I was having severe pain at my right neck and shoulder due to a pinched nerve. It prevented me from sleeping at night. Upon meeting Dr. Streng, I was given a thorough evaluation and he proceeded to adjust my neck. Immediately afterwards, I felt a complete relief at my neck. I could actually move my neck without any pain. By the third visit, I was completely pain free. Dr. Streng has helped me regain optimal sleep at night. 3 months ago Negative experience: The Chiropractor asked what was bothering me, I told him low back and left SI joint he started feeling my neck. I reminded him low back he said he needed to check my overall. Im ok with the overall but my low back is the reason start there, because that's the reason for the visit and I was in pain. He invited me to leave and I did. Worst Chiropractor care in my entire life and I've been to them all over the World.

5 months ago Fantastic experience: I’m so glad Dr. Keysar is back. He knows my trigger points and really helps me with my neck, back and horrible migraines. Overall though, everyone is nice. Dr. VanCleave took care of me today and she was great. At first, I was in tears from the pain. My neck was really bad, causing a nauseating migraine. Then, I was in tears from the relief after she adjusted me. Everything was back in its place. Such a relief just a couple hours later. Thank God!

From Eyvonne at the front desk being super friendly and informative, to Dr. Jeffrey making the experience easy and comfortable. I left feeling a lot better than when I came in. The money is no question, affordable but even if they charged more their experience would be worth it. Recommend this location 10/10.

1 year ago Negative experience: This was my 1st time coming to this location in Las Vegas. Sadly it had a little odor to the location (like a wet doggie smell) but I needed a session today. I was excited to get taken care of today on Sunday even though it was a busy day. But when it was my turn Dr.Cox did not wipe down area or change the face paper. And to top things off I came my friend who was next in line but 2 people was placed in front of her… Then Dr. Cox asked us to share the same table?! Are you for real? Never again! Made me feel like I was too melanin to be at this location… What a disappointment! I will not be returning to this location. The front desk customer service was good.

1 year ago Negative experience: Appreciated the service but definitely a different experience from the location on S. Rainbow. South Rainbow gave consideration and catered to military and veterans. They showed me the military discount plans and advised accordingly. Me and my friend definitely appreciated it. And will unfortunately take our business back to S. Rainbow.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: First session was such an infomation load and very pleasant experience that I signed up for the membership. Day after I was standing taller. sleep? I haven't had a full rest in over 7yrs do to shoulder issues. Well, I've been sleeping BETTER than a baby. Now I have yet another reason to rush Fridays. My initial evaluation and adjustment took about an hour so I felt like I was in and out. No appointment needed so this place is very convenient. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: As a performer on the Las Vegas strip, my body gets thrown through the ringer. If it wasn't for Dr. Smith and his weekly adjustments my career would have been cut short. He keeps me going. No, it's not a cure all but you'd be surprise how many pains you deal with day to day that are due to one joint being out of place. I HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING ADJUSTMENTS REGULARLY!!!

2 years ago Negative experience: I have being going to the joint for about 2 years. This was by far the worst experience. I will never go back to this location. Dr. Kamus and Dr. Hamin were 2 of the most unfriendly chiropractors I’ve ever encountered. No customer service skills at all. Adjustment was just ok. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location!

2 years ago Negative experience: I would like to share with you the rude experience I had one of your locations. I called your location on Sunset in Henderson Nevada. During the call no one said anything about what you can and cant treat. I was told to come in about noon. So I went to this location with my son and my wife. My son was the one who was there to be seen for using your $29 consult and adjustment. Upon arrival I checked in with the lady at the front desk. I told her my son was the one being seen. She asked what his issue was. I told her he is having some back pain from a car accident. She said “oh i wish i told you that on the phone. Its ILLEGAL for us to treat any one with an injury” She said I think its on our web site also. I told her I looked and its not on there. She said yeah it illegal for us to treat him. I has what law they where breaking by treating him. She could not answer it. She said our sister clinic can treat him if you would like. I asked is that the same clinic with a $500 retainer. She stood quiet and said sorry. My son was already seen by a medical doctor in the ER at a local hospital. The ER doctor is the one that suggested seeing a chiropractor to help with the pain. All im trying to do is get him some relief with out using pain meds. I would be going through auto insurance but the person that hit the car my son was in is self insured and the claims adjuster wants final bills before they pay for anything. If you cant treat auto accidents you need to list it on your web site. I will also be filing a complaint with the local health district, the Better Business Bureau as well as reviews on Google and Yelp.

My name is Dr. Jeff Keysar, DC, and I'm the senior clinic director at The Joint Chiropractic Henderson Sunset. I was not in the clinic on the day you came in with your son, but I want to take a moment to address your experience as you've described above.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the miscommunication between you and our front desk person. The person working that day is relatively new to the company and is not fully trained yet on the less frequent types of patient encounters we see on a daily basis, such as yours. It is not illegal for us to treat patients who have been in car accidents; however, it is the general practice of The Joint not to accept car accident or workers compensation cases where a third party payer is involved. Also, in many cases, patients who have been in a car accident often require more than just chiropractic adjustments as part of their rehab journey. This is the only type of treatment The Joint provides, as we do not perform physiotherapy of any kind, and in some cases, we may even refer non-accident cases out if we feel their care requires more therapy options than we can offer. And while the ER doctor may have recommended chiropractic care, this does not mean your son's case is required to be accepted at any chiropractic office. There are also non-franchise, private practice clinics who simply choose not to accept personal injury cases for various reasons, so whether or not your son would receive treatment would depend on where he chose to seek treatment.
Again, I apologize for having an experience less than you expected during your visit. If your son is still in need of care, please feel free to contact the office and I can provide the names of highly rated clinics nearby who will be able to provide care to your son.
