Fantastic experience: Came in with bulging disk in my L4/L5 and with very acute pain. I’ve been getting lot g care for the last 2 months and the acute pain has subsided to a dull pain. I can touch my toes and floor now without a lot of pain. I haven’t been able to do that in 10 years. JR and the front office staff are very accommodating and extremely nice. Dr A is really nice and very positive and upbeat. I like the office and the spinal decompression to assist with getting the disks back in order. Very well pleased with the care.

Fantastic experience: Came into the office for an auto accident and I had gone from place to place and wasn’t able to find anything that could help with my pain. It was symptom relief that would last for only a couple hours. After coming here and getting educated properly about my neck pain and back pain I’ve been able to finally understand what is going on which is amazing! I’ve been getting adjusted and doing spinal decompression and it has changed my life my pain is decreasing every visit and I still remember coming in the first day crying and hoping for answers and thankful I was able to find them here! Fantastic experience: So when I came into the office I was having a lot of lower back pain and my doctor had told me that the L5-SI area was close to fusing together and recommend that I try spinal decompression and spinal adjustments to avoid surgery. Now that I have been getting adjusted the back pain has improved so much and it has helped me at least move around a lot better. I also want to mention that the staff is amazing and they always let me know what is going on each step of the way. They are some of the most kind people that I've met and they make sure that I'm heard and taken care of ever visit. Thank you so much to everyone here that has made tremendous difference in my life!

Negative experience: SCAMMER DR.J Went there for their $37 add, got the package for $5k for 40 sessions of decompression and adjustments and shockwave and laser and Dr.J said I can cancel it anytime and get pro-rated $125/session, back, I have canceled because it wasn't working, all adjustments for everyone, was the same!!! Now, after I canceled and spoken to Mr. A.J, I was suppose to get an email back with their version of refund which as Mr.A.J said, I won't get much back!!! Not only didn't get that email, but also never received any type of refund! They still owe me $1450 with my calculations. I only saw Dr.J only twice after we first met. Don't get me wrong, I'm very pleased with Dr. A (Alvarez) who basically does all the process for everyone and he's super nice. I would not trust Dr.J for anything, I suggest to get 1 or 2 more opinion and still I wouldn't recommend him. He's very pushy and aggressive.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming since the end of July 2025. I am so excited to have such an Amazing team working with me and my health. I am having great results so far. A lot of the inflammation in my back a shoulder is getting so much better. I’m excited to have any days without pain and that’s what they help me with.

Fantastic experience: Coming to this facility has been a major game changer for me. The level of relief I feel since starting with them has been unreal and to see noticeable changes and improvements with my body, my spine, there are no words for it. I’m grateful to stumble across this place by chance and I highly recommend any and all to try it out. Fantastic experience: When I first came in I was experiencing a lot of hip pain and was contemplating surgery. The pain was so bad I was having trouble walking and working out. After coming to get adjusted my hip is feeling so much better I can walk better without pain. The adjustments have helped me tremendously and I no longer have to have surgery for my hip because the pain is gone. Thank you to everyone at the office for helping me achieve this!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been to in to see DrJ, Dr A JR & Kayla for three plus years. Dr J's knowledge and practices are three levels above any chiropractic clinic I have been to in 5 states. After herniated disc's in my neck, my last chiropractor told me to never be adjusted again and sent me to see a surgeon. Thank God I didn't choose surgery. Dr J explained and performed adjustments that ended my back issues. I am off the meds I took before visiting. My son with some scoliosis is a bit taller and straighter. My wife has reduced her inflammation meds..

Fantastic experience: I had debilitating headaches for 10+ years and a posture that made me look like I was sulking all the time. Now my headaches are all but gone, and I stand straighter. Dr. Jay is sooooo careful when adjusting you; especially your neck! No need to worry about anything but getting better. The MaxLiving system is so thorough. You will be taught here how to make critical changes in your life and how to continue to take care of yourself at home in between visits. The proof is in how you feel and of course in the x-rays. Dr. Jay is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Just ask, he'll know. My daughter gets adjusted weekly now as well. God is at work in this place.

