Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment for a person over 65. Instead of noting this on their appointment tool, they told us this in a call. Not very professional. Add-On Not the phone call is unprofessional and you knew that. It's unprofessional to not mention the age limitation of your praxis. And then calling only 15 minutes prior to the appointment. I know it was a short appointment, but you allowed that.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m in town on vacation and Dr. Sierra was able to get me on his schedule on a Saturday! I wouldn’t have gone if I could wait 3 more days but pain stinks! Dr. Sierra is very patient, friendly, and wants to heal your pain. He took at least 30 minutes, made several adjustments and a method of traction on my hips that was new for me. He has newer equipment and listens to you as a patient. He is an excellent chiropractor, highly recommended!!

Cathy at the front desk made up some excuse, but this Doctor actually DISCRIMINATES. I believe it was because of my appearance, but they claimed they refuse to see "Senior Citizens".

Experiencia fantástica: I was cutting branches in my backyard and I fell and hurt my back. I immediately felt pain from lower back radiating to my left leg. My wife recommended this place and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. It was my first time going to a chiropractor and they took an X-ray and adjusted my lower back. The chiropractor explained my x ray results and explained that I had a pinched a nerve and needed no surgery and told me take it easy and within a week I was back to normal. I highly recommend this place for anyone with back pain.

Experiencia fantástica: So, I had the most excruciating pain running down the left side of my neck through my clavicle that was getting worse every day. I honestly thought I had a fracture in my bone, and just didn’t know what to do. It started about 3 months prior and I thought the pain would eventually work itself out and just kind of heal on its own, but it did not! It was just getting worse! I figured I would try out a chiropractor. I’ve never been to one before, and really had no idea what to expect. I didn’t even know if this was the kind of professional help that I needed for my pain. So I started googling different offices around me and that’s how I came across PSC. They had so many great reviews and now I know why. The staff there is absolutely amazing. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I reached out over the phone. I first talked to Shawndra (Sorry Spelling) and she got me booked the very next day. When I got to the office I never felt uncomfortable, they’re so nice. Cassie is great also. I went in and they took pictures to map out my alignment. It was super quick, then we took some x-rays and I met with Dr. Rafael Sierra. He explained to me that this was something that he sees every day and that he would be able to help. Let me tell you, HE HELPED! My pain scale was a 9 out of 10, and today, a couple of weeks later, the pain is almost 100% gone. He explained how the misalignment of my spine was causing all of the pain. After the adjustment he gave me multiple ways to work on it at home. He also did multiple adjustments within the past couple of weeks that really have shown major improvements. I highly recommend PowerSource Chiropractic and will continue to use them as needed. Don’t stay in pain! They can help.

Thirty minutes from my call, I was in the office working with the professional and friendly staff who recognized that I was new and immediately welcomed me using my last name. Dr. Sierra and I discussed my condition, he took x-rays, and he gave me an adjustment. I walked out of the office 45 minutes later a new man and a loyal patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I came after much hesitation because I was always scared of what commercial videos shown of chiropractor doing to people... But I had a pain in the back and shoulder that was bothering me for years... The doctors were very friendly, explain everything they saw on my X-ray, gave me son tools to do exercises at home and started going three times per week. After the 4th session I started to feel the improvement in the back. It was initially so bad that doing some pressure on the point in the back and moving the shoulder would make my neck hurt... I have already 1,5 months in therapy and doing everyday the exercises and the back pain is gone, the neck and shoulder pain is very mild now. This is the only chiropractor I have gone in my life, but for the improvements I have felt so far, and for the friendlessness of the doctors and the personnel in the practice, I can recommend it entirely. They don't work with insurances but they can do the reports so you can do the claim for reimbursement.

Experiencia negativa: I attempted to be a new patient. I called, was told PowerSource does not take insurance at all, but was told the price and I agreed that was reasonable. I made an appointment. When I walked in I was asked if I was on Medicare (the answer was yes) and was told the doctor could not see Medicare patients or he would lose his license. Why? I don't know. I respect that he is following this silly law, but my concern is with the person who made my appointment. She clearly knew enough to tell me they wouldn't accept insurance, but why didn't she also tell me they couldn't see me if I had Medicare? Other reviews make it sound like the guy is good, but beware of what else they might not tell you.

My daughter got treated by Dr. Rafael Sierra and he was amazing. She got instant relief from the adjustment. He took x-rays and discussed the findings and treatment for prevention. Dr. Rafael is very knowledgeable, patient and overall just fantastic. He has a great team, you get appointments quick, and are in and out very quick. Would really recommend him and his team.

From the moment you walk in you are treated as if you’ve been a client for years. Shonda literally greeted me by first name as soon as i walked in. Seems like something small but it really made a difference for me. They are so personable. My boyfriend and I are in our early 30s with ailments that usually result in being told “welcome to 30”. At this point I’ve probably had 14 adjustments and my lower back feels AMAZING! I used to crack it multiple times a night, every night. Now I crack it like twice a week. No seriously, I had to think of the last time I cracked it. My boyfriend is a hot mess and he feels a difference too. Experiencia fantástica: I am from Minnesota and only here for three months. I needed an adjustment so I went to another chiropractor. She did some adjusting but told me I wasn't relaxing my head enough so she wouldn't finish the adjustment. She still charged me full price and I left still in pain. I got an appointment for later that day with Dr. Rafael. By the time I got there, I was crying. He said, "You are going to be okay. You are here now and we are going to take care of.you and get you better." Dr. Rafael did an adjustment, gave me some stretches to do, and had me come back later in the week.
