Experiencia fantástica: It is scary to figure it out on your own who can help you after a terrible car accident and who you can trust with your health. But, here’s my experience. One of the best chiropractors office I ever been. Both of the doctors that I have seen focus on healing full body using multiple difference ways, like laser treatment, massage, decompression table, exercises, adjustments and much more. Definitely I have seen improvement in my health, even though it’s only been two months. I do trust them and will continue referring people to their office as I have been. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia negativa: I had an unfortunate experience after an auto accident trying to receive massage services though this business. Their patient intake form is far too invasive beyond a normal intake form which I left the majority of blank and they require you to provide a drivers license and social security number in addition to your health insurance information. They require credit card information to be on file and required that I provide the card before the appointment and must give it over the phone or by email. When I informed them that sending card information by email should never be encouraged I was told their email was “secure” because the owners husband was in the military so he made sure it was secure which was not reassuring. When I was forced to provide card information over the phone the business did not seem to abide by any type of PCI compliance protocols. I was told that the state requires them to collect the social security number as a “medical facility” which is a lie. I have great concern over how my data is being collected and stored. When I arrived for my appointment I had to wait in my vehicle until I was sent a text message to come inside. I was not greeted at all, but was coldly told to sit in the lobby. When I was being taken to the massage room I was told to stand against the wall so that my photo could be taken which felt like a mugshot. The therapist held up an iPad in my face and took a photo. When I expressed being uncomfortable with the clinics process I was coldly told to complain to management and that the therapist was just “doing what she is told.” They already had my photo ID so there was no need for this. The entire process was uncomfortable and invasive. I was taken to the massage room and the therapist asked a few questions including how much pressure I wanted. I let her know that I have not really had a massage before so I didn’t know and she did not offer any follow up or suggestions for what might be best after an auto accident. During the massage she was moving my neck to the side and so I asked if I should try to be loose/relaxed to make it easier and was told, “I’m not going to tell you what to do with your body.” When she had me turn over I asked where I should put my arms and she dismissed my question and told me to put them wherever. If my arms were in the front or side or hanging it would have changed how my muscles would be massaged and she offered no help or seemed to care. At no point did she ask if the pressure was okay or if it was aggravating my injury. Afterward, she told me to get dressed and that I may leave. There was no after care instructions like drinking a lot of water, etc. There was no follow up about additional appointments or anything of that nature. My back hurt so bad the next two days that I had to take medication to relieve some of the pain.

My progress with them was slow and discouraging I often felt like I was wasting money because I wasn’t getting the kind of treatment or attention my body actually needed. At one point, I became so frustrated that I stopped treatment altogether and tried to just live with the pain, which was a mistake. When you’re in pain after a car accident, life already feels overwhelming and hard enough. The last thing you want is to feel like you’re not being listened to or cared for properly. That’s exactly why Finlayson Family Chiropractic has been such a blessing. I’ve been seeing this chiropractor for a few weeks now, but I wanted to wait before writing a review until I actually got to know them and see if this was the right fit for me. I can honestly say now that it absolutely is. From my very first appointment, I could tell this place was different. Instead of rushing into a generic adjustment like the other chiropractors I saw, the doctor here took the time to truly listen to me. They asked questions, understood my concerns, and designed a treatment plan that was tailored to what I personally needed. That personal care has made all the difference. I used to be nervous about going to a chiropractor because past visits elsewhere often left me feeling worse. Experiencia fantástica: I have had about 5 appointments so far. I had pain for 5 years from spondylosis that I just normalized. I had PT and felt some improvements but felt I needed a manual approach. I never had chiropractic care before. I was hesitant because there are some bad stories out there. I saw the reviews for Finlayson and gave it a try. I now have about 80% less severity and frequency of my pain. I hope it continues! The receptionist is very kind and efficient. The providers are brilliant. Nothing bad to say so far!

Other places I have gone to take over a week or 2 until the next available appointment! Experiencia fantástica: I just took my 8 week old son here for the first time, he was having some gas issues as well as holding his head and legs behind him in a c shape whenever we’d hold him. Dr. Chris was super nice and welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately, he explained everything and the appointment was super quick and my baby just laid there not even fazed by it. Immediately upon coming home he isn’t making the c shape, he is breastfeeding in one sitting instead of having to constantly take breaks to burp and he’s been pooping and farting with no issues. This was worth going and wish I would have came sooner.

Drinking plenty of water and using an ice pack. What a blessing. The staff and the Doctor were amazing. At first I didn't believe it was $ 29.00 they called me right away and I was contacted by support staff and the doctor to make my appointment.