Negative experience: Facebook Ad got my attention . For $37 you get x ray , Adjustments and traction. I called and made my appointment with Jay. He was x ray technician; super nice guy. After they took my X ray and watched a video Dr j came. To begin with he told me I have good news and bad news. He explained to me after checking my x ray I needed 40 section and the cost is $5k. I told him I need to think about and have to talk to my wife ; he became upset and told me if you are not the decision maker ,why you did not bring your wife with you. At this point I made up my mind this place is not for me. I told him on Facebook Ad , adjustments and Traction was included , he said I only give you traction and asked one of his staff give me 5'minutes traction. At the end , I only paid $37' but I saw the true face of this so called Dr J. He did not act professional . It seems the only thing he cares was money!!

Fantastic experience: It had been 7 years since I went to a chiropractor. I have had a fear of the manual adjustment process. To be honest, it was my own ignorance and prejudice. I decided to try again after getting weekly migraines. In addition, I had been having lower back pain. After 4-5 sessions, the back pain got better. After a few months, the prolonged migraines stopped. I still get them, but they don’t last longer than a few hours. The intensity has decreased too. One thing that I didn’t realize is I go to the bathroom a lot more. I was told that it is nornal. I am very thankful that I decided to give this practive a chance. I feel like this is a good step in my welness journey.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming for about a month now and I’m so glad that they were referred to me. I came because I had left hip discomfort and I started noticing it after driving or long seated position at work. I received relief right after my very first session. Negative experience: Went in for the deal from Instagram but they tried to upsell me on more treatments. I told the main guy that I needed time to think about a 5000 dollar treatment plan and he said " you know, if you aren't committed we may not move forward with you" What?? I make that decision not you. The "treatment exercises" they had me do were just basic stretches and the adjustment was half assed as well. They get you by playing Christian music to make you think they are a wholesome God fearing company and hit you with a bunch of medical jargon to make it all sound legitimate but DO NOT be fooled. Stay away from this scammer at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I first came into the office with terrible pain coming from my neck all the way down my arm and I had zero strength to be able to move my arm I couldn't even get the strength to pick up my phone. But after 4 weeks of coming I can use my right arm and I can finally look left and right, I can sit down and stand up without pain. I finally am able to drive with full range of motion in my neck. The pain that has been coming down my arm is reduced by 80 percent and can finally function better. Thank you to the staff at elevate life chiropractic!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience has been great since day one. The culture is very warm and relaxing. I started going as I was having tingling in my hands and feet not knowing that my nervous system is also connected to my spine. I've been getting regular adjustments for almost 2 months now and I feel less tingling that I had before which has motivated me to continue going. Outside of receiving adjustments I also learn something new about the body and better ways to take care of it as in every visit I'm also being educated on the body and how everything functions. Fantastic experience: I have suffered from sciatic pain for years and was unable to find any relief. I tried prescriptions and even spine injections and nothing changed. Fantastic experience: My son is the one who introduced me and the rest of my family to Elevate Chiropractic. He was having issues with sleeping and back pain. After a few treatments he was sleeping better and dreaming! His back pain was gone and his posture was improved. My daughter had the biggest improvement on her spinal and neck alignment. The difference was extremely noticeable in the X-rays after her adjustment cycle. My spinal alignment has been maintained and has noticeably improved my overall health and workout sessions and recovery. All 3 of my kiddos are United States Marines and they continue to utilize the equipment and stretching techniques when able to continue with the benefits of proper alignment and posture for good health. Fantastic experience: When i first came in, i wasn’t sleeping very well at all! Struggled with bad migraines, stiffness, tingling. I have now been here month and half, not only have I been sleeping better, i have been able to start losing weight faster, my blood pressure has improved a lot. Fantastic experience: Dr. J is the best! 3 years ago, My husband brought my then newborn and I to get chiropractic care here and it's been a game changer. I've had severe neck pain for several years and since getting normal adjustments, my pain has been managed and mostly gone away. My son has also benefitted from chiropractic care and initially was only able to turn to the left and had trouble latching on one side. As soon as he got adjusted, he turned his head to the left and latched easily! The staff JR and Kayla are also super friendly and know every patient by name. Fantastic experience: Before coming in to get adjusted I was having chronic neck pain and a herniated disc in the lower back. I am normally very active and love to workout and stay fit but it was becoming increasingly difficult to do that with all the pain that I had been having and ever since I’ve been getting adjusted I’ve notice that I have no more neck pain and lower back pain along with that I’ve notice way more range of motion and movement back into my body while working out. I’ve also started my mother under care who has been having carpal tunnel issues and pain in the hands and even she has seen major improvements!

