They will bend over backwards to accommodate appointment times and are responsive via text. The staff all know my schtick about how I like the paper on the head rest. They are always eager to make the paper just right for me. Dr. Gehrke is so gracious and patient. I had a lot of concerns and misguided suspicion about chiropractic care. He was very patient with me and built my trust over time to try new, more hands on adjustments. He is skilled at distracting me from maneuvers he knows are a cause of concern for me. I was assessed and educated on the importance of spinal health and all of the systems it can effect. I started on a 4 month gradually decreasing schedule of adjustments based on my specific needs. After each session, I began to feel better and better. After my initial 4 month treatment plan, I was re-assessed and the test showed improvement. I now continue to go for routine adjustments for maintenance. The receptionists are friendly and professional. The doctors (mine are Dr. Hunt and Dr. Gerke) are amazing! They greeted everyone by name, and even knew my name though it was my first time there. I haven't been to enough visits to speak on the adjustments, but I am looking forward to seeing improvements in my neck and shoulders after a recent car accident. I really was hoping to have my neck cracked (I know that's scary to some) but I am having daily headaches that are coming from tension at the base of my skull. I know one good crack will relieve that pressure, even though it may be only temporary. I guess for now I will have to trust and be patient to see if the adjuster tool will work for me over time. After reading other reviews I'm confident that it will.
