Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Dr. Bechard last summer for sudden, intense nerve pain that radiated from my shoulder down my entire right arm. The pain was debilitating and got in the way of sleep and my daily activities. Acupuncture, massage and a visit to my old chiro weren’t touching it. After a couple weeks of in-office treatments and at-home exercises that Dr. Bechard prescribed, I had more feeling down my arm and in my fingers and my range of motion was finally improving. After a couple more weeks,, I was back to baseline. Dr. Bechard was attentive, prescriptive and honest about prognosis and time frame. His availability made it easy for me to find times to see him, and he even followed up over the first weekend to check in on my pain level and to see if I had any questions about the exercises. I can’t recommend Dr. Bechard highly enough. He cares about his patients progress, is responsive to their needs, and is quick to offer lifestyle suggestions to minimize pain returning. Added bonus is that they accept my insurance, as well!! Customer for life!

Experiencia fantástica: After being very limited in movement due the nagging and very sharp shoulder and neck pain I was afraid I’d have to live with at my age (70) I met with Dr Bechard at Mt. Hope. During my first visit while going through my exam he was able to explain to me in words I could understand exactly what he determined was going on and why it was causing so much pain and what he and I could do to treat it. Wow!! First visit and what a relief but still a ways to go. With some easy to do movements exercises that he instructed me to do at home I could feel improvement. A few more visits as he would assess and gently manipulate the area and advise me of slight changes in the strengthening exercises as I was improving. Love his personality. Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Phil about a year ago for extreme muscle tightness/knotting in my right forearm, which is my dominant arm. I had had trouble grasping & picking up things as small & simple as the top of a butter dish! Grasping motions were painful & I could not pick up a cup of coffee! I saw Dr Phil based on a referral from a co-worker who was seeing him for sports/muscle related issues. I got an appt within a day or so and saw him approximately 3 times and he performed the Graston technique on my forearm and relieved the muscle knotting. I was actually able to fully extend my right arm after this treatment! I had been experiencing this problem for several months. He provided me with numerous exercises to build-up the strength of my forearm and wrist & offered suggestions on how to "brace" my forearm while performing certain tasks. I did the exercises religiously and still do some of them & I have not had any recurring pain or muscle problems with my forearm. I was surprised that a chiropractor was able to help me with more than just back problems! I am grateful for the care he provided & the relief from that terrible pain. I highly recommend Dr. Phil!

It takes many common insurances which makes it really affordable and I can always get an appointment when I need. I see Phil and he's great and totally understands athletes you just to come in for an adjustment whenever they screw something up with a bad fall or weird landing. He also sends me home with some exercises to help relieve any further discomfort and to prevent it from happening again.

I had an unprecedented thoracic spine spasm and had a show to skate in 72 hours later. Phil and Zach squeezed me into their schedules for multiple last-minute appointments – including on a Friday and over the weekend – and got me (and my back) back in working order so I was able to perform. My car battery died en route to an appointment and the team even drove me back to the parking lot to wait for the tow truck. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I enjoy his attention to detail when it comes to accommodating athletes needs and how he incorporates the different tools such as massage gun, assisted stretching etc. I always leave feeling significantly better and feel great the days following. The conversations are always pretty cool too!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a very welcoming space to be in. Everyone was very nice. My chiropractor took the time to get to know me to make it not awkward. She explained everything she was going to do and why she was doing it. I felt so great afterwards, definitely will be back!

Experiencia fantástica: I met Dr Bechard after a car accident and injury to my neck. I was so impressed with him that I have been seeing him for about 7 years now anytime that I have something arise that requires chiropractic. He is not a doctor that puts you on the table, does a snap crackle pop maneuver and sends you out the door. He evaluates your injury and teaches you exercises to take with you to heal your body and strengthen what is weakened. I highly highly recommend him!

Experiencia negativa: My last day in town from a long fun weekend, and thought I’d end it with finding a Pilates class or massage. Through their website I booked a 30 minute massage for today, I thought, and at the Rochester location. I have a pit in my stomach as I write this saying: I will not look to this business for services again. Their website via mobile was easy to navigate except it led me to assume what I had chosen was on track because there isn’t a summary page because accidentally confirming an appointment by pressing “Next,” instead of displaying a warning that this next click books your session. I am relieved I prefer live communication. Although they were not open when I called, inaccurate information on their website, they did call back promptly. Fortunately I was able to cancel my appointment without a penalty because the website didn’t book me for today, as I requested, but later in the week. Deep breath.

Experiencia fantástica: I took a heated power vinyasa class with Alex, it was a great challenging yet relaxing workout. I had never done this style of yoga before but she made it easy to catch on. I highly recommend this class and Alex as a teacher!

Experiencia fantástica: I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain and Dr.Denero was great! He listened and helped me understand how we could fix the pain. After a couple of visits my lower back pain disappeared. Would highly recommend him for your chiropractic needs!

Experiencia fantástica: My massage with Eden was perfect, exactly what I needed. And my adjustment with Cody afterwards left my back pain-free. I also recently attended a Vinyasa yoga class at their new Penfield location. It was heated and moved quickly. It was my first time in an Vinyasa class. After the hectic holiday season it was good to be doing something just for me! Very invigorating. I loved it!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was the first time I’ve been back in about six months but, once again I was treated with the best care. Dr. Phil was kind and patient while I explained what my priorities were for today’s visit. I left feeling some pain relief from being cracked. I’m looking forward to the next visit. Dr. Rob answered all my questions with some great suggestions for my self care at home.

When I saw him recently for back pain which started after my total knee replacement, he took all the necessary precautions to protect my knee and still administered the appropriate and beneficial spine care. I have complete trust in him.

I didn't realize how much I had gotten used to discomfort until he adjusted my back and gave me tips for combatting the effects of desk work. I avoided some more serious issues. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: 09/26/2023: Book the best body work for Yourself with Massage Therapy and Chiropractic on the same day! (No kidding) What better way to care for your whole body! The most Professional and knowledgeable group of Chiropractors I have ever encountered (and I have seen many). Serious about their patients needs and also kind and caring about the whole of your body. And I certainly cannot say enough about the group of Massage therapists working within this Wellness Practice. It’s as if they have a map of my body! The Massage therapists and Chiropractors discuss their mutual patients and I believe this to truly be an added bonus. No matter how I feel when I go in for an appointment I always come out happier and standing up straighter than I thought possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Philip and his team are not just health professionals but they treat patients like a family . This place is truly care ,and listens to you . Dr Philip he’s friendly . Mt Hope chiropractic is a place to heal I was suffering with back pain for a month but on my first visit Dr Philip helped me a lot .He answered all my questions and suggested things to help better myself in between visits ! I would very much recommend . Very relaxed I felt very huge difference on my first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Phil for 10 years, I followed him from his old location in Irondequoit. I always feel better after an adjustment but even more important is the preventive care and healthy lifestyle he advocates for. The facilities are great, clean and welcoming. I couldn’t say enough great things about the warm and friendly staff at Mt. Hope Chiropractic and wellness! I am looking forward to their new location in Penfield and I fully recommend them!