I've probably seen half a dozen different chiropractors since I was a child but my experience with Dr. Jay has been by far the best. In addition to being highly skilled, he is incredibly warm and personable, and you can tell how passionate he is about helping others heal. He AND his team go the extra mile to make sure every patient is educated in their care, feels welcomed, cared for and a priority. Since I began my care with Dr. Jay a month ago, so much has changed. When I walked in, I was lacking energy, not getting great sleep, struggling to breathe, and reliant on pain medication to get through the day. After the first adjustment, I'm talking seconds after, my breathing improved dramatically because the adjustment opened my airways significantly. I had no idea that's what was contributing to my lack of oxygen. I had the best night's sleep that night and quickly regained my energy that first week. Fantastic experience: I suffered from really bad vertigo, neck & back pain after 5 car accidents and a head on horse accident. Migraines, numbness and tingling of the hands and feet was a normal thing for me. My life has changed dramatically since coming here! I have not had one single episode of vertigo which use to govern my life. My symptoms subsided tremendously just in the first days! Fantastic experience: The staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. When I first came in, I was experiencing lower back pain and radiating pain down one leg. Learned I have curvature of spine and my neck was not curved properly. Adjustments have shown to get things close to where they should be and have decreased some pain and eliminated other.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jay has truly transformed my life in ways I didn't even know were possible. I have suffered with severe scoliosis, neck pain, migraines and constant ringing in my ears for years. After just a few adjustments, the ringing in my ears has subsided and I finally know what silence sounds like again. The migraines, neck and back pain are things of the past. Dr. Jay has provided me with the tools I've needed to infuse care into all aspects of life, including a diet plan specifically for my blood type. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I am so incredibly blessed and lucky I was fortunate to come across Dr. J and his wonderful staff at Elevate Life Chiropractic. First of all, Dr. included, the staff could not be more helpful and efficient in helping schedule appts or reschedule if I have to make a cancellation. I am about a little over a month into my therapy and I am already noticing huge improvements in quite a few areas. I struggled for years with feelings of pins and kneedles in my fingers and hands and even lower arm. I was directed to see a neurologist, but Dr. J’s help and system has proved to be more helpful than any medication or procedure the neurologist had prescribed or performed. I am also noticing much better sleep patterns, as well as my urgency to urinate in the middle of the night due to inflammation of the lining of my bladder. I can honestly say for the first time in years I can go an entire nights sleep without getting up to use the restroom. Fantastic experience: I first came to Grewal for lower back pain. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was very skeptical. The team here is very professional, and did a thorough evaluation. I began a treatment program and quickly improved. The back pain is gone and I can stand, and perform activities like I could when I was much younger. I am hooked and can’t believe I resisted treatment for so long. I highly recommend Dr Grewal and his team!

Fantastic experience: When I first started coming I was seeing another neck specialist for over a year and my neck mobility didn't seem much better than it was when I started. I have a full reverse neck. I've been coming for a month now and already have so much more mobility and my equilibrium has also improved since starting. I can't wait to see how much I heal through this process and get back to myself and not having a life of pain.

