Negative experience: Felt like I was just a number in line going through same types of treatments of everyone. Nothing was specialized toward my injury. I went twice and never went back. I have experienced other physical therapist, places in town and they were great. This one was picked by my insurance.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapist’s are knowledgeable and helpful. After my shoulder surgery they have slowly worked me from moving my shoulder around to now building up my strength in my arm, shoulder and back. I look forward to the remainder of my training with ATI!

Fantastic experience: ATI St. Rose ultimately delivered an excellent hand therapy experience after carpal tunnel surgery, thanks entirely to occupational therapist Sarah and her colleagues Jonathan and Celine. The only reason this is a five-star review is because of their care, skill, and professionalism once in the clinic. The initial contact through the scheduling call service was disappointing: the interaction felt cold and short-tempered, and being told it would be about two months before an opening sent me searching elsewhere. However, because of the shortage of occupational therapists who specialize in adult hand therapy, my search ended unsuccessfully and I got a call from ATI St Rose about an opening Taking the ATI St Rose appointment turned out to be the best decision. Sarah is a very talented and passionate Doctor of Occupational Therapy who clearly cares about her patients and their outcomes. In each session, she and the team gave me focused time and attention, with in-clinic exercises that were thoughtfully different from the printed home exercise program so I always felt challenged but supported. Throughout my treatment, I felt genuinely cared for and consistently saw improvement in my hand function and comfort. If you need a hand specialist / Doctor of Occupational Therapy, I HIGHLY recommend Sarah and the team at ATI St. Rose.

Fantastic experience: I'm so very happy with the care I received ATI Physical Therapy on St. Rose Parkway. My Occupational Therapist, Sarah T., was kind, well informed and really cared about our well being and recovery. Sarah made sure to challenge and educate me throughout my entire treatment. She and Jonathan created an upbeat and positive environment, which says a lot for a place where patients are not always feeling their best. I highly recommend this place and while I'm glad my treatment is over, I'll miss going.

Negative experience: It truly was a terrible first appointment. I’m beginning this journey with my daughter, who was born without a right hand. Finding adequate help has been incredibly difficult, but the few professionals we’ve connected with so far have been tremendously supportive. Recently, we were advised to begin occupational therapy to help Jayli understand how her robotic hand works and how to control its strength and movement. Unfortunately, our experience with the occupational therapist was extremely disappointing. The therapist asked my 13-year-old daughter several unnecessary and inappropriate questions. Jayli is already struggling emotionally as she adjusts to using her new hand, and the therapist’s approach only made things worse. What upset me most was when the therapist told my daughter that she didn’t need therapy and that she was “fine just the way she was.” I was in disbelief. As her mother, I’ve discussed every possible outcome with Jayli, and the decision to pursue therapy was one we made together. It was not the therapist’s place to dismiss that choice. Leaving that appointment was an awful experience. I will never return to that facility. I sincerely hope that the therapist seeks further education and training especially in how to communicate with patients compassionately and respectfully. In situations like ours, empathy and understanding are essential, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during our visit.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern, I am disputing the payment amount of $110.00 due to lack of service I was provided at the St.Rose location. I have went there a total of 2 times due to the recommendation of my primary care physician. The initial appointment I met with therapist Taylor who asked me about a total of 3 questions. It was something along the lines of “Why are we here today? What happened? and When are you free? You have either 10 or 12 sessions covered” In that same session he read my chart and I explained the lack of range of motion and the decrease in quality of life due to it. He then asked for days to schedule appointments I advised I will do 2 to see how it goes. We scheduled them and he said okay we will see you next week. I don’t know if that’s standard practice but it seemed a little odd to me to waste an appointment for a total of about 20 minutes and 3 questions. Moving forward to the scheduled visit: I walked in and the woman at the front desk advised me to sign in and head to the back. I told her which back it’s my first time sorry I don’t know where that is. she said it’s okay i’ll show you (Taylor from my first visit was sitting in the area right next to the fro t desk on his cell phone with no greeting or recognition). I signed in and she walked me over to the stationary bike and said okay you can start here for 10 minutes I interjected and asked what happens after ? as again this is my first time here. The very kind physical therapist with braids and gold chains who was very helpful and kind answered we have you down here I will help you after. Now I understand that therapist have a job however I explained to Taylor in my initial visit that I barely have any range of motion, so as a former athlete and previous sports medicine major, I would not just enter a patients diagnosis into an exercise generator sometimes we need to fit the person to the exercises. Due to the lack of service and attention to detail of what I needed I got frustrated and decided to leave the session. Not that I expected a call however, there was no follow up from anyone that day or the days after not even the day or prior day of the following scheduled visit. If someone would please be so kind to share this message with a member of leadership and reach out to me at your earliest convenience. As a manager of a very popular business, I would be grateful for a follow up.

