She has helped me with back pain during pregnancy, ensuring alignment to support my VBAC journey, and getting back to “normal” after birth. She does a very thorough postpartum evaluation! She also has helped me with c-section scar discomfort and sciatica. She’s great at explaining things and giving you useful exercises to do at home. I’ve also seen Dr. Rachel for prenatal care and Dr. Daly to help deep dive sciatica issues. They are all phenomenal and collaborative to ensure the best care for their patients. I also attended Dr. Rachel’s prenatal yoga series which I also strongly recommend. The front desk staff is super compassionate and helpful as well. Love this place and can’t recommend enough! Prior to chiropractic care, our baby was crying for hours at a time and having a lot of trapped gas. After just two visits with Dr. Kieran there was a clear change in our baby's mood and comfort level. We were able to get him to calm down a lot faster and was much more smiley. With the techniques Dr. Kieran taught us, we were able to continue his improvement at home as well. I cannot say enough good things about the pediatric chiropractic care our son received. I highly recommend Dr. Kieran if you are having any struggles with your child. Even just a simple adjustment can make the world of difference!

I have been dealing with awful back pain for years. I have tried other chiropractors, PT, massages, exercising, yoga, etc, and nothing seemed to be helping. I was starting to feel hopeless but decided to give chiropractics another chance. I had just one session with Rachel and was finally able to sleep with minimal to no pain after struggling to sleep for months. I was very nervous upon my first visit, but this office is not like that at all, Dr. Rachel truly has made the experience of coming to a chiropractor comforting and safe. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Gianni for the past year. I had seen other chiropractors over the years. She is, hands down, the best. Her adjustments are not the typical rough jarring movements common to other chiropractors. She is strong but gentle at the same time. Dr. Gianni is also very collaborative with other providers. She will make referrals to other health care providers if she feels that chiropractic treatment alone is insufficient to address problems. For example, she referred me to a chronic pain specialist who also has been very helpful in conjunction with chiropractic treatment. His work helped relieve tension, increase comfort, and support the overall ease of my pregnancy. The massages were so effective and so needed that I continued seeing him almost right up until my due date. While the chiropractic care was the foundation of my preparation, I strongly believe the massages contributed significantly to keeping my body relaxed and ready for labor. Now, less than one week postpartum, I already feel back to normal. My body feels like it’s functioning as it did before pregnancy—balanced, comfortable, and without lingering discomfort that comes along with that last month of pregnancy.