Negative experience: I meant to give a review on this place back in October. Complete SCAM. I paid $65 for what was supposed to be X-rays, evaluation, & my first adjustment. Instead I watched and hour long video about what chiropractic care will do for you. They made me wait 2 hours to see the chiropractor because he was busy with "other patients". I went and sat in my car to wait and NOBODY ever came out . When he was finally done seeing his ghost patients, he spent 10 minutes max with me with a slight attitude saying I needed major help but never gave the first adjustment that was supposed to be included, (probably because I had refused to give them my insurance information in the beginning) (if the $65 covers X-rays and my first adjustment, why do you need my insurance before I've made a decision??) I wasn't even able to get or keep a copy of my X-rays. They play Christian music the whole time imo to manipulate you into thinking this is a good place lol. Save yourself some time and money and go to somebody else.

Negative experience: SCAM This is the epitome of what you hear about the chiropractic industry. Most of it is not covered under insurance as it is mostly preventative so it’s all out of pocket. They offer payment plans through care credit which just gives them more leverage to increase their price. Im 27 and it great health from eating good and having a good workout regimen. they said I would need surgery in a couple of years if not corrected and my condition would lead to other diseases that could be life threatening. I signed up through the care credit but after going to the visits I was just a dollar sign to them. I did my own stretching as instructed then was seen by “Dr. J.” For 2 minutes then I was out. Never have I had less attention in a medical setting. I went a couple more times to make sure it wasn’t a fluke but it wasn’t. They are a complete scam. Do not listen to the sales pitch.

Fantastic experience: After 2 major surgeries, and a car accident in 2022 I had suffered a TBI. With this I had suffered from severe migraines, and neck pain. I was under the care of a neurologist due to the severity of my TBI. When visiting Grewal Family Chiropractic the staff made me feel very welcome. I was guided through the process, and here I am two months later with unbelievable relief. My migraines have been minimal, and my neck pain has improved. I can’t wait to experience the relief I will receive within the next 2-4 months. I am very thankful for Dr. Jay, and his staff. I am on my healing journey :)

Fantastic experience: highly recommend grewel chiropractic if you are all needing any kind of adjustment or needing to improve your quality of life. my friend and i just happened upon them at their booth at the farmers market and glad we stopped and got our quick spinal screening. it lead to an office visit and we signed up right away. the staff and dr. j is super knowledgeable and after the first session - i slept through the night and felt super rested. after a few sessions, my headaches have lessened and more importantly the numbness in my hands and fingers have gone away! am hooked!

Fantastic experience: Great experience working with the Grewal crew. Before starting, I had stiffness in my neck and entire back including one leg being numb. This made it difficult to do normal things like putting on pants, walking up and down stairs, standing in one position for too long etc. Within a couple of visits, I was feeling results. Lower back and neck stiffness and pain were down and started to get feeling back in my leg for the first time in over a year. I strongly suggest checking the Grewal team out!

Fantastic experience: I took a leap of faith and it paid off!! I was having severe neck and shoulder pain but didn't want to take traditional medicine from my doctor that would numb the pain. I set up a consultation which included x-rays and a full review of my inflammation points. Let's just say 6 months later, the inflammation is nearly gone, my neck and spine have tremendously shifted into a more normal curve decreasing the pressure and overall I feel so much better with more energy and full nights of sleep! Fantastic experience: Grewal Family Chiropractic found me. I come from a family of medical professionals so I was skeptical about seeing a chiropractor. I was with a friend at the Frisco Farmer’s Market with a friend and they asked if I wanted a free consultation while I was in line to buy cookies. I had existing neck and shoulder pain, headaches, all related to allergies, stress, and just being older. They did a nerve scan on site and invited me to come into their office on another day. They were very informative and taught me about preventive care as opposed to pain management. Dr. J and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been faithfully coming for adjustments twice a week for about 2 months now and I feel good, well rested, have energy, and jump right out of bed in the morning without aches and pains. Fantastic experience: 100/10 recommend. I have had health issues for at least 5 years now including migraines, neck pain, shoulder pain and lower back pain. My migraines had gotten so awful the last few years that medications couldn’t touch them and they would lead to me violently dry heaving and vomiting. I was trying every doctor out there but nothing was helping. I was having up to three or four migraines a week- even at work which would lead me to be throwing up in the bathroom and I would suffer through my 12 hour shifts. My neck/shoulder had also been aching since I was 19 years old to the point that no matter what position I stood, sat, laid down in, used ice or heat packs, stretched or took medications it would still ache and cause numbness/tingling down my arm. After just a few weeks with Dr. J my migraines are gone, I haven’t thrown up in weeks, and I’m completely off my migraine/nausea meds. They never treat someone without first taking x-rays. He personalizes everything specifically to what’s going on with your body to truly heal it from the inside out.