Positive experience: It seems like the St rose facility is understaffed. sometimes it takes a few minutes to get to the next exercise because the staff is working with other patients at the same time. Otherwise, they have great customer service. They know the right therapy to treat the patient’s complaints.

Negative experience: Two of the assistants kept on asking me to pay, even though my insurance told them she was not supposed to pay

Positive experience: Professional, polite staff. I only had 2 visits and decided that chiropractic/massage therapy was a better route.

Negative experience: I was just told it that was policy to charge people more than copay. It’s my policy to not be strong armed. I pay the copay, you bill the insurance, whatever they don’t pay I pay. That’s how it works right? Did I miss the memo that said contracts don’t matter if you can charge more? When did money become the first and highest priority in health care?

Fantastic experience: The PT’s at ATI Physical Therapy have been kind, motivating, and assessed my condition thoroughly. I am making good progress as a result of my treatment.

Negative experience: After waiting 45 minutes on the phone, I was number 16, I spoke briefly with someone they put me on hold and then hung up. Terrible terrible terrible. I’ll be looking for another physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: Helpful, friendly, efficient, they know what they are doing, careful not to hurt you. Done this several times. The area that wasn’t working is always much better after my sessions are finished. It really helps if you DO the exercises at home as well.

Fantastic experience: The people at the St Rose location have been awesome. They started my journey with me in October when I had my first knee replacement. I wanted to continue the journey with them when my other knee was replaced in February. They have all been supportive and encouraging throughout it all. It's nice to know that people know my name and love to laugh with me as I progress toward my end result. Hats off to this wonderful, caring staff. I'll miss them when my journey comes to an end next month.

Negative experience: I don’t understand the great reviews…My experience has been far from positive. What should be a 45-60 minute appointment is 25 minutes of me doing a few stretches. Something I can get from Google or a YouTube video. Waste of time and a co-pay. I do not recommend the St. Rose location.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this ATI at St Rose Parkway for over four months for treatment on my shoulder after a shoulder replacement that had complications. I felt the physical therapists were superior, especially Ryan, who iwas my physical therapist most of the time. He worked hard with me and prepared a program based on my abilities, and sometimes pushed me at times, which I needed. He also did manipulation that relieved my pain. Taylor also was excellent, but I only had him a few times. The therapists are above excellent! The PTA’s Excellent too. Jonathan, my comedic therapist, helped my time go by. IHe was funny and so good. He constantly corrected me on things I was doing improperly. He made me laugh at times, and was serious at other times Then there was Bianca, who was also excellent. What I want to say to Bianca is congratulations on NCLEX. What an accomplishment. You were very helpful to me too and very kind. I want to thank everybody for all the hard work that you did on me and let them all know that I love each and every one of them. I would have no hesitation coming back to ATI at this location. I can’t praise you guys high enough! Thank you for all you have done for me and I will probably see you again soon after more surgery. You all did a wonderful job.

Fantastic experience: December 2024 Went to the facility on St Rose & couldn't be more pleased ☆ All of the Physical Therapist's are excellent! They are kind, caring, knowledgeable, listen, gentle AND pay attention ♡☆ The Front-desk is wonderful ♡☆ When I started going towards the end of November 2024, I was in alota pain w/ my Left Shoulder & the pain radiated down my arm, it woke me up in the night, I was limited in things that I could do & yes I cried often. ... NOW, I am so much better ☆ I don't have anywhere near the pain, it doesn't radiate down my arm, it doesn't wake me up in the night & no, I no longer cry.☆ I have a home routine too that I follow ☆ I am very grateful for the care that I received ♡☆ The facility is always clean, well lit & easy to get around. ☆ If you need PT. ... I recommend this place ♡☆

Fantastic experience: The staff are super friendly and like to make jokes ! It almost feels like I’m not at physical therapy until I have to do the exercises. My OT is Asia she is great and very clear with directions on after care and attentive during our appointments even though it can get busy. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I had numbing in my hands. Was referred to PTI and made appt. They interviewed me and explained the three nerves that could be causing the problem. No actual pt occurred but I left as a very happy patient!

