Fantastic experience: I went in yesterday for a new client consultation. I had hurt my mid-back while moving and have had previous neck and back surgeries, so I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Altman took her time and asked me all the right questions. When she got me on the table, she gently adjusted me and everything cracked just as it should. I feel so much better today than I have in weeks. I signed up for the package deal and am looking forward to continuing to feel better and better. I will be keeping up with maintenance for my issues through NuSpine. I am truly grateful—thank you!

Positive experience: The price and services are great. The only thing that I am upset about is how wasn’t told from the beginning about two month plan commitment. I wasn’t told this at my first appointment or over the phone when I scheduled my second appointment. I showed up to the clinic ready to receive services the and that’s where I was told.

Fantastic experience: I came to them for over a year now and have promised Mimi I would do a review as I had to come back in again same day after realizing my muscle didn't give in earlier to be adjusted and was still a little bit hurting so Dr Dylan was kind enough to readjust me same day I would feel better. Since I had an aneurysm seven years ago, she wisely avoided cracking my neck, understanding it could be risky given my medical history. But my neck and shoulders are in so much pain that i can't sleep. I happened to receive this ad about Nuspine and thought alignment is what I needed and I did go to their Green Valley Branch and met with Dr. Nicola and he did a good job. I've never felt so light in my head, shoulders and lower back. I also wanted to thank Tirzah for being so accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this place and I would go back. Negative experience: The doctors here are good and professional, but the office management is very disappointing. I went in personally to cancel my monthly subscription, and the staff assured me that everything was taken care of. However, they continued charging me $85 even after that. This shows either poor communication or negligence on their part. Patients should not have to deal with unnecessary charges after being told their subscription was canceled.

Fantastic experience: I have only had one visit and I can honestly say this was one of the BEST medical experiences I have ever had. They were kind, attentive, offered solutions, and it never felt like I was a “client”. I am excited to go back and continue my treatment.

Fantastic experience: From the 1st time entering the door and being greeted by, "Terzah", I felt very welcomed. I was sent there by my Honey, who threw his back out in July. He went for treatment 5x and couldn't stop raving!!! He felt great after being manipulated by, Dr. Jodi Altman. We have belonged to another local Chiropractic facility for over 2 years, but stopped our dual membership. We both commented that we didn't feel like a cattle that was just a number!! They have a hydrotherapy table that's cool and you lay there for 8-minutes. You're allowed to choose between: Hot, warm or cold vibrating, aquatic penetration. We're both on a monthly payment plan and that's the best way to go. I would definitely ask about your insurance plan and acceptance. Dr. Jodi is wonderful and listened, quite attentively to both of our respective, different needs!! Terzah is the sweetest and seems unbelievably genuine!! Give it a shot!!! What do you have to lose EXCEPT dreadful, constant backaches!!!

I filled out their new patient form online and was immediately contacted by Tirzah, one of their specialists. She guided me through the intake process and sent over a pre-appointment questionnaire. I was honestly shocked—they were able to get me in within the hour! When I arrived, Tirzah greeted me (along with my daughter) and got us settled on their hydrotherapy table. Let me tell you—that water massage table was amazing. After that, Tirzah took time to discuss my injury in more detail and explained what to expect from Dr. Altman’s adjustment process. Dr. Altman gave me a clear breakdown of what was going on with my back and corrected some misconceptions I had. I’d been using heat to treat the pain, but she explained that for my specific injury, cold therapy was the better option. Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! I called and got in right away. I hurt my back the night before. Pinched a nerve I think? They explained the process when I got there. Dr. Chen did a through exam and started treatment. I'm on my second adjustment and I'm starting to feel better, walk a bit faster. I enjoy the different plans they have available and the cost is very affordable. I enjoy that you dont have to schedule a time, you can just head over, get signed in and seen right away. I will be excited to meet the other doctor on staff. I have a 3 week course of treatment, but will continue here with weekly adjustments to stay aligned. I reccomend NuSpine Chiropractic for anyone who is looking dor quality care with great pricing and the amazing flexibility they have for coming in to get adjusted.

Negative experience: I had a good experience for the first two visits, until pain started to flare up in other places. I continued to go once a week unfortunately until my body continued to have pain in new places. I have no complaints about the friendliness about the staff or my first consultation. But unfortunately I have pain in new areas and my breathing was affected since my last visit. I went in to get help with tingling and numbness in hands, and I've had some flare ups in my neck and my lower back. I didn't have these issues, but each visit was causing a lot of wear on my body. I'm in physical therapy now trying to recover from an alignment in my rib cage. I wish I had consulted my doctor before doing this because I'm in worse condition now then when I first started. My only wish was that my wellness was followed up on during each visit. I came in with questions and got them answered, But I felt like I was told that many things were normal, especially as pain appeared in places they weren't before. I was told that it could be posture or other things, but I wasn't given helpful strategies for maintaining my wellness besides exercise & sitting up straight. I'm aware that some soreness and discomfort would appear, but I didn't expect my breathing to be affected. My recommendation based on my experience is to seek a doctor first and get some Xrays first to see what's going on before getting your body adjusted several times a week. I thought I was helping myself by following my treatment plan once a week, but the dramatic adjustments on my body caused my body to be in shock and have to recover most of the week and get adjusted again and feel worse all over.

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best experience I've had going to a chiropractor. When I first came in I was greeted by a very nice lady named Thyrza (so sorry if I spelled this wrong did my best) anyways my boyfriend was with me and because they didn't have a lot of patients at that moment they let him on the hydro bed the same time I went on while we were waiting for the doctor. It was such a nice and refreshing experience with outstanding customer service especially in a world we're quality customer service seems to be lacking. I felt so comfortable and ended up signing up for one of their membership deals but most importantly I left not feeling in pain anymore. The doctor was absolutely outstanding she really took the time to get to know where my pain was coming from and my adjustment was not rushed she educated me on what the issue was that I was having and and even some potential ways that I could try to avoid it while also setting a realistic understanding of how many times I would need to be back at a chiropractor. I 100% recommend this place if you're in any kind of pain they are by far the best chiropractic experience I've ever had and considering that I'm new to the area I'm really happy that I found this place early on as now I have a place I can go to consistently. Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting adjustments (2x per week) at NuSpine Green Valley for about 3 weeks now, and it has made a world of difference. I’ve had neck pain for a few years, and ibuprofen/Tylenol wasn’t helping anymore. I made an appointment at NuSpine as a last ditch effort, telling myself I’d give it 4 weeks. I noticed a significant improvement after two weeks, and am almost pain free at the end of the third week. It’s so affordable and convenient. I’m so glad they exist.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience at NuSpine! The biggest difference that you'll get a NuSpine vs potentially other chiropractic offices is the indepth individualized patient care. The first visit is a 45 minute comprehensive exam which included intake forms, questions, vital check, and mobility check. After that Dr. Chen gave me a diagnosis and then a plan to implement to help me recover and heal from my back pain. After the adjustment the best part was the hydromassage. This helped relax the back and nerves from the adjustment. I walked in with pain with every step I took and walked out without any pain just some soreness from the adjustment. I'll be coming back as often as I can! The doctors assistant was also fantastic and very warm and friendly!

Negative experience: What a waste of money. Went in with a tight back left out with a tight back. Dr chen just wanted to get you on a plan. Adjusting was no longer than a couple of minutes. They just want your money and to sign up a plan paid 45$ for nothing. Wouldn't recommend!! Go to a legit chiropractor.
