Fantastic experience: I loved my experience here. Yanet, Maria, Kylie and Noris deserve a raise. They made sure my pain levels went down with the therapy they instructed. They were patient on flare up days and worked with me with different modalities. And Dr. Tran was amazing as well. Bryce the front desk made sure was here to complete me treatments. Overall my time here was great.

Fantastic experience: i went to the rehab from a car accident and meet the most loving and supportive friendly staff there. I enjoy talking to the ladies there they are the most sweetest group of ladies I have ever meet I will never forget them. they really put there all into helping and encouraging and engaging a person. they are so supportive. That is the place to be if you ever have to go to a rehab. I have been missing them and they most definitely get u back in perfect shape. Plano rehab on W Parker Rd.

I called to see I could get an appointment, Skylar offered me to come in right away, and helped me with the paperwork, Dr Tran got to see me and and I started my treatment same day, Bryce is always there to help me with any questions and accommodating my appointments and of course the rest of the stuff is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I came here for several months after I was in a really bad wreck which resulted in back fractures and a sternum fracture. Being at Plano Injury Rehab during my tough time healing helped me a lot mentally because everyone there was so sweet and understanding of how I was feeling at the time. I ended up growing really close with everyone there because they were all so caring and amazing at their jobs!! Sky and Dr. Sherry were my favorites!! They made sure to always have a smile on their face no matter the situation and always assured I walked out in a better mood than when I walked in. I will forever remember coming to this location and meeting such amazing people and will never forget how much they took care of me. If you guys are seeing this, thanks so much!!

They would always check in on you and make sure you were doing ok and made sure you understood the purpose of each stage of your therapy.

I remember being nervous the first time I went, Simon helped me through the exercises, showing care and empathy. Adrian is a 'muscle magician' ...amazeballs!!! I had issues submitting my FMLA and Shawnte was super on top of it. The staff at Plano Injury Rehab are just out of this world!! Adrian Etherton was instrumental in alleviating my lower back and allowing me to work. Shawnte in the front office handles everything with professionalism and keeps me on track for all my appointments. I recovered after than we all thought. I worked hard and the team worked along beside me.! Everyone was/is very professional! I miss go there and getting a good workout! Negative experience: Place totally wasted my time. Just needed an adjustment, but my “free” consult just led to a $250 initial visit estimate, primarily consisting of x-rays I don’t need. “Doctor” asked me about 3 questions before giving me the good news on how much everything was going to cost.

Fantastic experience: I came in after a car wreck. The staff was so kind and patient. They handled ALL the paperwork and worked directly with the adjuster to handle my case. Now, I'm there as a cash patient and the doctor worked with me to develop a personalized plan within my budget. I have been adjusted by at least 15 Chiropractors across the states and he is one of the BEST! I also suggest working with Adrian for manual therapy, deep tissue and healing massage! It is also a fully bilingual office. These guys are amazing!

Fantastic experience: The people and environment are amazing here, but most importantly - the adjustment and exercising is life changing. I have had constant back pain for 5+ years and the first visit made me feel like I was 18 again :) Definitely check this place out if you need chiropractor or rehabilitation services.

Negative experience: Been to countless chiropractors for an adjustment and thought the reviews would warrant great service and a good adjustment. Was refused service after I just wanted an adjustment without any x-rays. Not interested in paying many 100s of dollars for an x-ray when I just need an adjustment. It’s one thing to charge $70 for a ten minute adjustment, but to strip patients of even more out of pocket expenses for something they know they don’t need, is wrong and cruel. I will take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic facility with a great staff. Dr. McClellan is very knowledgable and friendly. He was able to help me when I was in extreme pain and gave me insight into what was going on and why. It is important to understand the things you need to do at home to keep your spine healthy and he has helped me to do that. I like that I don't have to go see the chiropractor multiple times a week to keep feeling good!! Thank you Dr. McClellan!!
