Fantastic experience: "I’m a new patient at Advanced Spine and Rehabilitation and I’m already so impressed! I’ve been three times this year and the vibe is so calm and empathetic. Everyone there is so nice—you definitely don't feel like just a 'number' like at some other doctor offices. The facility is super clean. The therapy area is an open-concept space with equipment, which took a little getting used to, but the actual doctor offices are private and the team is very smart. I’m even doing a wellness diet they suggested and it’s actually working! Just a heads up for others: they are great with text/email reminders, but definitely don’t be late because they stay busy. I’m just so excited to be feeling like myself again thanks to their help! (P.S. No photos/videos allowed in the clinic for privacy!)"

Fantastic experience: In clarification - I was treated in this office briefly last year. The office staff were quick, professional, knowledgeable and able to help resolve the injury I had been dealing with for years. Suggestions were given on specific exercises and stretches that have drastically improved my quality of life. When all else fails - they don't.

Fantastic experience: Best experience to have after an accident Front desk was always smiling and welcoming picking up on conversations from past visits and ontop of scheduling appointments and finding time slots that work for your schedule The Dr's are very thorough on check ups and help break down the experience so it will be easy to understand even offering adjustments The massage therapists are very kind and knowledgeable when you ask them to work on specific areas they even suggest surrounding areas to work on to help with pain radiating The physical therapists offers specifically made routines for you to help rebuild weak concern areas and will offer electric stimulation and a new service dry needling being new to dry needling I was told about the benefits and was given more knowledge about it until my fear for needles subsided the PT was very patient and understanding the whole time This team has made me feel comfortable and welcome while also making it a fun environment and working with my fears on my time and making adjustments to my care whenever it need be They offer massages and electric stimulation for people who have not gone through an accident with very reasonable prices Thank you everyone on the team I look forward to being able to see everyone again

Fantastic experience: So much to say!!! From the girls at reception always extremely nice with a smile on their face as entering the building. To the staff that check you in and get you ready for the therapy. Again very nice. From the 1st time of be going (never have I had a massage agent before) extremely nervous but they took all my worries away. Each masseuse I have seen have been extraordinary. All different in their ways but extremely helpful with pain. Then we have the Doctor!!! Again let me tell you I’m a huge chicken when it comes to anyone touching me from a massage or a adjustment. Needless to say it took me a couple visits before I let Dr Troy Russell adjust me! that 1st day I was in horrible pain you could see it in my face. WOW talk about amazing. I’ve never heard my body parts crack the way they did. But to be honest!!! It was the best night sleep that I had in a extremely long time. Truly grateful for all the staff making my life a tad bit bearable. Would I recommend to just anyone??? Yes indeed!!! I’ve told several people about this amazing team. I am not suffering from pain, but I was there for maintenance. Dr. Peters was very understanding of my needs. The light-touch treatment I got along with ten-minutes of electrical stimulation were exactly what I needed.

Fantastic experience: I love this chiropractor. I've been to many offices that seem like an assembly line where you are treated like a number and popped through. These doctors actually listen to your issues, adjust their adjustments to fit your needs, and genuinely care about their patients.

Negative experience: BEWARE. The front desk actually called me a liar stating that I had seen an MD when I had not. Horrific treatment. Do NOT trust these people with your health.

Positive experience: Dr. Troy Russell is super nice. His staff is too. I just really wish to find a chiropractor that checks my whole body top to bottom, not just what is bugging me. I find myself comparing all chiropractors to my very 1st one. We put together a 6 session regime to help fix my neck. After some surgery, my body is all out of whack. 30 minute massages he preacribed just aren't enough to loosen the spasms. He is able to adjust me, but my neck is still feeling tweaked after 3 adjustments and 2 massages. We shall see the final outcome.

Fantastic experience: This is the best staff EVER! They have been putting up with me since May, 2023 and they aren’t tired of my yet! Everyone is always so nice and engaging, even the doctors. Doctor Russell is one of the coolest doctors I’ve come across. He always has jokes to make you laugh and his dimples will make you smile. I can’t say anything bad the staff AT ALL. Tavin loves and cares for his patients and it shows in his work. The ladies up front and the ones that assist with therapy are all amazing. Not to mention the massage therapist. Michelle is the best but they are all good in the in right. I can write this review forever but to sum it up, this office is wonderful and I don’t have one bad thing to say.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Peterson is really caring doctor, I appreciate it when he told me he won’t make any adjustments on me until he saw my x-rays. Most chiropractors don’t do that they just want to fix you now. I really appreciate His advice. All the girls in the office are so nice and accommodating too. The massage therapist I had first was amazing she was the 3 door from the therapy place ( can’t remember her name, sorry ) the 2nd massage therapist I had was Zachariah I think, he was also awesome, he really did good at concentrating on the muscles that are causing me the most pain. Fantastic experience: After shoulder surgery and broken arm went to see dr. Russel I was struggling with range of motion for almost a year. my range of motion improved tremendously after seeing him. They offer pt and massages and that have truly helped my recovery.