Negative experience: I had total knee replacement surgery in Oct 15 2024, I set up with this company due to my insurance. When I arrived they all seemed to be friendly & nice. My 2nd visit, I showed my therapist my bruising, to ask if it was normal. Her face showed a look of shock. She went to her supervisor, they both said it could be blood clots. That scared me. They canceled my next visit till I see my ortho dr. I got home called my ortho dr & sent pics. My orthopedic said ; it's normal to bruise after surgery. My ortho had to call ATI to advise them that I was alright & helped me reschedule my appointment. The day off my 3rd visit, 2hrs before my schedule visit, ATI called to say that therapist was at jury duty, they needed to cancel my appointment. I advised them that I had transportation through my insurance that I can't cancel. They allowed me to come on in. The guy had 4 ppl he was working with. The next day ATI called me to say my therapist is still on jury duty, which could be a while & they canceled all my appointments. I ask if I could go to another ATI for the day to get the medically needed PT for my knee. ATI said they have rules that you can't change to another facility. I said I don't won't to change : I just want PT for the day. I ask if there was another therapist. ATI said they were short of ppl & no one could take me. I felt betrayed & overwhelmed. I called my insurance. My insurance is only contracted with ATI. I took my defeat, wiped my hands of this place & so done with this place.. I changed my insurance as well. I had to pay for my on PT through another company.which is working much better for me.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this place for physical therapy. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in their one way. Nice environment ,clean with complete equipment to do the necessary exercises needed with the therapist supervision and instruction on what to do. Only draw back is parking , it’s always full . It seems like more parking for staff rather than the patient

Positive experience: Receptionist has a bad attitude! The attitude is I don't want to work here and I don't care attitude. There was no concern or enthusiasm whatsoever and that's highly not appreciated. She's the voice and face of the establishment the first person a client talks to, she needs to do a lot better or replace her and get somebody who actually cares and wants to be there. Not what a client is looking for when they need help with their physical health. I asked to speak to somebody else and that person did do a good job on answering my questions and letting me know what they offer. I recommend skipping the receptionist/ scheduler and talking to one of the physical therapist there to get the answers that you need.

Fantastic experience: Taylor interviewed me upon intake, he was a little surprised at the things I could do. All of the Physical Therapist are great so friendly, helpful. I’ve only had two sessions this far but they were fun and not beyond my comfort level thankfully since it’s my lumbar. This is my second time at Seven Hills ATI . Negative experience: (Update, I got an MRI that confirms I have shoulder problems.) I was told after about a 90-second evaluation that my shoulder is fine and I need to go back to my doctor. I pressed that I've been living with this strain and there certainly is something causing pain in my upper arm and shoulder area when I make certain normal movements. He insisted that "the referral was for the shoulder, and we checked the shoulder, and there's nothing else to do." He kept repeating that if it was anything beside the shoulder I need to get another referral and come back. Why make me go through that (and the many weeks delay of getting back in to see my doctor and then wait to get back into the PT office)? I suggested he could evaluate the area more broadly- but he refused. He continued stating that the doctor's referral was for the shoulder and that the doctor is supposed to know what he's referring for and we would not be looking at anything else. I indicated that I had to do the evaluation movements slowly and carefully or there would be pain and he rode that off- repeating there's nothing wrong with my shoulder. I could show him what motions caused pain, but he wasn't interested. He also seemed like he didn't want me to offer any extra information than exactly what he asked and checking off the tests of the evaluation-that didn't help me feel appreciated. It's almost like he had a point to prove from the beginning. I'm not sure I agree with the system that insurance has mandated (that therapists can only treat the area of the referral), but understand that's the system physical therapy is forced to operate under. In this case it was apparent that the therapist didn't want to take any time to work with me and explore more if there actually is a problem with my shoulder region (which there is). Seemed like the guy was set on doing bare-minimum during our few minutes together. Glad others have had such good luck here, I'm leaving 2 stars for the business, just because the other staff seemed friendly during check-in. (visit was 6/19/2024)

Fantastic experience: I have gone to ATI Physical therapy for a rotator cuff surgery and rehabbed well with there help. Now I am going there for my knee that had surgery 3 years ago. I never got it stronger at the other Physical Therapy center back then. I'm sure I will get the best results I can at ATI.

Fantastic experience: Great staffs. Casey, Jaden, Dylan, Bianca, Annabell, and others that I may have forgotten their name through my year with my physical therapy. With their professionalism and empathy, as well with smiles and laughters it made my recovery journey so worth at the end.

Fantastic experience: My third session was on 3/5. I am satisfied with each session. There is a couple add on exercises that is so beneficial for recovery.

Negative experience: I’m really surprised by all the good reviews here. At 70 yo, I’ve been to several facilities in two states and this is like none other. I’ve never seen anybody getting heat, ice, TENS, or a hands on massage in this facility. Just people exercising. Exercises you can pull up off YouTube or TikTok by any of the thousands of PTs who want to help people. The resident PT here, Taylor, seems to lack motivation. Kinda like how little can he do to maintain his job. None of the PTAs OTs, etc. ever ask how you’re feeling, how did the last visit go for you. Nothing personal here at all. I’m calling my doc today to see if I can find a different facility. About 6 years ago, after a surgery, I had good luck at a PT facility about a mile from here where all patients received personal attention.
