After a complicated birth, I was feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed, but he immediately made us feel at ease. He’s now working with our baby, and we feel completely supported as a family. Fantastic experience: Today I had a maintenance appointment with Dr. Joe. In addition to maintenence this morning, Dr. Joe adjusted my thumb relieving the pain caused by "trigger finger". Dr. Joe, Dr. Adam, Joey, and Nora care about all of their patients.

Fantastic experience: The issues - Neck curving forward, pinched nerve shooting pain from neck to left fingers, barely able to put my hands behind my back and the latest was an Achilles issue that causes daily pain. The treatment - Twice a week visits for 24 visits The result - Halfway through the nerve is not pinched any more and I cannot replicate the issue. I can touch the middle of my back with both hands. My neck is starting to curve the correct way. And after 1 treatment of acupuncture on the Achilles where a lump was, I have had very little pain .....stay tuned for more Achilles updates . The entire staff has been great. Due to work I had to reschedule several times and they accommodated me. They are out of my insurance group but I won't change. They were more that willing to work with me on a payment price. Now a return customer. After moving and having some issues creep up I tried a different facility. It took time and I had a good result but not good enough to return to them. I called Dr. Dennis's office and asked to be taken back and they agreed. You will get more treatment for whatever ails you then anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: TLDR: Amazingly skilled, knowledgeable, and caring practitioners who listen to your concerns. My acute pain is 90% gone in 8 treatments. These folks are the BEST. The Point: The folks at Dennis Chiropractic are THE BEST. They’re amazingly skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. They listen to (and ask for) your needs and concerns, tailor each visit to your current symptoms, and work with you to find the best treatment plan that works for you, your needs, and your budget. They’re also super friendly – if you like service with a personal touch, this is definitely the place for you! (Also, there’s an office doggo, so if you like doggos, this is the place for you, too.) My Story: I met with Dr. Adam after yoga unexpectedly left me with debilitating pinched nerve pain in my neck. Dr. Adam, Joey, and I diligently discussed my symptoms and my x-rays, and we discovered misaligned neck vertebrae. Dr. Adam did an excellent job making sure I understood the cause of my pain and how treatment could help. I’m grateful the exam was so thorough: I got early warning on another potential problem. (Apparently, 28 is not too young for spine issues.) Dr. Adam went out of his way to make me comfortable and address my needs and concerns. I was nervous about my very first chiropractic treatment being on my neck, but 3 minutes of “easy mode” was all it took for Dr. Adam (and Dr. Joe) to gain my complete trust. Dr. Adam and Dr. Joe listen attentively to my symptoms and adjust treatment accordingly; we sometimes even work on the minor aches I thought I just had to live with, like shoulder blade pain. I always look forward to treatment! And I look forward to the salt lamps, cozy lighting, pre- and post-adjustment massage machine, petting Mr. BoJack, and feeling better… those too. My pain has improved TREMENDOUSLY. Before, it was constant, debilitating, and intense; I couldn’t leave my bed and OTC meds didn’t help. Now, it’s just a mild ache that occasionally comes on after a long day and is relieved with rest – and I still have a few sessions left to go! Although recovery wasn’t linear, I always felt better each time. I'm AMAZED at how much better I feel. Dr. Adam and Dr. Joe are incredibly skilled, and I highly recommend them. You’ll be in good hands – literally! P.S: They straight up gave me a cupcake for my birthday. How nice is that?

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Dennis Family Chiropractic last month to see about treating my chronic lower back issues. After a x-ray and consultation, I decided to go with a 4 month treatment plan under the car of Dr. Noriega. Dr Noriega has been great! He’s really positive and energetic, and is always sure to explain the treatment during a session and how it will positively impact my spinal health. Very profession in his practice! I’m happy to say that 1 month in, I’m seeing some significant improvements! I have greater mobility and a lot less daily chronic pain. I still have a ways to go, but I’m definitely on the right track!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dennis is AMAZING! He has removed not one, but TWO areas of pain that I had been suffering through for over a year. The very bottom of my tailbone had been causing me pain so much that I coukld not sit still in one spot for more than 10 minutes. As a bus driver, I was forced to stay seated throughout my shift, so I just had to live with the pain. I had to stop going out to the movies as I could not sit through a movie without pain. No more! Dr. Dennis has fixed the issue completly. The second issue I had was sharp pain in my lower back muscles. The group at Dennis Wellness worked on getting my spine straightened out which has been instrumental in releiving my lower back pain! Since I started treatment with this group, work is no longer painful; I can now enjoy going out to the movies/dinner again. I am so grateful for Dr. Dennis and Dr. B, as well as the rest of the staff for helping me enjoy life again! I so strongly recommend this group!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Joe for nearly 20 years. Professionally, he is the BEST chiropractor I have ever experienced. And I say that because I have tried other chiropractors when I moved away from the Plano area approx. 12 years ago. None of them hold a candle to Dr. Joe's adjustments, techniques, problem solving (pain relieving) capabilities, and his overall great patient care and personality. He's absolutely worth the nearly 15-mile trek I make for my appointments.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Dennis Family Chiropractic! From the moment you entertje door, you will feel the family atmosphere. The Doctors and staff are amazing. They ensure you are feeling great before you leave. A couple of my favorite parts is the therapeutic massage and the adjustment. When you come to Dennis family Chiropractic they make you feel like you're part of the family.

