Experiencia negativa: I've been getting treatment there for almost 3 years for 2 different services and feel the quality of treatment and scheduling is lacking this year. Top level therapists have left as well. The scheduling team is slow to keep pace with referral renewals to the point of missing out on treatments over the delay. They also show no appreciation for the patient waiting for several months to get a renewal and feel that waiting another 3 months is reasonable. At this point, the referral is most likely expiring and I'm lucky to get any treatment at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Listen, if you've ever hesitated to go to a chiropractor for ANY reason, just go see Dr. Garza - you will not regret it! I was treated by Dr. Garza at a different clinic from 2015-2018. I moved out of the area and never found another chiro I felt comfortable starting up with. My condition worsened more recently, and when my medical doctor made little effort to help, I googled Dr. Garza on a whim. I decided the commute is worth the quality treatment I knew I would recieve from her, and I have not been disappointed. I'm finally getting relief from my symptoms, there's a noticeable improvement in my quality of life, and I am starting to feel like myself again! I truly could not recommend Dr. Garza more, she is amazing!!

I have been to each doctor and I have found all the Doctors excellent! They really listen to why Im there. I always go out feeling better than when I came in. I have always been able to get in to see a doctor on the same day I call, when I really need it! This is so unusual compared to other Chiropractic offices I’ve been to over the years! At home I receive regular adjustments and "stretching" to stay healthy. Tacoma Chiropractic Health Connection offers these treatments and was able to see me the next day. Dr. Smith, Cameron and the team were very professional and provided the care I needed to continue my trip.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service. Incredible professionalism. Dr. Galvin has improved the quality of my life as well as my athletic performance. In my 20s and 30s I raced bicycles at a high amateur level. During a race I crashed and broke my scapula. I was prescribed chiropractic care and massage, and since the Health Connection was close to my house, I picked them. I did not anticipate what great service I would get! Dr. Eifford got me straightened up and back on the bike, and with my spine realigned better than it had ever been, I was training and racing faster after my crash than before. Fast forward a decade, and I was making a comeback to competitive cycling events. I started training again, and now in my 40s I was experiencing severe knee pain. I went back to the Health Connection, hoping for some help. What I got was much, much more! Dr. Galvin analyzed the symptoms quickly, and gave me a set of exercises to balance out my muscular system. Within weeks I was no longer feeling pain! But she did not stop there—with incredible dedication she has been able to help me see improvements in core strength and muscular balance that are making a huge difference in my cycling power output. I won’t go into boring technical details here, but basically, I’m stronger now than I was a decade ago, and despite being much older, I can ride longer and without soreness. I’m so incredibly pleased with the service, responsiveness of the front desk, and the occasional massage I have booked. To summarize: Team Chiropractic Health Connection has improved my daily life, my strength, and my competitive cycling performance. 10/10 would recommend!

It’s completely comfortable and I love having an intense workout without the pain or recovery time. EMsella is even easier. You just sit on a chair fully clothed while it works your pelvic floor. Experiencia negativa: I was late by 10mins because I went to the wrong Tacoma Chiropractor coincidentally sounds the same. They can't see me and asked to reschedule. It's an LNI appointment and this was a long awaited schedule and I live in Bremerton, drove for an hour in peak hour. They can't accommodate to my preferred timing as I work nights.

I have been a patient for about a year now and see Dr Miller, occasionally Dr Garza for adjustments and they are SO wonderful at what they do. And to my girls at the front desk, thank you for always being the sweetest and accommodating with scheduling, makes my busy life so much easier. The massage/acupuncture team is OUTSTANDING. They truly listen to your concerns regarding pain/problem areas and come up with a plan and communicate that with you. This facility is so well rounded and runs things so well. I'm very big on communication and I've never left wondering or confused about my treatment. I will always be a patient here!

Experiencia negativa: I can't rate my experience because I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and told that I could no longer have it and needed to reschedule. Be aware the clinic shares its parking lot with the other building occupants and will likely be full, resulting in your having to park and walk a few blocks, which may cause you to be late to your appointment. I will be advising my referring physician and now am even more weeks stagnated in finding a good practitioner. They may be good for their existing clients, but this was a terrible first impression. Edit: A 1-star review is not obscene. There was no one staffing the desk upon my arrival, and all my new patient paperwork was completed ahead of time. While you cannot control the parking situation, I cannot either, nor can I control for traffic, so, driving from my office in Puyallup, having to park and walk 4 blocks when I was to be treated for my mobility was not in my plan. An office with no grace affirms my decision not to reschedule with your clinic. I have found another practitioner who is more amenable to my needs and is in a more accessible office.

Dr. Eyford worked hard to develop a treatment plan, pivot when needed and made sure that we found a solution. It went so well and I have so much confidence in the skills and knowledge of the doctors in the office that I have continued to see him, including with new injuries. The staff and other doctors I’ve seen there have always been friendly, in chiropractic and massage and do what they can to get you seen quickly and follow the treatment plan that is developed for you. Every time I’ve called with an urgent need, they have seen me same day! I have had success and felt heard and understood, so much that I brought my husband and children to him.
