I’ve had 3 sessions so far and I am already starting to see improvement with the shoulder injury that brought me here. Experiencia fantástica: I arrived at therapy unable to move my left arm, and I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. The pain was terrible when I lifted my arm or made certain movements. I did 12 therapy sessions, and now I have almost full movement. I'm very close to being 100% recovered, and I'm super happy because I can now put on my pants, wash my right armpit, sleep on my left side, etc. I have to say that they are excellent therapists and a great team; I wholeheartedly recommend them. I hope none of them are forgotten. Experiencia fantástica: Injury : Broken Fibula, Dislocated Tibia from Talus, Damage to Syndesmotic Ligaments. I received 2 surgery's to repair my injury. After 2 months of non weight bearing on my right foot I started SLOWLY with at home Physical Therapy. Once I was able to drive I was scheduled to start Physical Therapy at Physical One in Plantation, Florida. Best thing that could have happened for my recovery! Dr. Amit must know the secret to a successful business. You have to build the foundation and mission statement, then you must hire the right STAFF to execute that vision. The staff at Physical One is amazing! They have made this experience comfortable and effective. I am gaining strength, flexibility, and confidence! I cant thank Angie, Elizabeth, Chris, Sebastian, and Travis enough. They all bring their own unique touch while executing the same overall mission, and that mission is for you to become better, stronger, and more confident than you were even before your injury! Experiencia fantástica: Recently I underwent a right shoulder arthroscopy to repair rotator cuff tear. My upper extremity was immobilized with a sling for six weeks. I developed significant loose of range of motion associated with shoulder pain. I was fortunate to start physiotherapy at “Physical one” therapy center. Dr Colette Amit provided me with the most comprehensive systemic approach , working on my shoulder within few sessions my shoulder got great improvement in range of motion and most of my shoulder pain subsided. Experiencia fantástica: Can’t recommend enough. When I first found Physical One, I couldn’t bend my leg past 30 degrees and was on crutches due to two invasive knee surgeries. My surgeon was sure I was going to need a third procedure to regain normal flexion. In just ONE month, I was walking normally and regained my flexion to 140 degrees. Now I’m making remarkable progress in regaining balance and strength (this was after not being able to use my leg for 4 months). Dr. Colette, Angie, Liz, Sebastian— and even the PT techs, Inbal and Chris, are responsible for my speedy recovery. They are extremely knowledgable, patient, professional yet warm, and dedicated to your recovery. Even the front desk staff is 10/10, always smiling and ready to help.

I couldn't have been more wrong. Currently we have worked thru from the pains of "maturing" to today, where I am feeling great and healing. Today I don’t need any assistance walking and now I am learning how to go up the stairs thanks to the great physical therapist at this location. They were able to address my issue so that I can sleep without waking from pain or major discomfort. They give you the exercise and stretching techniques that will improve your whole body and strive to teach you the proper way to do them and what they do. They use one on one sessions which gets you the maximum benefit. They are good at encouraging you so that you can keep going and get productive sessions. I was able to setup appointment times that were convenient for me, and they would get me in one time. I am confident that I can continue doing the exercises and stretches they have taught me to improve even further. I give them my highest recommendations.

I had a knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus which required PT to accelerate the healing. There are no words to describe the attention, expertise and the support that I received at PhysicalOne, but "Exceptional".

