Fantastic experience: It’s very hard to relax and give over your body in this aspect. My neck hurt for months and the night time arm tingles made it so hard to sleep. Did a lot of research and reading and am so glad I came here. Dr. Allam is respectful and professional. No BS, he just gets to the problem, the wait is never long. The front desk girls are great. They are also so flexible, if you need to see him, he will see you! Update - Dr. Allam helped so much! No more arm tingles and neck is not in pain, Hallelujah! Follow all his advice for maintaining. I’ve since sent as many people as possible to him. My husband and son in law have seen him, we’re so grateful to have such a dedicated and experienced Dr. in our neighborhood. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Troy after making a post on a social media platform about my neck and shoulder pain. He did an (sEMG) scan, and had a plan of treatment laid out at my very first visit. I’d like to add that I have a bit of “white coat syndrome”, doctors make me uneasy and I suffer from moderate anxiety already. The office atmosphere, the kindness and efficiency of Katie at the front desk, Dr. Troy’s ability to explain my issue, where it derives from, and break down the mad science that is nerve pain, made my visits and experience life changing. Negative experience: Been visiting Dr.Allum for years, there’s no better doctor, but the new receptionist sucks and needs to learn some better people skills. Maybe it she focused less on her cheap nails and more on her personality she be a happier person.

Negative experience: The Monday before new year’s holiday I sat for almost an hour waiting and was never seen after arriving 20 minutes early. The young girl at the front desk kept calling people to the back that came in after me until the room was almost empty. I asked the other receptionist when would I be called and she said I was next but the young girl called 2 more people instead. I just ended up leaving. To not be feeling your best and have to deal with games, I’d rather not. Dr was great and I was benefiting from my visits but have since found another chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I'd never been to a Chiropractor before. I had a horrible pain in my neck from a workout injury that was lingering for a week. Dr. Madison Ryan completely fixed me up, helped my best sleep practices, and worked with me on exercises for posture. I feel a million times better. My neck pain is gone. My posture is better. And, if anyone ever mentions back or neck pain, Dr. Madison Ryan is who I'm sending them to.

Negative experience: Called to cancel an appointment after my son went to the dr. The male receptionist who answered (didn’t give his name) asked why we were canceling. I explained the dr wanted him to do pt first due to a tight hip flexor/hamstring. The oh so sweet receptionist stated that pt will take much longer. I state we are gonna start with it and he politely hung up saying “good luck”. Amazing customer service. 10 out of 10 will not return or recommend. I’m sure Troy is amazing but we will not give him a chance because of his rude staff.

I finish two appointments for my lower back adjustments, and I already feel a lot better. Fantastic experience: I first saw Dr. Allam when he treated me after each of my children was born for post-pregnancy adjustments that helped ease the joint problems that can come with pregnancy/post-partum. It was truly life changing and quicker than I expected. I saw him later for a neck injury and regular overall screening and adjustment. He was able to correct everything within a few months! Fantastic experience: I broke 2nd toe on left foot and was put into a short orthopedic boot. Fantastic experience: I was a first time customer. I called 2 days after Christmas w/ chronic mid back pain. Dr. Troy got me in 4 hrs later, did the per-patient screen, adjusted me, and provided some stretches. I'm already feeling relief, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Allam and his office staff are, as always, fantastic. I had been hurting for several months but never made the time to go back in for an adjustment. I didn't realize until after the appointment just how much pain I had been in. The amazing thing is that Dr. Allam first did a couple of checks before starting the adjustment. Once he started he conversationally asked if I had been doing any heavy lifting or moving stuff without using proper form. I told him how I have been doing a lot with grandkids, one of whom will just jump without a worry someone will catch him, and that I don't always have a chance to get set before hand. He just smiled and then told me what he was seeing. Pretty amazing from just a visual inspection and physical assessment of a couple of points around hips and waist. In the end, the pain has been resolved. At least until Christmas.... :)