Negative experience: ***I HAVE UPLOADED PICTURES!!!*** I try not to make bad reviews but I really feel like I should warn you all of this practice. For starters, I always read reviews but this particular day, I didn’t. I saw an ad on Facebook for a consultation for $47 so I signed up. When I came to the office, the atmosphere was so soothing. The receptionists were so polite and the music playing was Christian so I just had a really good feeling about my consultation. They showed me around the office and introduced me to the celebrity clients on the wall that the Dr. had helped and currently treat. The consultation included X-rays and a sit down with the Dr, done in two different days. The second day I came in after the X-rays, They had me watch an hour long video on chiropractic therapy. The video felt like a sales pitch, honestly. Once completed, Dr. Jay Grewal came into the room and went over my X-rays with me and the time it would take to correct my issue. He stressed how my condition was very bad and we needed to get started as soon as possible. After repeatedly asking about the costs of the care, he finally told me 5 months would cost me $5,630.00 to correct. I asked to think it over over night, and he said there was another option, to utilize Care credit. He asked if I wanted to do a scan to see if I would qualify and I told him yes. his receptionist came in with paperwork, and she entered in the information they had for me, on file. When she got to the portion of monthly income, I told her that I only make 3,200 a month. She went on to say that make sure I include all monthly income, even side money. So I told her about my rental property and that my total monthly would be $ 3,500. She said that this was a one shot thing and that the income needed to be higher just to secure a spot in qualifying for it. She asked if she could say I make 7000 a month, instead, I hesitantly nodded and immediately I was approved and that it would be $440 a month. I told her I really didn’t want to do Care Credit and that I’d like to think it over for the night. Dr. jay came in and also started pushing the issue. I told them yet again that I’d like to think it over and then he stated that once I leave the room, it’s going to deny the app and I won’t have that option again. I told them that it would be ok because I’d probably pay out of pocket, since my insurance didn’t cover it completely. He said what they would do is go ahead and document that it got approved, they would give me time to think it over and come back the next day with my decision. I asked him if he understood that I didn’t want to make any financial move until I made my mind up over night and he said yes, while he nodded to his receptionist. I did not tell them that I had and paid off a Care Credit account in the past and that I was very familiar with Care Credit. I still had my log in for my account and when I logged in today, I noticed that they approved and proceed the amount for services without my permission or written consent at all. Now I am currently consulting with legal counsel on a Malpractice law suit. Please avoid services with this practices. I am not saying that Dr J doesn’t help people, because I believe he does. But it is all a money grab. The pressure for you to immediately pay all of that money was insane and every time id ask to think it over, her push harder.