Negative experience: Quite honestly I felt they were interested in selling things and getting as much money from the patient rather than helping patients in pain. They charged me $250 for an initial visit that included forced X-rays (I didn’t want them, especially since my PCP already did the same X-rays and found everything normal) and I felt I didn’t achieve anything from the visit. I still had the same exact back pain! They wanted me to spend thousands more for continued treatment over the course of several weeks. I found a different chiropractor in west Plano for a fraction of their cost ($47) and who completely cured my back pain in one visit! No forced X-rays, no bogus treatment plans. There are much better and more ethical chiropractors out there. Never again. What a rip off.

Fantastic experience: Dennis Family Wellness is a 1 stop health improvement center based on my experience. Always accommodating and looking to see how they can serve my needs and health each visit. They actually educate and help you solve for perpetual wellness. I took Dr Joe’s advice and found myself loosing 47 lbs. Be willing to share all that is going on to receive the best advice and treatment plan in DFW. Great people make for a great experience! Fantastic experience: This review is way overdue and I regret it very much. I came to Dr Joe in the fall of 2019 in much pain from sciatica. I was very frightened and stressed, as the pain was so bad it hurt to drive or even sit for a while. In a matter of weeks my sciatica pain was almost gone and I was able to fly comfortably to Puerto Rico, a flight of 4 1/2 hours for the holidays. Dr. Joe and Dr. Boney are treating me for neck, shoulder and back problems. I've seen many chiropractors in my years long journey seeking relief and help. The progress we have made in a month surpasses any I have ever received. The soft tissue, tendon amd acupuncture work has done wonders for my neck and shoulder issues. I've had my rotator cup scoped by a surgeon and got less than satisfactory results. I can confidently recommend these guys services.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Joe for 4 years now. He has been amazing at helping me through several obstacles. I no longer have issues with my sciatic nerve. My gut health has greatly improved & I no longer suffer with GERD. There have been many little things along the way that you’d never guess are related to your spine health and Doc has fixed them every time! Acupuncture is also amazing!! I had a jammed toe & doc fixed it with some light acupuncture. It is truly amazing when you have a doctor that cares about your whole body health. Dr. Joe is that kind of a doctor!

Negative experience: These guys feel like a total money grab. They will try and get you signed up for an absolutely unaffordable plan because that is the only way you can get "fixed". I have been going to a chiropractor consistently for my entire life but after moving I needed to find a new one after having some neck pain. Instead of helping me within a "treatment plan" that I was comfortable with, once or twice a week to fix the problem and then on maintenance as I needed it. I was told they couldn't help me unless I sign up for one of their plans that cost almost as much as my rent. Don't even get me started on how the whole staff tried to gaslight me into thinking this is the only way that my neck could feel better. This is the type of Dr that gives Chiropractic care a bad name and make people think it is an absolute scam.

Fantastic experience: I have gone through 3 months of treatment with them. A lot of day to day problems that I had went away in regards to physical mobility. I didn't even know my hips could be so fluid! I run better, sleep better, and even feel taller now that I have been through treatment. I am now doing 3 more months, with an appointment once a week, which is less than my initial schedule which was 3 times a week for 3 months. I recommend!

Fantastic experience: After years of treating recurring pain in my lower back with shots and relaxers, I decided to start a treatment plan with Dennis Family Chiropractic in July 2023. I was looking for a diagnosis and preventative treatment plan that focused on root cause, with the hope for long term relief. Dr. Kelsey and Dr. Joe worked to understand what I was feeling and what my goals were in order to build out a treatment plan that was focused on me. I am 1 month in and can report that I am already gaining strength, flexibility, and feel good enough to start some light running. The entire staff are amazing and keep the practice so efficient.

This tight-knit family (which includes the office dog, Bojack) of incredible, generous, and helpful care providers are truly one of a kind! I was introduced to their office in the first year of the pandemic by a friend, and because of his recommendation, I received a free consult and x-ray. I was unemployed at the time and couldn't feasibly pursue treatment, but I knew there was something special about this place and that I'd undoubtedly return as soon as I could. Flash forward two years: I'm working a physically intense warehouse job and it's not long before my neck and back pain starts requiring a LOT of tylenol to get through the day. I remembered Dennis Family Wellness and their relaxed and happy office atmosphere (a blessing in this day and age) and got in touch. They re-assessed me and confirmed I would benefit from adjustments enormously. I'm nearly four months into my treatment plan and the difference in how I feel now versus before is incredible! Fantastic experience: I’ve only seen Dr. Joe twice, but those two visits with Dr. Joe have given me more hope in achieving a full recovery than any doctor or specialist has given me over the last 10 years. Before Dr. joe, I gave up. But now I’m more driven to fix my spine than I have ever been. Dr. Joe and his staff clearly articulated my issue, why it happened, how to fix it, and the timeframe it’ll take to (hopefully) fully recover. And he explained my issues in a way that a novice patient would understand. I was looking for an alternative to hormone therapy for menopausal symptoms and I'm so thankful a friend recommended me to Dr. Joe and his team! They made me an individual plan to meet my needs. After a month and a half, through manual adjustments and supplements, I'm feeling so much better! Anxiety has decreased and memory and mental clarity have increased. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing horrible sciatica pain for almost a year. My MRI showed moderate to severe bulging disks (L3, L4 & L5), My SI joint caused extreme constant pain. I knew that the back doctor would only help manage my pain with injections and prescriptions. My options included steriod injections in my spine and/or physical therapy that only went toward my insurance deductible. I had already had taken steriods, steriod shots as wells as advil every 5 hours for pain.