The owner is always attentive to everyone and will ask questions about how one feels. Experiencia fantástica: I had full hip replacement two weeks ago today. I started here two days post surgery. I am no longer using a walker and almost no cane! Colette and her staff are amazing! The place is clean, it's run beyond efficiently. The staff always have eyes on you no matter what station you're at. I have been to other therapy places before. This is far superior to any other. Experiencia fantástica: I arrived at Physical One with 10/10 level of Sciatica pain yesterday. Within two treatments my pain level has subsided considerably. Along with targeted treatment, I learned how to manage my pain and treat on my own at home the right way. Post therapy I got the first good night sleep in nearly two weeks! I was quite apprehensive in the beginning but now know not to waste a minute when I have a flare up, and go right in for a treatment immediately. Experiencia fantástica: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have now had 4 treatments as an effort to avoid back of the neck surgery. First, let's start with the experience of coming in to the practice. You will be greeted by two very lovely people at the reception area. Expect to be referred to as ma'am or sir - in South Florida, this is a rarity. Every physical therapist will treat you kindly, gently, politely. Dr. Amit is incredibly engaged with each patient. On Mondays the therapists have a group meeting to discuss every patient's care for the week. Talk about organization skills. Today I went in in absolute agony. I left after some incredible mechanisms of treatment that helped alleviate much of the discomfort. The therapist today who took my vitals when I came in, knew what the treatment options were for me two days ago, even though she wasn't my therapist. This means they are engaged. They work as a team. They love their job. The health care treatments here are not what you may be used to in South Florida, but rather what you would expect in the south like Georgia. You're treated as a person, not a number. This type of care and individual treatment plan is really unique to this practice. I wholeheartedly do not believe any other practice offers this type of care. I have a while to go, but I do believe I will be able to avoid an invasive back-of-the neck surgery (somehow cutting me up via the front of my neck to conduct spinal injury is not what I'd like to go through). Dr. Amit and her dedicated therapists and staff are AMAZING! Truly. I wish any of you reading this review best of health.

From the scheduling department, the evaluation on my pain with Dr Colette, therapists, everyone at PhysicalOne is amazing! They assist and work with you, not only to relieve your pain, but they work on your full body wellness. I know I have a little more to go to recover, but thank you to everybody at PhysicalOne specially Dr. Colette, Elizabeth and Marcus for this jump start on the road to my elbow recovery!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff! I have a degenerative cervical disc disorder. 3 herniated discs with some bone spurs (osteophytes?). I was in constant pain, with numbness, making it very difficult to work. The doctors there have provided me with a way forward. My goal is to avoid surgery as long as possible while being able to work and enjoy my life. I really didn’t believe PT would be able to help me. It absolutely has. After trying to be consistent with advice, posture, and stretches- the difference is huge. For those going through something similar- I can now sleep most nights, and you know what a big deal that is. I assume I will eventually have to have surgery, with a degenerative condition, but I can now type without pain. I don’t think I realized the stress the pain was causing me, until I was forced to address it. I don’t often leave written reviews because even if I’m happy with service, I still feel like five stars is ‘you did the job I paid for very well’. I’m leaving this because I believe they went beyond that. Within the last few weeks, my pain and discomfort has been reduced by at least 60%. It’s annoying. I have to pay attention to how I sit, stand, and hold my head pretty consistently. I’ve changed my work set up so that I am more ergonomic. Learning how to sit and stand correctly in your 50’s is difficult- but, it really has made a huge difference. The staff is attentive and very compassionate/kind. The Doctors (Cara, Ally, Joseph really everyone- and sorry for any misspellings!) are rock stars. Remember that they have spent at least 6 years to get that doctorate, and decided not to just go for an MBA, because they want to help people. I might not enjoy doing some of the exercises, but I do feel that they really care about me and my health/ safety. They will explain the purpose of the exercise, muscle groups targeted, etc..When I have been there, they have always had two doctors on staff with several aides. They are very conscious of wiping down surfaces, being sanitary, and safety for clients. They seem to have a very good work dynamic- without a lot of ego issues. If one doctor has something extra to attend to, the other steps in to oversee their patients. The only issues I have had are with the app for daily exercises (even with this, when I put concerns or help needed in notes, Dr Cara called me to walk through it). The app unfortunately has been making me type in my full email and password each time (won’t let me sign in with facial recognition, despite me approving it). The App also seems to change operations repeatedly. I deal with these things a lot with my job, so I know it is an app issue. They might be rolling through a bunch of updates right now effecting my experience , but that’s annoying for people in pain and a lot of older people who need PT, or people like me who want to put their check mark next to an exercise- so I want to make sure it’s noted (and feel free to forward my complaints/ concerns to the developer. I am also on an iPhone, which can be a factor). It’s expensive for me with my insurance and a high deductible ($150 a session), but such is life- most professionals cost more and you just leave annoyed (like accountants and lawyers). These people massage my neck before I leave, so that gives them bonus points! I was seriously devastated by my pain and prognosis. We have a small business, and me not being able to do my job was terrifying- it’s me, my family and friends livelihood (and joy). I’m sure I’m not very appreciative at 8 or 9 in the morning, but to any staff that reads this way too long post- you really make a difference in peoples lives! I thank you. To the owner- you have some incredible people working for you! The mix of personalities is perfect. After my first visit, every staff member addressed me by name. Any questions I have had, were answered and/ or addressed. You really have an amazing team!