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with back issues for years and had seen several doctors when I found Dr. Allam. He took the time to listen to the problems I was having, made some adjustments, and I finally had relief for the first time in over ten years. Now, instead of daily back issues, I only have occasional flare ups. When those occur, I contact his outstanding staff, get an appointment the same day most of the time and get relief. Fantastic experience: I went in barely able to walk from what the ER doctor had deemed an injury consistent with what an athlete gets . Yup it would be me to get something like that . Anyway I explained to Doc Allam what was going on . I knew that he was a genius when he surveyed me and next thing he actually pinpointed the very spot that was giving me the most issues . I was like Whaaat!! He worked on three areas and when I stood up I swear I could have started doing jumping jacks ! I walked out of there feeling great . Fantastic experience: Dr. Troy has been treating me since 2013. I am 70yrs.old and have had surgery for herniated discs in ‘86. Since seeing Dr.T and getting adjusted every two-three weeks I love the relief of no pain and he helps with my sinuses too! The staff is awesome and always positive and patient. Fantastic experience: I moved to Texas in 2016 which was also 4 years since breaking my ankle. Thankfully I didn't require surgery but dealt with chronic pain do to scar tissue among alignment issues. I went to Dr. Allam and he set up a plan of recovery for me and after 3 months of treatment ranging from once a week to twice a month to once a month my ankle now 7 years later gives me rarely any trouble. He completely fixed me up. Now I go once every 3-4 months for maintenance or if I tweak something I'll go right away and he has helped me with all of my ailments. He is truly gifted and amazing. His transparency and honesty is unmatched. I recommend him to all of my family and friends and will never go to another chiropractor again as long as his office his open. Fantastic experience: Dr Allam is a great chiropractor. He does customized adjustment based on your pain point and how he feels on your muscle. I’ve had chronic pains on lower back and neck, and it got a lot better since I started to take chiropractic here. I still do it every 3-4 weeks to keep things well, and it’s very worth it. Negative experience: I am sharing this experience in hopes it may help someone else before they consider coming here. I came to visit this clinic per a recommendation from a friend. I looked at the reviews and was really excited to visit as I have seen other chiropractors in the past and had mixed experiences. It was my husband’s first time ever getting adjusted so he was nervous but I felt confident it would go well! I don’t know if it was a result of our tardiness, our age or what the case may be but we did not get the same treatment everyone else has sworn by in their reviews. We arrived late but were both still seen and adjusted, however absolutely NO treatment was provided after. Given that my husband had never been adjusted before, he was in a lot of pain for a couple days. I texted the office with my grievances and was completely dismissed by Dr.Allam after he stated that nothing would have helped him. Every other chiropractor I had visited provided treatment after, at no extra cost and it most definitely helped alleviate some pain. Absolutely no apology or condolence was extended other than coming back to be seen sooner, which just wasn’t possible for our schedule. I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience and have made it clear I will not be returning.

I've been seeing him for over 7 years and he continues to adjust me when I'm out of place or injured from time to time. For example, most recent incident, before Christmas I injured myself and could not stand up straight and he helped re-adjust and re-align me just in time for the holidays to feel at ease. He adjusted my back, used heat therapy and with multiple visits, got me walking without pain. His computer screen in the waiting area has provided all patients with valuable information about the science of chiropractic care. I continue to see Dr. Allam monthly for a maintenance visit. His office staff is more than helpful, courteous and efficient. A visit to this office is a great experience.

Negative experience: First two visits were great. Today I walked in early (because I believe you should always be early) and was told I had to text to check in. I had to go back out to my car and text “here” then I went back in… I went to sit down in one of the 15 seats in the waiting room with 3 other people in the seats… and was told I needed to wait outside or in my car until told to come in. Needless to say this has never been the case in the first two visits. What if I didn’t have a cell phone? What if I don’t want to text? What if I don’t want to wait outside? Well I canceled my appointment and walked out and will take my business elsewhere. There is a chiropractor on every block. If I can’t walk in, check in and wait in an empty seat in the waiting room then I’ll go somewhere else that allows this. Lost a customer.

Fantastic experience: Massage therapists are awesome. Dr Troy can get you in quickly and answer any questions you have. I am a retired fire fighter couldn’t have finished my career without him.

I came here for the first time after a car accident and feeling very emotional and in pain, Dr Troy helped me immediately..so I was able to regain mobility and emotional calm in a short time....thanku to Dr Troy and all the wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Allam since the beginning of the year and he has been great to work with in helping with my hip pain post childbirth. I’ve recently discovered Miri and have started seeing her regularly as my new massage therapist. She has such a wonderful, laid-back personality and our hours go by so fast. After my massage and adjustment I walk out feeling as good as new. Chris (Cris?), at the front desk, is also an absolute joy. I have seen her deal with some incredibly difficult people and she handles them all with grace. This is such a great team!
