists to the scheduling and rescheduling process, it was all seamless. I recommend the Custer location 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: This is my second round of physical therapy at this location (last fall was for my right knee; this fall it’s for my left knee and hip). Justin and his team are kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and funny. It’s obvious they care about their patients, and I trust them to help me this year just as they did last year.

Negative experience: I would not recommend Tamara Vaughn at ATI on Custer Rd in Mckinney. I saw her on August 23,2023 for a new patient evaluation. She did a full workout with 7 exercises and the full amount of reps. I questioned her several times about what she was doing and she just said this is what your Doctor ordered. According to my Doctor that is not what he ordered. In doing so she damaged the Sacroiliac and I have been in severe pain since then. I am under a Doctors care now. I will not be returning to ATI. Fantastic experience: I have been to other PT, but ATI is much better. They get you to work right away and make best use of your time. They are all very cheerful and seem happy to be there!
