Dr. Pamela was so great, she have me so much knowledge on things I had no idea about and she explained the importance of how this is so important for our bodies especially what we do on our jobs. When I tell you, I walked in there on a 10 pain level. I walked out of there on a zero pain level, my body feels so much looser like this is my first time getting adjusted and she was just so amazing!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I used to go to snap crack but i jumped ship to joint for a variety of reasons. Today Richard helped me out & his customer service went above & beyond. I’m traveling so i had to temporarily cancel my membership, & i was so worried the joint would make it super complicated to do on purpose (that’s what snap crack did). But no, Richard stayed on the phone, patient & accommodating & helped me do the form in under a minute & i was able to easily cancel. I’ll rejoin probably in a few months again when im near a location, but today reminded me that the joint’s flexibility for every lifestyle is what keeps me coming back. And Richard, of course, for otherwise making stressful situation a breeze.

Experiencia negativa: First of: Mylle & Dr Pam are AMAZING ladies great customer service. They are the ONLY reason I would come back. BUT unfortunately I had to cancel within my first week because of a car accident.. JoAnn did not want to be helpful and very condescending. I had to stand firm to be able to cancel or help me properly. You guys need to retrain her on customer service and empathy or find someone else to manage. (JOANN THE MANAGER)

Experiencia negativa: Each time there a good chiro, that person will soon be gone because this place is about selling membership not healing. Management does not understand that there is relationship that takes place between the Dr and the patient. The business model only focuses on the number of memberships the doctor on site can sell. I used to go the sawgrass location and in a short amount of time, the place has gone through 5 different Chiros. Then I started going to plantation, and found Dr. Jackson that was really good, he is now gone too and his replacement (sorry to say) is not good at all. That person will soon be gone too. The joint does not care about your well being and your progress, the joint cares about getting you to sign that membership and good reviews.

Experiencia negativa: I came here about 2 weeks ago for a pain in my back. I wasn’t expecting for them to be able to get rid of it right away- but just looking for some relief and then to continue going back for long term effect. I should’ve never came here. The woman who cracked me really messed up my leg and it still hurts. She was doing the crack on me where they twist, to crack your spine. Well I wasn’t even fully situated before she went ahead and pushed her knee on my leg and twisted me. All she did was pull the whole side of my leg and didn’t twist my spine- I’m still having issues from it. On top of that, when I was laying down for her to crack my mid back, she barely put pressure on me at all, just the table adjusted. The only good adjustment I had here was my neck. I will never be coming back

Experiencia negativa: I arrived 10 minutes earlier for my appointment as a new patient, and after waiting for 15 minutes the doctor mentioned she preferred to take the other patient she had and that she wasn’t sure she wanted to treat me at all. It was a complete disregard of my time. I felt insulted and honestly very mistreated. My suggestion to anyone looking for help is to go someplace else. Their AC wasn’t even working. Waste of my time.

Shout out to the Plantation location, Dr. Alexa is the best, (I literally will follow her to whatever location she's working.) Consistency is key and the body responds to similar if not same treatment. Shoutout to Aniyah, for her knowledge and ability to answer questions about my wellness plan. A lot of people don't know to ask about their wellness plans and updates.
