They are each one of a kind and I’m so happy to see any of them when I visit. The type of adjustment they give is unlike my past experiences with Chiropractors. This isn’t the typical cracking and twisting I’ve become used to…it’s much more gentle but incredibly effective. The staff all make you feel comfortable and the building itself is very clean. They have an App that is easy to navigate for checking appointments as well as cancelling/scheduling. I live an hour away so it’s not convenient for me but the service is so incredible it’s 100% worth the drive there and back. 5 Stars!

Experiencia fantástica: At first it was hard for me to believe that something as simple a adjusting your upper cervical make a change in my life. I have had many difficulties with pain on my lower back my left arm and left leg I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia arthritis tendinitis tennis elbow you name it. My depression was very high and I do have moments that go up and down still but not as bad as before. Starting my care at the UCCR has been a blessing. Today I went in after struggling with lots of pain on my whole left side after Dr.B did the adjustments that I needed, let me say I feel so much better. I was able to walk better move my left arm with hardly any pain. I know that the process takes time but if this is how I’m going to feel it’s worth the wait to feel 100% Better stronger and happier and I know that in order for all of this to work the healing of my body I must give 100% and be patient I truly thank the staff and the doctors for doing a great job. Experiencia fantástica: My 71 yo mother has had excruciating pain in her right ear for years after my stepfather passed in 2017 (trauma) and none of her so called doctor(s) could figure it out. Then her truck driver son got on Tik Tok, did some research and found out that she needed to go to an 'Upper Cervical Chiropractor' to adjust her C1-C3 that was causing a build up of CSF pressure against a nerve causing the pain. Tomorrow she goes in for her first adjustment and she is excited that through prayer, that this will be finally coming to and end where she can get her life back. The chiropractic care is like magic; my chronic migraines have diminished and I am very grateful. 8/8/24: Today I walked in my appointment with a 24 hour migraine. Following my adjustment I walked out of the office without a migraine. As much as this approach to wellness makes common sense, it still is miraculous. 9/23/24: My Primary Care Provider and I are now successfully reducing my pain medicine for Fibromyalgia. I believe my care at UCC ROC deserves much of the credit. I am so grateful my Primary sent me here! What a great team of folks! What a wonderful program for health and wellness. 9/22/25: I continue to be grateful for this chiropractic care. I no longer need any medication for Fibromyalgia; I have been off it for months now. I have learned this past year if I have a migraine resistant to medication I need a cervical adjustment. The UCC Doctors and support staff are warm and respectful, and always listen to your questions or comments carefully. My primary care provider and Neurologist are very supportive of this treatment as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Before treatment, I was battling constant, debilitating headaches, migraines, dizziness, nausea, and jaw pain. My ears always felt full, my head felt like it was floating 24/7, and everything around me was kind of moving in slow motion. I couldn’t work. I couldn’t go to the gym. I had to fight my way to grocery shop and things that I had to go do. Most days I would wake up, only to have to lie back down within a couple of hours because I felt so awful. It completely stole my summer. I couldn’t even remember what it felt like to feel good. The scariest part was not knowing where to turn. My symptoms didn’t seem skeletal, so I didn’t think a chiropractor was the answer. I spent thousands of dollars on doctors, tests, and scans that all came back “normal”, but I didn’t feel normal. That uncertainty sent my anxiety to an all-time high. Then I met a holistic consultant who suggested I look into upper cervical chiropractic care. From my very first visit, I felt seen and validated. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They listened to every detail of my story, showed me videos that made sense of my symptoms, and took scans that revealed I was misaligned in five places. No wonder I felt so miserable! In October 2024, I agreed to treatment. The first months weren’t easy. My body was so out of alignment that it took a loonnnnggggg time to see changes. The first thing to go was my migraines that once hit every few days became once a week, then once a month… until finally, they disappeared. I also began noticing I could tell when I was out of alignment, a huge sign of healing and awareness. After six months, new scans showed significant improvements, and they even adjusted my treatment plan to make my adjustments more effective. The last thing to go was my dizziness. But now is a tell tale sign to me that I need to get adjusted. Now, one year later, I can confidently say that I got my life back. I still have occasional symptoms, but I feel good 90% of the time. I go to work, I go to the gym, I wake up with energy, and I live without that constant fear of the next dizzy spell or aura migraine. Words can’t express how grateful I am to the doctors and staff here. They don’t just adjust spines... they restore lives, and they genuinely care about each person who walks through their doors. And it doesn’t stop there. For over a year, I dealt with constant jaw pain. I clenched in my sleep, my jaw locked halfway open, and eating and even talking was painful. Treatment helped, but it wasn’t fully gone. Recently, I mentioned it to Dr. Ed, and he decided to check my collarbone. Turns out, it was an inch and a half out of alignment. After one adjustment, my jaw pain completely disappeared. Within days, I could open my mouth fully with zero pain... something I hadn’t experienced in so long. If you’ve ever questioned whether chiropractic care could help you, let this be your sign. I never imagined it would change my life the way it has, but it truly has. Experiencia fantástica: I’m a fan! Been in a consistent program since April 2024. Was referred by my niece. I have been to PT, my local chiropractor (who is great - however knew he did all he could for me) and other doctors for physical concerns. Learning about the cervical approach made sense to me. Fast forward one year - I am no longer experiencing pain between my shoulders (20 years or more issue), no more shoulder pain (more than a 3 year issue - no injury to either area prior but had pain). No more low back pain “blowing out”. My treatment plan has ended as of today and I will continue on with maintenance because I am active. It took a year to realize that I needed time for corrections to be made after 65 years of life. I will continue because it has been so beneficial - maintaining this wellness program is in my top 5 things I will consistently engage in - clean eating/lifestyle, gut health, cervical chiro, targeted supplements and movement. The doctors at UCC looked at my x-ray and MRI and determined my sacrum was out of place, something two orthopedic doctors had not noticed. I called in severe pain, desperately needing an earlier appointment, and was told I could only be seen for 5 + hours. Despite my obvious distress, I was made to feel as though I should simply be grateful to be accommodated at all—this was especially frustrating as I had always been told I could call anytime if I needed additional adjustments. Unfortunately, after receiving two adjustments in three days, I remain in significant pain and unable to work. As someone who runs a business and values their time, I expected a greater level of care and understanding. Experiencia negativa: Not sure how many stars to give because I decided not to pursue what was likely to be a very expensive course of treatment. The staff was friendly and professional and the office and reception areas, very nice. However, the entire set up stank of high pressure sales. I would have happily paid the $240 they wanted upfront for imaging. IF I was certain of a thoughtful and cost conscious follow up. This is not the case: you apparently agree to a fee that will cover many many treatments and are required to pay for it all up front. The Dr who spoke to me never once mentioned my symptoms or discussed how the treatments might help me. He only discussed the scan they did in the office. I have a degree in Chemistry and I understand the basics of EM radiation; I’m not impressed by an IR spectrum. I would like to see how that science and this scan in particular will be applied to my issues, and what will happens if it doesn’t work, before I sign on the dotted line (and provide my credit card info)