They're extremely knowledgeable, make you feel like you're part of their family & have great tools to help you succeed! You will not experience this at other facilities. Trust me, I've been to many. TRY PHYSICAL ONE 1st... you won't go anywhere else.

But after just one session, I am feeling so much better. The at home routines provided through the app are super helpful as well. They really are detailed in the initial exam and put together an excellent plan!

It was the first time I had been to PT where I felt I was thoroughly examined and a proper understanding of the source of my chronic pain was addressed, some immediate relief was provided through stretches and ice massages, and I left there feeling more than confident in the plan they set forth and with the tools to continue the process at home on my own between appointments. After having been to a number of physical therapists over the years, I can say with full confidence that I highly recommend their services!

It is one of the cleanest centers that I have been to without counting the quality of the exercises, they have an app so that I can do the exercises at home that before they always gave me a piece of paper. the costumer service is on another level and Dr. Colette, who is always there, cares about your speedy healing. I recommend this center with your eyes closed so that you come to heal from your pains

I always felt like I got the attention that I wanted and needed as an individual. After 6 weeks of their wonderful therapy I am practically pain free with no shots. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very professional. What a great facility.

But I had numbness in my left hand, which I found out stems from my neck and having the wrong posture sitting in front of a computer all day. Who knew? Well, they did. The whole staff is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. They are an amazing mix of people. They operate as a team and not only do they work hard to alleviate the discomfort and pain you are experiencing, but they give you the tools you can use going forward to have a strong foundation. Experiencia fantástica: Orginally I choose Physical One because the proximity to my house. After reading what that had to offer I sent a request for an appointment. I got a response the next day. The staff have all been so kind and professional. Love the fact I have all my exercises for my plan on the app. Chronic back pain suffer starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Finally happy to have a team that will listen to my concerns and help me correct the years of misalignment and weaked muscles. Definitely recommend! Best treatment.

One week before flying to Las Vegas to run my 1st. full marathon I woke up to an excruciating pain in my neck, it was a Friday, I tried to contact recommended doctors, but they were all very busy and booked. I had met Dr. Colette at business Networking and I contacted her, she called back and arranged to squeeze me into her schedule. I was afraid that I would be told to call off the marathon, but she never said never. She listened to me, I told her what could be the cause of it, and she explained what was happening and what the recovery plan could be. We schedule daily sessions until the date I had to travel. Ally and all the team knew about my case and were very supportive. I was well enough to travel (cancelled flight, stress and flight connexions for more than 24 hrs), finish a full marathon and even got to enjoy Vegas life for the first time. Physical One saved my 1st. Full Marathon! Plus the personnel is friendly, knowledgeable, the place is clean and welcoming. They took my insurance which is great! and I didn't need a referral from my family doctor, that accelerated the process. Thank you Physical One team! You rock!

Experiencia fantástica: I came into Physical One 4 weeks ago with extreme pain in both of my shoulders. My pain was so bad that I couldn't sleep more than 4 hours each night and was constantly waking up to excruciating pain. Colette introduced me to the program on my first visit and has been kind, genuine, and supportive throughout the process. On my first visit, I learned that my shoulder pain was being caused by shoulder impinge syndrome in BOTH shoulders. I have gained priceless incredible knowledge and education. I have learned simple things like correct posture for sitting and to keep my thumbs up when extending my arms. I have also learned more complex things like stretches such as the downward dog stretch and , my go-to, the pendulum stretch. The staff at Physical One has made this experience genuinely enjoyable and I look forward to my visits. Liz has been so positive, supportive, and caring. Meanwhile, Jonathan and Marcus have been so much fun to joke around with and learn from. Even the front desk staff are kind, receptive, and patient. With the guidance and education that I have received from Physical One, I am now able to sleep continuously through a night WITHOUT being woken up by pain. I went in for a painful shoulder pinched nerve and doctor Cara took the time to listen and do an assessment of other pains from car accidents that I have. They took the time to liste and to actually treat me. I went home feeling better and hopeful to get better. My brother has been coming here for years and says is the best therapy center that he has ever been to because they know what they are doing. Six stars for these healing place!