Negative experience: Please heed my warning: I went to this place seeking help as a young IT Profesional (30) dealing lower back and neck pain. I thought was improving until I was in such bad shape that I couldn't take my daughter trick or treating. I couldnt walk and i was getting worse! How did Dr. Jay proceed to adjust me when I couldn't walk? The same exact way he did every single time. Ask yourself this? What kind of chiropractor runs through the same adjustment over and over without analyzing your body's current state? Do you wake up in the exact physiological state every single morning? Neither do I. They also would encourage multiple adjustments in the same day. What were they not doing correctly the first time? That's when I realized this place is fraudulent at best. I should have listen to my intuition when they used scare tactics like "oh wow your spine looks really bad" or "your health should be your first priority" and proceed to provide preditorial payment plans in the thousands. I was indeed in some pain at the time so I fell for it. They strangely use christian music as if this is some sort of family place. They'll try to educate you on Dr Palmer and subluxations as if adjustments are going solve all of your problems. They smile a lot but don't be fooled by positivity because the smiles stop when you ask for a refund. I asked for a refund on my remaining treatment plan (600$) and the front office proceeded to give me the run around by saying "if you told me sooner we could have done something......." They promised to call me back but amazingly never did. Sure maybe someone has gotten help here but all that means is that you could have gotten better care somewhere else that actually spends the time to understand your situation. This place is nothing more than chiropractic crack factory that is more driven by slimy sales tactics. Maximized Living has a terrible reputation in the chiropractic community and also sells scammy supplements to make you healthy. Why so many good reviews on Google? Their model is to overwhelm people with a smile, positivity, and extreme empathy. Its an odd placebo affect. I was able to observe that they are extremely careful to only ask people that are obviously happy with their service after a couple of adjustments and literally usher them to a computer to input their review. They're really good at manipulation. Mind you that most people could use a couple adjustments because we are so much more sedimentary people. They give you some basic spinal mobility movements so of course people would initially feel better! Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They are purely profit driven and dishonest. $5,500 in 12-14 months in their care and I did not get better.

Fantastic experience: Before coming for treatment, I was experiencing acute neck pain and constant back soreness. After 1.5 month of treatment, steady progress has been made, neck has been feeling much better. Will be continuing treatment to see if back soreness will improve over time. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience here!!! I was a little Leary about chiropractic practices initially, I did not know if it would be beneficial. I have only been here a few weeks and can already tell the difference. I am not as sleep my quality of sleep is better and I am losing weight!! Fantastic experience: I was dealing with chronic migraines, vertigo, neck, back pain, and TMJ since last April. I was not sure what to expect because it was my first time going to a Chiropractor. I have been going there since February 2023 for 3 days per week.This is the plan that they recommended for me.I have been feeling much better. Doctor J makes you feel awesome since my first visit. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Jay and his wonderful staff at Grewall Family Chiropractic. They have changed the quality of my life! I’ve suffered from Osteoarthritis for years and my neck and back were greatly affected by it. After I was in a pretty serious accident, I was told by my neurosurgeon that he could only perform surgery to help with my pain, there was nothing else. My previous chiropractor told me that I could never be adjusted again and referred me to a pain management doctor. I was on 300 mg of Tramadol, muscles relaxants and an anti inflammatory and still experienced a great deal of pain. I was miserable. After being treated by Dr Jay (3 adjustments a week) for ONE MONTH, I am off Tramadol and the muscle relaxants and have very little pain, it’s truly amazing. I thank God and Dr. Jay and his staff!! My husband, son and daughter have also benefited greatly.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing a lot of pain from my back radiating to my right thigh due to long driving from home at Frisco to workplace at Arlington everyday. Fantastic experience: I am very happy and blessed to have found Grewal Family Chiropractic. I had severe stomach pain for about a year, and every doctor I spoke to related the pain to stress. Even insisting that I have no issues with depression, many doctors wanted to put me on heavy antidepressants. However, after my first chiropractic adjustment, I felt great relief, and in only about two weeks my pain was gone.

Fantastic experience: I came in with terrible low back pain but found out the natural curvature in my neck was also gone, I had arthritis in my back and my hips were uneven. I've been coming for a few months now and I have no more back pain, my hips are pretty much balanced! I went to another chiropractor for years but haven't had relief like this. Nor has anyone taken the time to educate me about the importance of the nervous system our my overall well being. I'm even more excited that all of my hypothyroid symptoms such as chronic fatigue, pain and always being cold, to name a few, are completely gone. I have never been to a holistic chiropractor and I'm blown away by how Dr. Jay cares for every aspect of my health. I've been eating healthy and living a low tox lifestyle for awhile but I haven't felt this good in years! Also, my 8 yr old son had the same issue with his neck and suffered from constipation and also had a couple other issues. He had immediate relief from the constipation and his appetite has improved. His neck is much better and overall he is doing fantastic. I feel so blessed to be under the care of Dr. Jay and his amazing team. It feels like we are family. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to see Dr. Jay for a little over a month now and have felt drastic improvement in such a short amount of time. I feel more energized and and more flexibility. My neck used to be stiff constantly and my lower back was always on fire. I’ve started sleeping on my back more often and just feel better all around. Since coming here I’ve also cut way back on drinking - this is a huuuuge deal since I’ve drank for over 15 years now. Beer is completely cut out and I have an occasional drink here and there. I don’t recommend putting your health on hold any longer.