Experiencia fantástica: I knocked my cervical spine out on Thursday by hitting my head. I could have gotten in on Friday but waited Monday. I was easily able to schedule my appointment on Sunday. My head pain got worse by Monday but after getting my cervical spine adjusted I rapidly got better. I even attended a yoga class two hours later. There is nothing to be afraid of as with other Chiropractors that twist and pop. They are very affordable and will work with you if you are struggling financially. They won't turn you away. It's a shame that this amazing service is not more readily used. Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Rochester are a treasure that we are fortunate enough to have here in Rochester.

Experiencia fantástica: Sadly, someone I know had a similar neck/spinal injury as I did. She took the surgery route and I took the Upper Cervical route. I trusted what the Doctor's told me because I did not want 3-5 surgeries over the next 2-3 years. That is what was being proposed, to me, by the surgeon. This past year I climbed a small mountain and have jet skied. My friend is headed in for her second surgery and cannot maintain a normal life. I am heart broken for her. I wish everyone would go to Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Rochester before undergoing back or neck surgery!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent doctors. I have been suffering from vertigo all summer long. 29 episodes over four months. In bed or on the couch for at least 4 hours each time. Then very lightheaded for days. I came for my biweekly adjustment shortly after a vertigo attack. Dr. Brian saw how out of adjustment my neck was and he worked his magic on my neck with no pain involved. I have been 14 days vertigo free! I suffer from Menieres’disease. I have a condition where I need special accommodations including several pillows under my legs to get my nervous system to calm down enough to do the exam and adjustment. All of the chiropractors have adapted how they do things and take all the time that is needed to give me a thorough exam and adjustment. Dr. Ed is especially passionate about teaching everyone around him the benefits of upper cervical care. I highly recommend getting the unique chiropractic care that you can get at this office and feel more educated about the importance of upper cervical adjustments since getting my chiropractic care here.

I've been to 16 different doctors, had too many tests to count, tried medications and suppliments, and nothing was really helping me recover. I started going to UCCR about 10 months ago and I've only seem improvement in my POTS symptoms. It's the only thing that I can truly verify that makes me feel better after each visit. If my POTS symptoms flare, I know after an adjustment at UCCR, I'll feel better in a day or two. It has been the one thing I can rely on during my recovery that continusally helps. I know for any other POTS patients out there, or long covid or ME/CFS and feel hopeless and feel like you've tried everything (I was at that place too with thousands and thousands of medical bills) - I gave this a shot and it truly was life changing. Experiencia negativa: Not the biggest fan of their business model. My first appointment I watched two 6 minute videos which were full of religious references to God. I didn’t think that had a place here. I also received a tour of the facility, took an x-ray and had to make a second appointment to come back. During my second appointment I had to watch a 28 minute video which was a little remedial and wait for a chiropractor to come in and review my x-ray. During the conversation I felt frustrated that he wasn’t linking my concern/reason for visit. I would have thought at any point in time someone would have bothered to look at my chart since it was literally in his hand. He then told me someone else would be in to review payment plans. When she came in, she explained that I would need about 9 months of care and it was going to cost over $2000. This felt like the biggest Ponzi scheme I have ever been in contact with.

Experiencia fantástica: Almost 7 years ago, I suffered an injury to my neck and back while competing in a rowing regatta in high school. This left me with debilitating symptoms, including almost constant pain, loss of temperature sensation in my extremities and more, which greatly impacted my quality of life. At one point, I had to consider postponing going to college due to these symptoms which coincided with one of the lowest points in my life. I truly consider it a blessing that I found UCCR and am happy to say that I have been under care now for almost 6 years. Since starting care, my quality of life as dramatically improved which has allowed me to maintain my health and pursue my goals including graduating from SU with a bachelor's degree in Television, Radio and Film. It was to a point that 2 years ago that my Dr.’s advised it was time take medical disability retirement from my teaching job of 25 years. That was devastating. I never considered myself as a candidate for long-term chiropractic care, but this practice intentionally educates their clients about upper cervical care from the start. Getting pressure off of your spine makes a difference. Chiropractic care that treats causes over symptoms means the body can start healing and then be strengthened for the future. I am still in the recovery phase of care, but there are have already been incredibly obvious changes in my day to day. Dr Ed and his staff go above and beyond what a typical establishment would do for their patients. I was immediately blow away by the professionalism and care that I was shown. They explained everything that they were going to do over the first two visits or so as well as taking images to know exactly what they were dealing with. I started seeing Dr Ed in late December as I had been struggling with shoulder pain for ~10 years from an injury I suffered in high school. Experiencia fantástica: My child and I have been seeing Dr. Ed and staff since either 2018 or 2019. My PCP at the time had referred me as I have degenerative discs in my neck at a young age. We were treated like family from the moment we walked in. This is not your typical “crack and snap” chiro. They are the first (and I think only?) provider with the imaging technology in this part of the Country if I remember correctly. So they’re able to SEE what’s happening as opposed to only feeling or measuring externally. Adjustments made are very precise, accurate, and gentle. They target exactly what needs to shift overtime. I have had many instances where I felt like I had a glass of wine or mental clarity instantly after being adjusted. You will not go anywhere else after coming to UCCR. They’ve also worked with me financially to be able to afford care. Dr. Ed does this to help everyone to be functioning at their very best. He is one of the most genuine people you’ll meet and so are his staff. Dr. Bhavik was also our absolute favorite. He would make sure my son would actually lay down in the resting room after adjustments while I was still being treated. There are always young children running around. It’s just a very comfortable, family oriented practice. Dr. Ed also used to have a bird named Palmer who would squawk as he recognized us and a few Asian box turtles and others. He even brings his German shepherd in from time to time (if you’re interested, check out his Instagram @sidecar.dog). I could clearly go on and on, but please see for yourself. I tell everyone I know about this office- even when I lived out of state. You will not be disappointed and it is absolutely worth the investment.