Fantastic experience: When I first came into the office I was little skeptical but as soon as I came into the office everyone was very sweet and nice. It helped with making my experience so much better. They helped walk me through the process very throughly allowing me to even learn the difference between normal and abnormal x-rays. After my very first adjustment I have so much more energy, balance, and mobility. Dr. Jay is also very gentle and patient during the adjustment to help release the interference.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Jay in 2017 when I was experiencing chronic lower back pain and struggled to breathe as a college athlete. Spending just a summer here getting adjusted 3x a week, my scoliosis was almost 100% corrected and my breathing got easier! I recently started coming back after not getting an adjustment for a couple of years with my scoliosis almost worse than before and experiencing 10/10 back pain in the gym and in the ER for my job. Since March, my back pain has decreased significantly and I am able to workout in the gym like I love to without pain and spend 3/3 12 hour shifts a week without lower back pain! But then the staff, who are amazing by the way, offered to evaluate me and see if there was any concerns. Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and Dr Jay as well. I have had lower back pain on and off for years. But beginning of Sept 2021, I was experiencing pain that did not go away. I ended up having degenerative discs. December, I started seeing Dr Jay and my pain was relieved in a couple of weeks. Now is almost May of 2022 and I have zero pain in my lower back. Really haven't had any other back pains or stiff neck either since getting adjusted by Dr Jay. I usually get stiff neck here and there as well. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: My initial consultation with Dr. Grewal was in December. I was under the care of a Physician that was telling me that I needed to get pain injections or possibly surgery. I said no to both. I spent many sleepless nights in pain and this has been a problem for me for years. So now after seeing the Chiropractor for this short while I see a definite improvement in my posture and the pain is slim to none. I see a slight weight loss because I am able to exercise now. No more pain medicine for me. Thanks Grewal Family Chiropractic Clinic.

Negative experience: I called his morning because I couldn’t move my neck and I needed a chiropractor. The front desk person told me they could see me at 9.30 am. I got there and they put me in a room for 2 hours, 2 hours !! Someone came and did a nerve testing, then moved me to another room and did RX and all I wanted is to get adjusted and relieved of my neck pain. Doctor came in a said that he will review everything tonight and asked me to come back tomorrow for results? What? Am I leaving today without an adjustment? Yes. After 2 hours and $65 out of pocket, yes you are leaving without an adjustment and your neck pain will go back home with you. I mentioned nobody explained this process when I called this morning and made very clear I had neck pain and he offered an adjustment. Unethical. I won’t come back.

Fantastic experience: So my experience with Dr. Jay and the crew has been nothing but positive outcomes. For me I had nothing on x-rays that showed that I needed extensive treatment accept for wear and tear on the body over the years. I will say that I felt terrible and I was always in pain. I’ve been coming to Dr. Jay for about a year and a half now and I always know that he will listen and adjust me so that I am always on a healing path. Fantastic experience: From day one, I came with a chronic pain where I had sleepless nights. After 4 months, trying my best to follow up DR Jay’s instructions and with the help of his amazing team pushing us to excel in following their program, there is a huge difference. I can sleep better now and do more with my daily activities. I definitely suggest paying them a visit. They will listen to your concerns and help you answer them. Fantastic experience: After about two-thirds of my adjustments completed I can say my nerve pain in the bottoms of my feet have been relieved about half. Much easier to sleep! I also have much greater movement in my neck. Lower back degenerative disc have been better as well. Dr. Jay and the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever done business with too.
